Fantastic accommodation for family. Guy at desk doesn't speak much English (and I certainly don't speak Japanese) but we managed to find a way to communicate. Thank goodness for Google Translate! Clean accommodation and no complaints. Highly recommended.

The hotel in the city centre of Nagoya very convenient only 10 minutes walk to the Nagoya station and the mall.
The staff is nice. He explained everything well and clear when we checked in.
The hotel room is big and tidy there are 4 beds which it fits our family of 4 more than enough. There is a kitchen and a washing machine it makes it easier for tourists planning for long stay.
For self driving there are a lot of parking around the hotel it shouldn’t be hard to look for one.
It was a great stay we would definitely stay here again if come Nagoya again.

私たちの名古屋での宿泊先は、東横INN名古屋駅桜通口新館です。オープンしてまだあまり経っていない、ピッカピカの東横インです。 名古屋駅の桜通口から徒歩５分と言う好立地ホテルですが、宿泊料金は東横イン価格で、リーズナブルでした。 こちらの東横インの朝食は、たまごサンドやカツサンドなど数種類の調理パンが並んでいます。パンとスープが中心の朝食なんですが、その調理パンが種類豊富で、ふわふわでおいしかったです。 客室内はもちろんとてもきれいですし、スタッフの対応も好感が持てました。

從前在日本期間忙於打工，很多城市沒去光顧。今年第二次遊玩名古屋小眾城市，乾淨整潔，高樓聳立。酒店門牌不起眼，導航到了酒店附近居然沒找到，問了路人才看到對面有這麼個酒店。有個小餐廳沒見有人吃飯。酒店設施齊全、乾淨整潔、設備完好，價格實惠性價比高，出門去各景點地鐵吃飯方便快捷（在榮和伏見地鐵站中間位置）、酒店9層每天晚上有大浴場免費開放（不是男女共浴，是男女各三小時享用吧！這次旅行放鬆😎悠閑。

They go above and beyond to help you, even when navigating the city. The living and bedroom areas are always immaculate. The hostel is also located in the central shopping and restaurant area and fairly close to Nagoya castle making it very convenient overall. It's a great hostel to spend a couple of nights.

お部屋は十分な広さで3人で泊まっても不便はありませんでした。お風呂やトイレもきれいで安心して使えました。キッチンに古さはありましたが、必要なものは揃っていましたし、洗面所以外に水が使える場所があってとても便利でした。
何より良かったのは、宿泊までに駐車場の予約や気になることの質問など、直接やり取りできたことです。チェックインの仕方もわかりやすく説明していただき、安心して宿泊できました。
徒歩圏内にコンビニもあります。住宅地にあるためとても静かで夜もぐっすり眠れました。
また機会があればぜひ利用したいと思います。

想像以上に広く、清潔感のある一軒家でした。
大人4名、子供6名と大人数で行ったのですが、広いので子供達がのびのびと過ごせました。
一階には、リビング、キッチン、和室が２つ、トイレ、お風呂場、荷物置き場にもなるスペース。
2階にはベッドルーム2部屋、和室、トイレ、手洗い場。
バスのアメニティはバスタオルとフェイスタオルが人数分。宿泊中は取り替えないので、洗濯して使いました。ハンガーも少しあり、洗剤も二回分くらいはありました。
キッチンは調味料はなし、他のものは大体ありました。
立地もよく、名古屋港水族館とジブリパークに行って二泊三日過ごしました。
閑静な住宅街にあり、車はノアとアルファードでも2台縦に停められました。もう一台停められそうです。
また名古屋に行く際は、利用したいです。

The room is clean and the shower has a rainfall option as well as the typical handle shower. My only complaint is that the rooms are a little too warm. I tried adjusting the air conditioning but only hot air would come out.

This hotel is a couple of streets away from the main Nagoya station with access to JR, Meitetsu, subway, an Aonami lines, which should cover most of the major sights and coming from/going to the airport. It is also very close to the pick up point for many day tours. One minor issue is that if you approach from one side of the hotel, its name sign is obscured by a tree, which could make finding it difficult the first time you visit. There is actually another Via Inn a couple of streets away and if you pop in to ask them where this hotel is, they will help show you the way. Hotel room is about standard size for Japanese business hotels and clean. Air con takes a little while to start up but is certainly adequate and much appreciated during the hot summer. Staff are friendly and efficient when checking in and out. They are happy for you to leave your luggage there after checking out as long as you pick it up the same day. Tea bags and drip coffee are complimentary, with self-serve refills on the ground floor. Ice machine is on the second floor as are four washing machines, although these are very popular and usually fully utilised with a queue of people waiting too. Guest mix is mainly mainland Chinese and Hong Kongers with the occasional Japanese. There are many places to eat in the surrounding streets, including izakayas, Korean BBQ, Chinese, and many Indian/Nepali places. The restaurants/pubs can be quite lively at night with people spilling into the streets to eat/drink/chat with their friends. In addition to the big malls above the JR station, there is a Bic Camera and 100 yen store down the street from the hotel, many convenience stores, and a 24-hour supermarket and drugstore a short walk away.

PPengguna Tetamuまだ出来立てでホテル内がキレイ 部屋の広さも他のビジネスに比べて広いです スーツケースを開けたままにしていても邪魔にならないくらい広かったです バスタブも大きいし洗面台も使いやすい大きさでした 無料の朝食もそんな期待していなかったら無料の割に種類もあるしスムージーが美味しかったです 朝食会場にいた店員さんも料理が出来上がると大きい声で教えてくれたりよかったです 泊まったのが24日だったからチェックイン前にケーキの預かりを聞いたら生物なのでと断られたのが残念でした。 それと冬場は加湿器がほしいです エアコンで部屋が乾燥するし 逆に今時部屋に加湿器がないホテルもあるんだなと思いました。タオルを濡らして部屋にかけて寝ました。 駅から遠いーのが難点なぐらいだと思います。 加湿器を置いてくれたらまた泊まりたいホテルです。

I had a phone, ipad and apple watch that needed charging but only managed to charge my phone because the charging was too slow. Took too long to charge. Check in time and check out time can be improved. If housekeeping were more efficient or if they were not under staffed. Other than that I am please with the hotel. Location is great and next to Aeon is a plus. My second stay here.

The buffet breakfast is nice, and there are hot beverages available throughout the day. I slept well in the bed, and did not find the bathroom to be too small. Plenty of room for my feet in front of the toilet. The only issue I had is that the internet would cut out for a minute or two throughout the evening.

PPengguna TetamuThe check-in desk was well staffed when I arrived & my lack of Japanese & decent IT skills wasn’t an issue.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the only thing I didn’t love about the design of the dormitory was the steps to the upper bunks - they prevented wheeled bags being pushed easily past them (for unpacking & repacking). In other capsule hotels, the steps are built in to the front of the capsules, the don’t lean against them and take up floor space.
On departure day (10 am check-out), I checked out at around 9.40 and made myself a Noodle Pot to eat at one of the tables opposite the desk, before leaving for an 11.06 Shinkansen. Nobody questioned this but all of the Japanese-speaking guests who checked out after me appeared to be told that they couldn’t stay, even for a coffee - they had to go and stand outside.
