The shuttle bus is for all 3 ibis hotel which are always full. Room is tidy and clean.
The restaurant staff are nice and friendly.
Good try for business short stay.

Hotel bonito, y accesible, hay una parada de bus muy cerca que te lleva al centro de Ámsterdam, el servicio y el personal excelente, la habitación tiene 2 estancias una de ellas es habitación y la otra salón con cocina americana, con todos los servicios, el vaño muy bonito y funcional. Lo recomiendo.

Хороший отель, удобное расположение для тех, кому нужно остановиться на одну ночь. Номер небольшой, но уютный и чистый. Все необходимые удобства есть, удобная кровать.
В номере очень тихо, не смотря на то, что аэропорт рядом. Можно хорошо отдохнуть с дороги. Рекомендую.

Hotel Is perfect. I was welcomed by Brianna , very gentile and professional. Strategic Place as there Is the metro station very near. Out of the Chaos of the city and the hotel Is very clean, good bar, spa & fitness. When you get down from hofddorp check as the train Is coming and you Will see the Building of the hotel from the train on order to orient the self. Going down from metro , check the stairs at the left and then all straight. You Will enjoy ❤️

It's a good hotel for just one night. Please lower your expectations because despite a four star rating and a Hilton name attached to it, it's nothing short of a hostel in terms of changing you for everything. No water in the rooms, luggage storage room is charged at 5 euros per room. Staff are very friendly though. Breakfast nothing especial and can get quite busy.

Hotel is brilliant located which is 4mins walking to Hoofddorp station . From Hoofddorp the airport is just 5mins and amsterdam central is 20mins . Perfect for tourists who want to explore Amsterdam and live in a peaceful , spacious and beautiful hotel .

Room was clean as housekeeper cleans and replenished the consumables every day. Location wise is too far from the city and trains. I would like to suggest to add more foods on breakfast and to consider foods that suits other nationalities like asian. They also provide cycle but too pricey.

AakubuFrom the reception, we were greeted by a very welcoming staff, the check in and check out was very smooth and fast. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. Room and bathroom were met clean and the shower water pressure is amazing.

DDutch TravelerThis hotel is always my preferred hotel near the hotel and it makes my transition so smooth. The bed is huge and very comfortable and the rooms are always very clean.
Only thing I miss is a mini bar just to keep something chilled or cool. The TV channel lay out is a bit strange as well as normally you start with all Dutch channels followed by International channels.
Love the light setting options and the sound proofing is great, you won’t hear any planes and give you a great rest before a long flight.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a comfortable one-night stay before an early morning flight out of Schiphol. It's only a 2 minute walk from the bus station and an under 15 minute ride by bus (they come pretty regularly, even at 6 AM) over to the airport. The hotel design has an environmental/animal focus, and it was pretty cool. It also seemed pretty newly renovated too. But would not recommend staying here if you're making the commute into the city center every day - takes quite a while and the trains aren't cheap.

AAbdenour OUADIThe location was bit tricky if you are coming from Amsterdam central, they do have a shuttle bus from the airport though.
But the service was great everything was good the room was clean, they are taking care of all the details.
I recommend this hotel a lot

IIka_EllyThere are way better hotels around the airport.
We were a family of 3 traveling, and so we booked a room for 3. When we arrived in the room, the sofa bed was out, but there were no sheets in it. We called reception to get sheets. A lady came and made the bed. But only when she had left we realized she hadn't put a cover in the bed. We called again and somehow came with a cover.
When it was time to have a shower, there were only 2 towels (and by the way, no small towels at all). For a third time, we had to call, and this time, ask them for a towel.
The bathroom was pretty old and rundown. There was a big carack on the floor, painting coming off in the shower and mold stains.
Apart from that, the room and bathroom were spacious.
The next day, we left in the morning and came back at 5 pm. The room had still not been cleaned, so we called reception to get it done. Straight after that, we left. When we came back later, someone had been there to clean. There were clean towels, but they had also left the dirty ones. What's more, they hadn't cleaned the bathroom floor.
Dogs are welcome, so that's a big plus. And there's a beautiful grassy area with a pond, just beside the hotel. Perfect for walking them.
Parking is available but it's rather expensive.
We wanted to do a late check-out in the afternoon, as we had two dogs and a boy with us. It would have been much easier for them to stay in the hotel while we were doing our business in Amsterdam until 4 pm.
So we called around midnight and asked reception if it would be possible to check out at that time, at an extra cost. She said it depends if the hotel is fully booked, in which case we can't and that we have to call back at 7.30am.
So at 7.30, we called and were told that they are fully booked so impossible to get a late check-out. Which means that between midnight and 7.30 in the morning, they got fully booked... I suppose it's possible, but it felt more like they were not willing to help.
The boy and the dogs spent their day waiting for us in a café.
I wouldn't go back to this hotel as we had a bad experience. We expected better from Radisson.

NNat 李凤临My flight was delayed so I missed the connection and thankfully stayed just one night.
No toiletries (just soap) or hair dryer in the room. I asked for a hair dryer to warm up the room, but all were given away.
The toilet was clean the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, but the heating was off and ventilation impossible to turn off, even though it was 14c outside and raining.
The rooms are small but have the basics.
The front desk has vending machines with sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold and drinks, and the breakfast is 11€.
Hotel doesn’t accept cash and my Union pay card did not work, and my Mastercard was blocked so I spent the night without food or water.
The free shuttle was on time (goes every 10-15min), and takes less than 10min to reach Schiphol airport, but it was crowded.
On my way to the hotel I took a taxi and paid it 23€ because it was night and very cold and I had no clothes since my luggage was kept at the airport.
The receptionists were kind but always very busy because obviously many flights get delayed.
I would never stay here but this was an emergency and the hotel is 5,3km from the terminal.

PPengguna TetamuHandy location near the airport. Free shuttle bus to and from airport. I arrived at 9l8pm on a Sunday night and hotel was very quiet. It didn't appear that the restaurant was open, but there is a McDonald's just outside the front door. Room was clean and well sized. Bed was comfortable. Pillows are very poor quality.
