Lokasi yang sibuk. Sesetengah kakitangan tidak berbahasa Inggeris. Saya faham bahasa Perancis dan Arab adalah bahasa rasmi di Maghribi, namun, sesiapa yang bekerja di hotel pelancongan bertaraf 5 bintang harus bertutur dalam bahasa Inggeris yang mencukupi untuk menerima pesanan ringkas! Ini tidak berlaku di sini! Katil King Size bukanlah seperti yang anda harapkan. Saya mendapat tahu bahawa terdapat 2 jenis katil bersaiz king: Saiz Amerika Utara (California, Alaska dll) dan saiz Timur yang sedikit lebih besar daripada saiz queen. Bilik kecil untuk hotel 5 bintang. Menu Restaurante sangat terhad dan mereka tidak mempunyai beberapa item dalam menu. Anda perlu meminta segala-galanya yang biasanya disertakan dengan hidangan - seperti mentega, tangkapan dll. Pada asasnya, ia adalah Hilton 3 dunia! Walau bagaimanapun, ia mungkin tempat terbaik yang anda boleh tinggal jika anda berada di Tanger! Sila ambil tangga. Ia adalah pintu keluar kecemasan, tetapi papan tanda hanya tertera Tangga! Anda boleh masuk tetapi tidak boleh keluar melainkan seseorang membuka pintu dari dalam. Saya tersekat!! Saya terpaksa berjalan sehingga ke tingkat 15 sehingga saya menemui pintu terbuka! Tangga kotor dan tiada lampu di beberapa kawasan. Saya tidak mempunyai telefon untuk menghubungi seseorang, agak menakutkan tetapi senaman yang bagus!! Tidak seperti yang anda harapkan di hotel 5 bintang. Sekali lagi, percayalah ini adalah sebaik yang ada di Tanger! LOL!

The hotel merits the 5 star rating. Excellent all around. Breakfast is worth praising for the selection and quality of the produce. The staff is very attentive to guests' needs and comfort. A word of praise for the assistant floor/reception manager who out of his way to see to it that my stay was pleasant and memorable. Would only advise not to arrange airport pick-up through the hotel. The service will cost more than double that of a regular taxi. Otherwise, and as a seasoned world traveler, I strongly recommend the hotel.

Run away. I arrived at the hotel on a Tuesday night, after a whole day of travel, accompanied by a child, and guess what, I had canceled my reservation, even after it had been confirmed on the accorhotels website. After a lot of insistence, they got us a room, and our reservation was for two. Upon reaching the room, a new surprise. There was only one bed and not the double and single bed they had been promised. We went back to reception and after another fight, we got the second room. There's one more thing, the rooms are in a bad state, the TV doesn't work, the bed looks unmade, old towels. If you still think about staying here, one last thing, the next day we met several people who had gone through similar stories to ours, with reservations canceled by the hotel and without any notice. A complete disgrace!

Un Grand merci à Yasmine et Achraf pour leur amabilité et professionnalisme (à l’écoute et réactifs) Séjour correct. Petit Flop : Petit déjeuner « À La Française » mesquin et immangeable. Entretien à prévoir (notamment en salle de bain) C’est pas la capitale, c’est Tanger bb. J’y reviendrai sans hésitation.

They did not allow us to check-in even 5 min before 14:00. We arrived abt 12:00, so we could wait at the hotel pool for 2 hours before check-in. One lady at the reception tried to be very friendly and helpful. Yet she insisted of the charge having to be invoiced on credit card on dirhams (not euros as we had booked through ***********), and with the exchange rate we ended up paying 10eur more. One waitress at the hotel bar tried to fool me with giving too little exchange - giving 20 dirhams (2eur) too little when buying some water. I noted about it, she promised to bring later claiming she did not have, but never did, finally I asked it again. I thought this was only a mistake, but later she tried to do the same to my companion, when he went to fetch some beer. So apparently this lady tries to snitch some 2eur from every tourist looking person... Other hotel guests were mostly locals. Breakfast was quite Moroccan food, I like but my travel companions not. We had booked two rooms (4 persons), and both rooms were equipped only for 1 person. So we had to ask for more towels, complimentary water bottle (which were very small bottles) etc. Calling from the room to reception or room service - no answer at all. We had to find cleaners from the aisle to help us. The beds were not good. The water from the bathroom tap and shower is dangerously burning hot when you just run it from the neutral position - it really was steaming!! Also the water pressure at shower changed and was poor. Otherwise ok, luckily the place was clean enough. Location a bit far from Medina/downtown, but there are restaurants also nearby in walking distance. Beach also near, but the big street to cross over is really dangerous (with 6 lanes, people driving like crazy).

Had 2 rooms for the hotel. Average room, rather old. Renovations are in progress thus maybe caused the lack of service, had to wait rather long while checking in and in comparison with other moroccan hotels, no welcome drinks or familiarisation was given. There was no rooftop access for any aerial view despite strategically located next to the wonderful beach and nearby all the main attractions of the city. Staffs were friendly though, facilities and maintenance fell short for that last star.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel,bed and breakfast. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and cleaned everyday. The hotel bar is good with live band and reasonably priced drinks. The space night club which is part of hotel was closed but reopening after ramadan The pool is nice but was cold in February. The location is good with short distance to kasbah but be careful with people trying to take you through small winding streets.
