Hotel terbaik di Mukim Kota Lama Kiri

The rooms were really spacious. We are family of four and we took the deluxe room and found it very large with queen bed, single bed and extra sofa couch. Toilet was huge as well. Only downside was the rooms had a stale smell of where it was hardly used. Toilet too. The hotel room had an eerie vibe feeling. Other than that ok. Hotel breakfast we didnt manage to try as we all woke up late.

Clean & comfy bed so that we can have a good rest and easy for us to take care my mum admitted Kuala Kangsar Hospital Rehab Center. Polite and friendly staffs, they take extra mile assist order lunch & dinner.

Hotel bilik sangat sangat cantik dan bersih, bilik sangat luas dan ada ruang untuk solat Water pressure pun besar, highly recommended

Bilik ok. Cuma bilik yg diduduki tak sama seperti dlm gambar yg ditempah. Rasa jawapan yg diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan kurang meyakinkan.

LAWATAN KE-2 SAYA C/In: 13 April 2022 selama 2 malam. Kunjungan pertama saya ialah 17 Ogos 2020 selama 2 malam. Terletak di tengah-tengah Kuala Kangsar dan dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke semua tarikan pelancong dan tapak gestonomi tempatan. Dari saat saya mula-mula masuk ke hotel ini, saya serta-merta dikenali oleh pekerjanya dan dialu-alukan dengan tangan terbuka membuatkan saya berasa seperti di rumah jauh dari rumah. Malah, kebanyakan kakitangan dari pelbagai jabatan memang peramah dan peramah. Pada penginapan saya sebelum ini, mereka juga telah mengatur lawatan peribadi di Kuala Kangsar untuk memperibadikan keperluan saya. Suite Deluxe memang selesa dengan pemandangan Sungai Perak yang menakjubkan. Pada masa ini, Matahari Coffee House hanya menyajikan bufet sarapan pagi dan makan malam kerana musim Ramadan. Tertanya-tanya jika saya benar-benar lapar atau merindui masakan tempatan, tetapi entah bagaimana makanannya sangat lazat. Ia sangat lazat sehingga detik gurun saya sehingga seluar saya terbelah di kaunter bufet padang pasir. Nasib baik, salah seorang kakitangan melihat detik memalukan yang mengerikan itu dan dengan cepat berdiri di belakang saya untuk menutup pantat saya dan secara senyap-senyap dengan bijaksana mengiringi saya dari belakang ke suite saya untuk perubahan pantas. Pada masa ini kemudahan hotel yang disediakan adalah terhad. Hanya penginapan, bilik mesyuarat, bilik majlis dan tempat letak kereta disediakan. Matahari Coffee House hanya tersedia untuk bufet sarapan pagi dan bufet makan malam. Saya senang tinggal bersama Casuarina Kuala Kangsar. Terima kasih!

Checked in, had to pay immediately which is unusual..small room for 2 and very very basic, a/c blowing smelly air on my head and immediately I felt it was going to be a difficult stay. Asked to be moved to what turned out to be the honeymoon suite. Again super-basic for 120rm extra per night but good size for elderly mum and I sharing a king bed (quilt was queen?). One towel each, no face towel, one floor mat. Aware that daily room clean is available but had read of things going missing for other visitors so abstained - no safe. No breakfast and no real facilities to cook for yourself. Really? Town is only a 5 minute drive but for every meal, it’s a big drag. We brought fruit back to our room as there is a little fridge. Room interior needs serious upgrade as it’s dark, dreary and a bit spooky at night. Some silly villa design features: - open wardrobe in path of one bedside means you keep hitting your head on the hangers on the way to your side of the bed - same bedside had no light of its’ own - hardwood bed corners need to be marked so we don’t keep hitting our toes at night - a shower curtain would stop the whole bathroom floor and toilet getting wet every time one has a shower - the outdoor balcony steps are so steep and close to barrier that if you lost your footing in the poorly-lit outdoor area, you’d fall right over the balcony side. - nowhere to put bath items needed when showering - a little shelf wd do. Front desk staff are helpful where they are able to be, but place felt a bit lifeless, esp. as there is no communal eating area. No faulting the spectacular settings but forget dipping your feet in the water nearby let alone having a swim. Barbed wire and preventative rock embankments (newly installed according to my mum who visited at least twice before - 2011 and 2017) sully the desire to cool off or to really immerse yourself in the setting. To be fair, it is a natural spring that provides fresh water to the people of Taiping so won’t argue on that front. Saw monkeys, butterflies, snake-shaped fern, huge millipede, multivaried greenery. This place has so much potential but it feels as if we are discouraged from enjoying the natural surrounds as much as we’d like…a bit ‘shut shop’. The really generous part of our stay was the jungle and it’s teeming life.

Hotel itu seperti hotel bajet. Tetapi biliknya besar. Hanya tertanya-tanya mengapa Trip mengatakan ia dibuka pada 2023? Hotel ni nampak lama sebenarnya. Saya fikir, ini 2023 selepas covid? Tandas tidak mempunyai kalis bunyi sama sekali. Kita boleh mendengar semua bunyi jika seseorang menggunakannya. Sarapan pagi agak sedap dengan harga yang kami bayar. Pelbagai jenis. Gim tidak diselenggara dengan baik. Perlu diganti dengan yang baru saya rasa. Kolamnya okay. Lokasi adalah titik tambah! Very near to the Taman Tasik Taiping. Hanya 6 minit lagi. Boleh jogging saja. Berdekatan dengan Zoo juga. Penyambut tetamu perlu lebih freindly. Saya rasa itu sahaja.
