Hotel terbaik di Isfahan

I had terrible problems with the WiFi. I spent 30 minutes at the reception and still they did not resolve it. I think the WiFi only works for 15 seconds and then it doesn't work for 10 minutes. Horrible for uploading pictures, checking your e-mail, anything. It literally doesn't work at all, don't bother to connect. The food for breakfast and dinner was good. The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center, there are crosswalks on the left and right side where you can take a nice walk. The hotel looks small from the outside, but once inside it is very spacious. We only got one key for the room so I asked for another, since you must have a second key to be able to use the elevator.

Очень понравилось проживание в этом гостевом доме. Номера хорошие и просторные. Холодильник, фен и принадлежности для мытья, полный комплект. Завтраки супер и в очень аутентичном месте. А девушки которые работают на стойке регистрации это самое главное украшение этого гостевого дома. Помогли нам со всеми вопросами и были очень милы и гостеприимны. Красота спасёт мир))

Excellent Quality service, Location just short walk distance to 4 major site of beautiful Esfahan offer Super friendly and helpful hotel staff, from beginning we check in, until we check out all the box are ticks. Highly recommend this property for Iran experience in our short stay, it was remarkable. If I may give only suggestion was to add selection of vegetarian dishes to the menu. Definitely we recommend this property to our family and friends. Everywhere in Iran to our experiences people are super nice and helpful. Mr Hasan our transport driver from Esfahan to Shiraz was very polite, passion mature man. Try as much as he knows to explain everything each sites we pass through on the way to Shiraz. Everything was great. Had to upgrade to second floor room as 1st floor one has quite low ceiling. The food and drinks was generally very good, though lamb ribs could be better. The service was very helpfull. Location is amazing, very close from Shah's mosque and main city square, also you should climb to the roof to see a wonderful view.

برخورد خوب پرسنل.پارکینگ مسقف و روباز برای خودرو.سرویس دهی خوب.بوفه صبحانه خیلی کامل و متنوع بود و خوشمزه.کافه فیل داخل هتل منو‌کامل و خوبی داشت و کافی شاب روم سرویس داشت.رستوران سنتی داخل هتل غذاهای خوشمزه ای داست.ویو اتاق هتل به سی و سه پل بود .اتاق ها عایق صدا بودند.دسترسی به همه جا از هتل راحت بود.رسیدگی پذیرش خوب و سریع بود.

Otel her yere yürüme mesafesindeki merkezi konumu, temiz odaları, lezzetli akşam yemeği, güçlü kahvaltısı ve ilgili personeliyle yeterince tatminkar, ayrıca fiyat olarak da ***et uygun bir otel. Fiyatının üzerinde bir hizmet aldığımız bu otelde, Bir gece kalmak niyetiyle gittik 3 gece kaldık.

Our two-week stay at Aseman Hotel was marked by unexpected challenges, leading to deep disappointment. 1- The first shock occurred when renovations above our room started without prior notice, disrupting our plans and requiring a move to another floor. Their lack of transparency continued as they charged us for a full fridge (minibar), although it remained unfilled due to their rush to send us to the new room. 2- The second surprise came during check-out, with an outrageous charge for laundry services, almost twice the price in Canada. They did not provide the prices ahead of their work and mentioned they would be available at the end of our work. 3- Additional surprises unfolded during check-out, including an undisclosed price for the fridge. Be cautious, as they may present a list with certain prices, and you expect them to charge you with some amount but they might charge you differently with additional costs, as was my experience. 4- Further disappointments occurred in their restaurants, with intrusive stares and disturbances during meals. Despite commendable breakfast quality, the overall atmosphere was far from peaceful. 5- Elevator issues added to our woes, with extended wait times due to their repurposing for staff or renovation workers. Interestingly, they charged us more for unprovided services instead of compensating or apologizing. Travelers from America or Europe should be cautious about comparing Aseman Hotel to one or two-star hotels. Our experience was marred by constant concerns about the hotel's treatment and overall gross behaviour. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this hotel. Better options are undoubtedly available elsewhere, offering a more pleasant stay at half the cost. While some aspects, like cleanliness and breakfast quality, were commendable, most of the staff displayed rude behaviour, further diminishing our overall experience.

A racist hotel! Safir Hotel room is really nice!! It's already $50!! But the point came, a dark-looking boy at the front desk suddenly made an eye drop action on me, saying that he had gone twice, you Chinese are like this! 😀 I literally blew up right away!! Over there saying: 'Racist terrible people' I really am 🙏🙏 一家带有种族歧视的酒店！Safir Hotel房间是真的很好！！已经讲到50美刀！！但是重点来了，前台一个长相黝黑男生突然对我做了一个眼睛掉上去的动作，说他去了两次，你们中国人都是这样的！😀我真的是立马炸了！！在那边说：‘’Racist terrible people”我真的是🙏🙏
