Good business Hotel. Good location in the Naucalpan area. Excellent service from Johana at bar/restaurant. Johana was extremely attentive and hospitable with us. Rooms are clean and staff is courteous. Breakfast buffet is average. Do recommend the Hotel. Dinner menu is extensive, good good and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately I am not staying in the hotel but go every morning to the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, and for ice latte in the afternoon. The staff is amazing! Friendly, polite, attentive! Green juice is fresh and tasty, cappuccino is great, just like ice latte. I had avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast, which was perfectly prepared, got some fresh fruits before. Really healthy and tasty for a really good price. The restaurant looks nice and has a chic vibe! I will keep coming back until I’m here on vacation. I also go the the hotel’s gym every day which is very well equipped and clean, has a lot of space and types to free weights, cardio and weight machines to use.

Me acaba de tocar el sismo de 7/09/21 estando en este hotel, cada uno de sus empleados mostró un genuino cuidado por sus huéspedes, desde chicas en crisis de nervios, apoyos en solicitudes de todo tipo y logística. En especial agradezco a Alexia y Eduardo de mantenimiento quienes se acercaron a apoyarme con material para una torcedura. Siguieron pendiente de mí posteriormente y me pude dar cuenta como hacían un lado su propio temor para brindar calidez, profesionalismo y empatía a cada uno de los huéspedes. El equipo de meseros también una joya. Lamento no saber el nombre de ellos pero sean reconocidos por su servicio.

El lugar es muy confortable. La limpieza del lugar es muy buena. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda con amenidades suficientes de apoyo al viajero. Los canales de TV son numerosos. Los servicios del hotel: gimnasio, restaurant, cafetería, bar, room service, auto check-inn y estacionamiento techado, son muy funcionales. En general mi estancia fue muy buena y si volvería a hospedarme. Sin embargo, independiente a los servicios del hotel, ojalá se puediera gestionar con las autoridades para que las calles aledañas (en la parte del retorno) cuenten con mejor iluminación, señalameintos y se mejore el bacheo.

Visite el hotel ya que me encontraba por cuestiones de trabajo por la zona y buscando un lugar limpio para desayunar, probe el desayuno muy bien y viendo las instalaciones del hotel, me anime a hospedarme aquí, no me arrepiento de tomar dicha desición, personal atento, comida accesible y rica, habitaciones limpias
