歩き遍路で利用。雨の中、峠越えをして到着。靴も衣服もびしょ濡れ。受付に入るとすぐ、雨具用のハンガーと新聞紙（靴用）を用意して下さり、嬉しかった。洗濯機と乾燥機は2台ずつ。大風呂あり。各々、シングルに泊まったが、部屋にももちろんバスがある。 食事はバイキング。コロナの時節柄、ご苦労なことに、一皿ずつラップがかかっていて、衛生的。味も良かった。 とにかく、職員が親切で、リーズナブルなホテルだと思う。

I wasn't sure about this hotel, but I saw the few reviews and pictures that made me to reserve this hidden place. The road to the lodging is quite challenging. You should prepare if you drove a car Once you arrive, you would get a surprising view and warm welcome and fantastic food. I would recommend this lovely place hundreds times.

私用で泊まりました。和室で2人部屋。部屋は大きめでのびのび使用できて助かりました。 スタッフさんはとても親切。外での用事が遅くなり暗くなってしまい、不安で連絡しました。すると、歩きながらホテルまで誘導していただいてとても親切な対応。その日は夕食付だったのですが、再度夕食の時間も確認していただきました。 忙しくて、部屋を散らかしたまま出てしまって恥ずかしくて。でも、帰ってきたら綺麗にベッドメイキングされていて本当に助かりました、 朝食は、1人ずつ和食か洋食か選べます。私は和食にしましたが、お味噌汁も優しいお味で安心しました。*かけご飯も幸せ。朝食会場からは、八幡浜の綺麗な景色を目前に。 夕食は2Fで、1家族ずつ分かれて家族水入らずの時間を。鯛やちゃんぽんで、美味しい海の幸を堪能。 お部屋にも朝食会場にも、プラズマクラスターも設置されていて好印象。ただ、和室だったからでしょうか。ドライヤーが昭和の旧式すぎて、私には怖かったです。髪を巻き込んでしまったりしたら・・・。PanasonicのIonityのような小型・安価・性能良しのドライヤーがあると更にありがたいです。わざわざ電気屋さんで小型ドライヤーを購入しました。 あとは、メイク落とし・化粧水・乳液など女性アメニティがあれば。歯ブラシは高品質そうだったので、持って帰りました。 Wi-Fiはちょっと遅めな気もしましたが、何とか使えて調べものができました。 近くのレストランは、フジグランのちゃんぽん屋さん「どんと」、「どさん子ラーメン」、港の「どーや食堂」があります。このホテルと近所のレストランで、「これでもか!」というぐらい、海の幸を味わえて幸せな気分になりました。

I actually booked this hotel for a night in late March as I was doing a solo trip around Shikoku. I did not end up staying the night, however I thought my experience might benefit some other travelers. Check-in process was fine and the hotel offers a selection of amenities (razors, towels, soaps, water, etc) at the front desk for no extra charge which is nice although pretty standard for a Japanese business hotel. The room itself seemed fine, however there is no cold air conditioning. For some people it's probably not a big issue to not have cold AC - and to be fair the window in my room did open, however with no screen on it. For me I have a very hard time sleeping if it's too hot or humid in my room so this was a bit of an issue. I called the front desk to confirm that it was a HOT air conditioning only, which it was. I've encountered this once before in Japan and usually I'm pretty careful to confirm in advance because in Japan ”air conditioning” typically seems to mean heat so it can be a bit tricky. In any case, I also asked about a fan for the room but that did not have that. So instead I took a walk around the area and found another hotel down the road that had a vacancy and cold AC. Again, this is a very specific issue but I'm sure I'm not the only one out there who has trouble sleeping in hot/humid conditions. I grew up in the deep south of the US so I'm certainly used to it I just don't enjoy it on my vacation. If this is not an issue for you then this is a fine and very convenient property.

設施：酒店軟件很好，多少彌補了它硬件的不足……雙床房面積不小，還有個三人沙發，衹是浴室太小，台階又高是硬傷。 衞生：雖然裝修老舊，依然乾淨整潔。 環境：酒店位置極佳，就在宇和島JR站對面，小城很安靜，前台女士推薦的烤肉館相當不錯👌距離酒店步行也就十幾分鍾。 服務：辦理入住後寄存的行李箱已經被送到房間了，前台熱情耐心服務無可挑剔。如果不是長居者推薦入住。
