Hotel terbaik di Forio di Ischia

Scrivo questa recensione a nome di un numerosissimo gruppo sportivo che ha soggiornato presso questo hotel in occasione del Memorial di judo dedicato ad Adriana Serpico. Tutto il personale gentilissimo e dedito al 100% ad accontentare i bisogni dei clienti,stanze pulite (compresa biancheria da letto e da bagno),servizi igienici con box doccia,frigobar e clima presenti nella stanza. Colazione dalle ore 8.00 alle 10.00 composta da cornetti,torte fatte in casa,yogurt,marmellate,affettato,succhi di frutta e caffetteria servita al momento…tutto di buona qualità. Piscina grande e tenuta bene,con lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti. Gazebo con tavolini presente nello spazio esterno dell’hotel. Market fornito di tutto presente di fronte all’hotel è fermata bus a 50 mt. Tre stelle tutte meritate… Un grazie speciale alla signora Rosa che ci ha accolto,facendoci sentire come a casa,mettendoci a disposizione tutti i confort dell’hotel per far star bene i nostri ragazzi.

This is my first time here, my wife's second. She has been trying to get me here for the past two years. This time we came in a group of two couples and stayed in the exquisite Villa Giusy extension, over the hotel. Highly recommended. Il Sorriso is just super-excellent in every category. I am just sorry I didn't come years ago ! We will certainly be back at least a couple of times a year, every year, from now on. Summary; Wonderful location, amazing spa services and highest standards throughout. Amazing and super-close sea views, wonderful friendly staff, very professional but with that special warmth and dignity that comes with being an island people. As an Irishman, I appreciate and recognise these special traits. It is not just Luca and Simeone in the navettes, it is all the wonderful people from dining room to reception to pool staff who go the extra mile to check that all is well with you. We are spolied now and will expect this everywhere we go, but, in vain. There is unfortunately only one Sorriso Thermae Resort & Spa and you have to come to Ischia to find it. We have all the spa services you could want, in addition, we are right beside the justifiably famous Poiseidon Thermal Park and gardens served by the hotel navette service that also takes clients to the Spiaggia di Citara and various touristic destinations, if you really, really need to leave this oasis of comfort, pleasure and, above all, total relax. Bring some books. Your feet with sprout roots and you will develop an intense desire to just stay put and be cosseted in this paradise by these very special people. I admit it, I am still here and I am begining to wonder just how I can avoid going home.......... John

The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable and fuss free as possible - from the regular shuttle to nearby attractions, local knowledge, and airport transfer. Delicious breakfast spread in the morning, and beautiful views for evening drinks, makes it difficult to leave! Thanks for having us!

This hotel was better than we expected. The pictures don't do the ground justice, the gardens were stunning and so beautifully maintained. My boyfriend loves plants and he was in absolute heaven. We got the superior ocean view and it's well worth the extra money, the view was incredible from the room. A nice spacious balcony meant we had lots of time to enjoy the view and the sunsets. The pools are amazing, heated and with massagers that are a lovely added touch. Breakfast is traditional pastries and coffee with some savory options of meat and cheese and eggs for those that want it, and everything I tried was great. There was also some difference in the selections day by day which was nice. Would 100% stay here again, can't wait to come back.
