Hotel terbaik di Ardea

Ieri io e mio marito ci siamo sposati lì un posto meraviglioso che viene reso magico dalle persone che lavorano e che mettono anima e cuore e soprattutto passione in ciò che fanno rendendo ogni momento indimenticabile.Carlo Francesco e tutto lo staff sono loro i veri angeli che con il loro modo professionale ma puro rendono ogni momento indimenticabile Ottimo il mangiare posto super ma soprattutto loro lo staff dalla sala alla cucina a tutte le persone che ci lavorano. VOLEVAMO SOLO DIRE GRAZIE GRAZIE GRAZIE

Veramente soddisfatti,camere spaziose pulite, consiglio fuori al terrazzino qualche sedia tavolino! Il personale Veramente gentilissimi tutti! La colazione molto ricca, soprattutto per le mie bimbe celiache , il cameriere simpaticissimo ! E che dire del ristorante abbiamo mangiato benissimo quella carbonara e cacio e pepe una bontà, anche lì le mie piccole sono state coccolate dice mia figlia la miglior pasta al sugo glutenfree (no surgelato) anche qui il cameriere Veramente simpatico ! In poche parole ci siamo sentiti a casa e ci è dispiaciuto andar via!

In visita allo zoomarine ho scelto quest' hotel per una serie di elementi positivi(posizione strategica, stanze confortevoli, parcheggio, sauna,palestra), essendo in cinque ho soggiornato in una suite deluxe dotata di ogni comfort, insomma esperienza più che positiva .

This has got be the most basic ”4 Star” hotel I have eveer known. A/C cant be switched on until May (local Regulations) - but the woman at reception was rude and abrupt when I asked for a Fan - she had never heard of a Fan !! The room was basic (Travel Lodge/Formule1 Hotels) standard. No tea or coffee facilities - bathroom had mould in the shower area, shower head was blocked (I cleaned it myself to get a decent shower). Hot water was variable - sometime you had some sometimes not, corridor had a leak from the not working A/C - told the hotel but they did nothing about it . Breakfast - was basic, bread fruit cereal, attempt to make ”Scrambled eggs” was not suitable for human consumption - Probably the worst hotel for the 90Eu per night charged - go to the Simon Hotel - much better reviews

By far the best hotel experience I have had in Pomezia. The staff are super helpful and friendly, the food is excellent and the availability of a shuttle for local business travel is a big plus! One example of the staff dedication to guest comfort and satisfaction is as follows: I am a business traveler and must have internet every evening so I can continue to work even after my daytime hours of work are over. The Hotel's internet provider was having problems re-establishing internet service for 2 days, which was frustrating. While the hotel staff continued to work with their provider to try to resolve this issue, they also initiated locating an area of the hotel which DID have internet and initiated inviting me to move to a different room in a different area of the hotel so that I would have access to the internet to complete my work assignments. I can't thank them enough for this and for the super friendly service and concern shown by the staff in every way. Special thanks to Luciano, Fabio and Maurizio for their friendly interactions. So I say, ”grazie mille”! - Thanks a million!

Colazione Top, complimenti a Pamela per la cura e l'attenzione rivolta alla preparazione e all'assistenza nei confronti degli ospiti e nel ricordare gusti e preferenze. Pulizia e organizzazione della struttura in generale molto buona.
