St Patrick's Hotel is in a beautiful setting. We would have happily stayed in our sea view room the entire duration of our stay and watched the view change throughout the day. The location in Xlendi Bay is perfect. You can stroll, swim and hike nearby. The staff, both hotel and restaurant, were friendly, attentive and engaged. We had lovely conversations with those we spoke to, they arrange car hire for us and they provided us with local tips. The food, the breakfast and the set dinner menu (which changes nightly), was top quality. We decided to have all our dinners at the hotel's restaurant not just because we enjoyed the food and view so much, but also because the staff were so great. Although we only stayed two nights, we felt welcome and comfortable, and the entire atmosphere was very easy. A perfect holiday and we left feeling refreshed. We loved the Duke Hotel. The staff, such as reception folks Sharon, Jason, Raul and Sharlon were just so professional, helpful and friendly ... actually ... all the staff. We didn't catch all their names, but the breakfast servers and room attendants - everyone! This hotel gives knowledgeable advice on local buses to interesting villages and beaches, can assist with obtaining ferry tickets, and organize taxis etc. BTW, the breakfast selection was abundant and colourful. I thoroughly recommend The Duke!

As we booked this last minute break at a real bargain, only 6 days before we actually flew, we weren’t expecting the standard of holiday that we actually experienced. We were made aware of the building work to the front of the hotel, our room was at the back and we spent every day out sightseeing or at the beach so were totally unaffected by it. The location is perfect, close to the restaurants & bars, bus stops and mini-markets in a gorgeous little bay. Our room (303) had everything we needed, great a/c, powerful shower, fridge, tea/coffee, kettle etc. It was kept exceptionally clean with regular towel & bedding changes. The breakfast was brilliant, freshly made cooked breakfast, plenty of choice of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruits & cereals. Overall the accommodation was fabulous. All the staff were hardworking, professional and very friendly. Anais & Jency were adorable, neither of them could do enough for us and always greeted us with their gorgeous smiles. Gozo is a wonderful little island with so much to do and see, we would thoroughly recommend this b&b as a base for a great holiday. We intend to return, as a week was not long enough to enjoy it all.

Réception sympathique, bord de mer à un jet de pierre. Bien que la chambre soit suffisamment grande, je n'ai pas apprécié la qualité du matelas à ressorts. Les rues sont assez bruyantes et l'insonorisation pas très bonne, prévoyez donc des bouchons d'oreilles. Ayant changé de chambre chaque jour, je trouve, comparativement, que 30€ la nuit, était un peu excessif par rapport à la qualité de la chambre.
