建物、部屋ともに新しく、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。 又、フロントの女性の方の対応も大変丁寧でよかったです。
ただ、欲を言えば無料サービスされる物が入室時のソフトドリンク（セルフ）のみなので、最近のこの手のホテルとしては少し物足りなさを感じました。
が、機会があればリピートしたいと思います。

For a very strategic place, close to the station, but for the facilities it is still ancient. In addition, the interior design is still classic, such as the air conditioner, which is placed right above the bed, so that the wind directly hits the body. But there is already a curtain installed, which functions to block the wind from the air conditioner, so it doesn't directly hit our bodies while sleeping, but I think it's a little annoying. Also the sound of the ac engine in my opinion is very noisy, so it is a little disturbing when I sleep.
In addition, there is also no universal USB plug, which functions to charge the battery or smartphone.
There is also no LAN port available, so we can only use WiFi to connect to the internet.

女性というだけで同じ料金にも関わらず、大浴場のある2階の低層階に回され、部屋は埃だらけ。トイレの床から髪の毛やら床にこびりついた水垢が大量に出てきた。風呂釜は垢にまみれ茶色く変色していた。照明やエアコンの上は匂いがするほど埃がたまり、エアコンは埃臭い。トイレや窓には黒くなったカビ。フロントも客室係も男性ばかり。女性を客としてではなく『おねえちゃん』として扱っている。フロントの男性はいやらしい目つきで身分証を何度もチェックし、客室係は堂々とでかい声で何時間も客室フロアで雑談していた。注意しても謝るどころかニヤけてどっか行った。とても大人の接客業とは思えない態度だ。嫌な思いをしたくない女性には絶対にお勧めしない。

東横インはどこも設備が古く、一昔前のビジネスホテルという感じ。それを承知で泊まれば、問題ない。朝食サービスも然りで、特に特徴もない。ただ、他の東横インでも感じることだが、社員教育がしっかりしてる気がする。朝食係のおばちゃんが、優しい。ここだけでなく、他の東横インでも。一つ改善して欲しいのは、朝食を部屋で食べれるようにスチロールの弁当箱をくれるのだが、焼いたパンの熱で溶けて、穴が空いた。弁当箱として弱すぎる。

スタッフの方が大変親切でした。 大浴場も大変気持ちが良く疲れた体に染みました。 立地的にも駅からとても近いので便利です。 マシーンでのコーヒーサービスも有り難かったです。 （遅い時間だとコーヒーサービス終了している為注意が必要です） 快適な時間をありがとうございました。 余談ですが、隣の和菓子屋さんに売っている三喜羅饅頭は美味しくてオススメです。
