This is like an apartment complex with rather large apartments. The ”room” I got was an apartment with a kitchen, two large bedrooms, a living/family and dining room and a balcony with comfortable seating. The kitchen has everything, including a cooking range and a fridge. There is a small Bosch clothes washer as well. When you run it, it is loud, and sounds like a helicopter taking off. Although no dryer to dry the clothes. The service was awesome. The staff, mostly ladies, took my wet clothes and dried them in their large industrial drier in the morning. Sound carries. I could hear the guests in the apartment above me, talking and moving about late in the night. It is actually not the ideal location for a sightseeing trip to the Tangier medina since that is about 15-20 minutes away from the apartment complex. I has a bunch of smaller quibbles but nothing to dissuade someone else from staying at these apartments. While waiting for my clothes to dry in the morning, I was able to update a very receptive lady host what all of these little quibbles were. She was very grateful and eager to address the issues I brought up. The reasons for the 4-star rating versus a 5-star were the location being far from the medina, the noise, and the minor quibbles.

El personal del hotel, muy amable. Estuve en la primera planta y estan en obras las habitaciones y la planta baja. No pudimos tomar en el hotel una cerveza ni una copa porque no había nada frío ni tenían hielo. No sé si sería el Ramadán pero... ¿Nada frío ni hielo?. Muy extraño.

My experience at the City Bleu Tanger was fantastic. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit, along with excellent ventilation, made for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Jasmine, stood out with their exceptional level of helpfulness and availability. My last 2 days of staying there my family arrived and Jasmine carefully listening to my needs for accommodation and even assisted to change the apartment and we moved all together in an bigger unit with Sea View. I was thoroughly impressed by the service and attention to detail during my stay in May. Highly recommended!

Un hotel que j'ai déjà visité en 2019, ce qui m'a surpris c'est que les prix sont toujours les même, raisonnables, une personne pour 160 à 200 dhs malgré que tout à été rénové , c'est du jackpot., les chambres, les télévisions plasma. Les réceptionnistes sont bien accueillants. si vous cherchez un hôtel jackpot à Tanger, Astoria est le bon coin.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warm and respectful service truly made my experience memorable. The hotel's location is also a big plus. It is centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Whether walking or using public transportation, everything is within reach. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, catering to different tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, great location, and spotless facilities makes it an ideal choice for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely return and encourage others to stay here as well!

Everything thing was fantastic about this hotel, Located between the old Medina and the new town, with a view on the sea... the guys in the reception were so kind and helpful, the room service women were very nice and did a very good job, the waiter in the restaurant was fantastic the whole team are working for the satisfaction of the clients and they earned it! Will definitely come back...

Good. BUT could be much better Facilities are great Cleanliness good Breakfast choice very good, but go early as later on it’s been out too long and items are drying out and curling at the corners Service sometimes excellent ( bar team very good), sometimes indifferent. Didn’t have evening meal so cannot comment. Very poor experience with hotel concierge. Ordered taxi to Ceuta and told it would be two hours because they were providing a ‘special car’, at a special price. 800 instead of normal taxi MAD 500. Turned out it was the concierge relative driving one of a thousand similar taxis. Why make your guest wait 2 hours to line your family pocket? I know it’s Morocco, but it’s a 5 star hotel supposed to be providing 5 star service. I don’t expect to have to be on my guard for being scammed in a hotel like this, it is what you expect if your flagging down a taxi, which we did on another occasion, and received better service from. The last experience from a hotel is your overriding memory, you spoilt ours with a street scam. Otherwise I’d have given 5 star rating.

PPengguna TetamuHad 2 rooms for the hotel. Average room, rather old. Renovations are in progress thus maybe caused the lack of service, had to wait rather long while checking in and in comparison with other moroccan hotels, no welcome drinks or familiarisation was given. There was no rooftop access for any aerial view despite strategically located next to the wonderful beach and nearby all the main attractions of the city. Staffs were friendly though, facilities and maintenance fell short for that last star.

PPengguna TetamuHotel initially presents well. However some things let it down. The room was large and spacious however it was quite windy outside and this howled through window all night. The bathroom : the shower is over a really high bath that has no door or curtain so the floor gets flooded even if your being very careful. The toilet seems to have a leak either from the water feed to the toilet or bidet as the grout channels in floor were always full of water. Only 1 towel and one hand towel supplied. Restaurant: just don’t!! The food was shocking. It made a student flat dinner look like a 5 star dining experience. Staff were helpful but very inexperienced. Basically the restaurant is an afterthought. Breakfast: this is at a different restaurant in the complex. It was quite good. Extensive fruit and vegetable options. Lots of egg options. Lovely pastries. Only minor letdown was tea and coffee. The property is a long way from any local restaurants but there is a mall 10to 15 min walk away. Just not very pleasant walking there in the wind we experienced. Would I stay here again : Yes What would I do different : taxi to the Medina and eat there. Take ear plugs.

Our experience with the restaurant in particular was not pleasant. Rude and unprofessional staff who didn’t keep their promises and were highly disorganized. We called 2 days prior to book a table for our whole family and explained that we wanted to celebrate dad’s birthday and bring a cake, ”no problem with that” - they said. However, when we were there, the restaurant was full and the lack of organization from the staff made it so difficult to be available. We had to wait for 20 to 30 minutes sometimes for a waiter to make a request. After finally finishing our meal I called multiple waiters for the cake surprise, which we had already given them at arrival. They kept promising to bring it but didn’t. My husband then had to go address the issue to the “head waiter“ but the latter ignored him and didn’t even give him a minute of his time. Later on, I called the same “head waiter“ and he responded with an unacceptable attitude blaming me for “giving him extra work“ and for not remembering to whom I gave the cake. By the time they “found” the cake - mind you there was only one other person celebrating their birthday- we were too tired and disappointed so we paid and left. Having worked at foodservice, I understand the pressure of working such a demanding job. However, being rude and blaming your client for your mistake cannot be tolerated. With organization and politeness, our experience might have been different and better with Chellah Restaurant. For now, I do not recommend and will not go back.

Amazing terrace Nice easy Place to reach close to the beach nice helpful staff room was nice you can value for the money you pay , and beware there is tax city to pay at the place (2 Euro) per person . Had to come back after check out , was both mistake no body was at the reception when i left ! Thank you every one recommend to stay
