Hotel terbaik di Carrozziere

This hotel has to be one of the best in Sicily. Had the room with two levels looking out over this park like estate. The room was very large, with a large balcony with table, chairs, and loungers. The entrance has a large gate with a tree lined road up to the hotel. Large covered parking area. The staff greats you at your car and takes care of bags and everything else. Luigi the owner explains all the amenities of the hotel. 2 swimming pools, with bar service. The breakfast is very good with plenty of options, including home made pastries. The restaurant for dinner is as good as the rest of the hotel. Luigi has a large garden on the grounds where he gets many of the ingredients. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely stay the next time I'm in Sicily. Thank you Luigi.

Posto bellissimo tornati per la seconda volta,tantissimi giochi per i più piccoli,cucina ottima ma abbiamo trovato un servizio piscina/bar direi impeccabile con personale super gentile e disponibile,Gimmy top attentissimo a tutte le esigenze di noi clienti,complimenti veramente.....e poi grande Peppe che ci ha deliziato con un gran piatto casereccio ma veramente ottimo......torneremo presto

Excellent hotel. Some of the reviews we read left us a little concerned. We need not have worried. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Syracuse is within easy reach / beautiful to look at across the bay - chaotic & busy. However the hotel is a haven of peace & tranquility. The staff are lovely to a person. They are charming and can’t do enough for you. The food in the restaurant very good. The hotel arranged a. Excellent guided day for us in Ortiga. Is it all perfect - of course not. The hotel charges for everything - pricing is high, commensurate with room rate. You’re pretty captive without paying for boat / taxi transfers. We’ll come back and stay again as it’s a gem of a place on a beautiful island with beautiful weather..

We absolutely love this hotel. It was a little tricky getting to the hotel as we were driving by car, but the hotel did provide directions via an email that directed us to a parking lot very near the hotel and they offered valet parking for €30. The staff that greeted us were beyond friendly. They explained the hotel. Provided us with a map of all of the key attractions in Ortegia, recommended a dinner location, as well as booked our reservation. They were beyond helpful and insanely nice. Our reservation came with wine in our room, several drinks in our mini fridge that were included a welcome drink and breakfast. When we asked what the welcome drink included, we were pretty much told that we could come up with anything we wanted from their extremely well stocked bar. Breakfast was exceptional with all sorts of eggs, quiche, meats, and cheeses, olives, baked goods, etc. And of course juice and coffee. Welcome drinks and breakfast could be taken out on the outdoor patio that is covered with grapevines overlooking the water. Simply beautiful! Plus this hotel is centrally located and walkable to everything on this lovely island. The only downside - because of the age of this building, the bathroom has no window and is extremely dark. Would love to have had at least a brighter light in there. Otherwise. Cannot say enough good things about this lovely boutique hotel. Thank you for making this. Such a wonderful experience for us!

Soggiorno a luglio 2024. La struttura mi ha contattato per informarmi che la mia prenotazione era stata spostata presso una struttura vicino a quella prenotata senza indicare indirizzo della nuova soluzione. Il giorno del nostro arrivo ho provato a contattare la struttura più volte senza ottenere una risposta. Dopo aver contattato la struttura attraverso Booking siamo stati richiamati per scoprire che la nostra prenotazione era stata nuovamente spostata. Scomodo da raggiungere se arrivate in macchina perché il parcheggio a pagamento è lontano dalla struttura. Camera molto piccola, bagno vecchio e maleodorante.
