一個園子，兩排房間，很舒適的佈局，門口就是公交車站，步行5min就可以到達超市，自己做做飯吃吃零食別提多愜意了。最最歡喜的是有浴缸，終於在旅行結束時得到很好的放鬆。👍最後還要感謝熱情的管家女士💐

Consistent ; convenient ; clean. Whilst the property frame looks old, all the amenities and facilities are updated . Good bathroom. Good size room. Twin rooms are two very comfortable double beds . Free parking. It’s not right next to the airport, just a few minutes drive. Best option in the Crustcjurch airport area !

The V motel is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping mall and grocery store and a 15-minute drive to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean and very well-equipped. It has all the things that a business traveller needs, except for an iron and ironing board. The bed is comfortable and the towels and linings are clean. The Sony TV is large with Youtube and Netflix. It even provides some cereals and bananas, milk and yogurt for breakfast or snacks. The internet is fast and instructions, passwords are clear and easy to follow. Lastly, the price is fair and very affordable. I highly recommend this motel and would come back to it the next time.

They were very nice and accommodating I was able to park my car there and head out to a function. I returned very late but they have a 24 hour check in so I was able to get into bed nice and easy. The room was nice and clean and reasonably priced. Thank you for a great stay.

Easy to find. Staff was responsive. Property condition itself is clean but interior infrastructure was so so. Water drainage was poor and overflowed during shower. Noise from repair works and other customers in and out throughout the day clearly heard, although at acceptable level

市内の観光スポットに近く、大変便利でしたし、スタッフの方は親切でした。
日本人としてはバスタブがあると尚嬉しいですが、お部屋も素敵で十分くつろげました。

PPengguna TetamuWe are on the road trip in New Zealand for 6 days now, this is by far the best hotel I’ve been. We like it so very much! The location is very close to the botanical garden, lots of restaurants nearby, very centralized. The hotel itself is very pretty with English garden all around the property, you can see the very well maintained flowers from every direction, it’s surreal, so so pretty, you have to come to enjoy this lovely view, the pictures can’t do the justice. The front desk ladies are very friendly and helpful, I changed 16 dollars to coins to do laundry. Our room is very quiet and super clean and close to the guess laundry room. The dinner was fantastic and breakfast was served with oatmeal! After 6 breakfast from different hotels with similar English breakfast dishes, I was surprised by the oatmeal served in this place. Best dinner in town, my husband was very impressed by the service, the ambiance and atmosphere. We have been 20 countries, trust me, this is one of the best hotel I’ve been in New Zealand and the world! It’s a pleasure and privilege to stay in such great hotel for one night!!

AAirizheThis is our second time staying in Carnmore and it was an unplanned trip, we even booked another night and they graciously gave us the same room. Even given us additional coffee because we’ve been in and out of CHC ED. Will definitely stay again! Amazing accommodation and amazing staff!!

PPengguna TetamuHotel is very nice and easy access to all location. The art gallery is just next door and full of tourists. Front desk customer service is friendly and helpful. The hotel have a common kitchen and allow you to cook your meal. Kitchen open hour from 7am to 10pm. Besides that, also have hot water. We booked a deluxe room that have 2 divide room with 1 toilet. So is allowed more space for us to pack our luggage.

SSukyWe stayed at the hotel for 4 nights just recently, first arrived at the hotel, the reception was polite enough but not as helpful as any front desk staff coud be. The room was clean and comfy, location was fantastic, environment was superb (quite, few hote guests).
But somehow my wife lost her wedding ring from our room. We only noticed by the end of the day, and should have picked up earier.
Mr. Sui Beng Teh, the hotel manager, made it even worse from a travellers point of view. He has the worse attitude to the whole incident, instead of offering his empathy, he pushed responsibility back to the hotel guests who lost the wedding ring in his room at his hotel. His passive aggression is throughout all the poor google review!
He reacted bluntly when questioned about CCTV other than the door access record he could provide immediately, being agreesive at his answer and attitude towards to someone who turned over the room to just look for the missing ring. He was not friendly, empathatic nor welcoming despit he is in hospitality industry.
Im not blaming at anyone here or making any accusation on anyone but he as the hotel manager was the only one we could seek help for in a foreign country, and he expected us undedstanding how police and system worked here. To us, he made us sound like ****** and being forgetful on our own properties.

HHelloI have given 5 stars to this motel for the service, cleanliness and amenities because each aspect of these beat my expectations! I am usually very conservative in giving reviews.
Initially I was expecting very basic service given it is a motel. But when I opened the door of the room I was quite surprised. You could feel the room is very clean and bright. The amenities are sufficient to make a simple meal for yourself. There is also daily housekeeping services as well (given it is a motel).
The staff at the reception are also very helpful. When I first arrived, the reception lady asked me where I planned to go and showed me the ways.
The motel is also close (5-10 minutes walk) to the Main Street at Riccarton and there are a lot of restaurants there. You can also take bus to the city centre which takes about 30 minutes including waiting.
The motel is also very close to the Christchurch railway station which is only 10 minutes walk, great if you are taking the scenic trains. There are also a number of shops near the Railway station and you can do some shopping for clothes, vitamins and fresh food too!

BBasilPros: The location is really good, it's convenient to take public transportation or goto restaurants. Kitchenwares are sufficient for people who living there for usage. The hygiene of shared toilets are reach the standard.
Cons: The facilities of the hostel are not in the good condition. my assigned room was near by the kitchen, even midnight still have some tenants walking around, the noise is really annoying.

NNanny GloI only stayed 1 night, and I'm relatively new to the South Island. I had to catch the intercity bus and was stressing out I would miss my bus, or go to the wrong bus stop. I went to the office, and after a very patient 12ish minutes (on the lady working in receptions part), she understood what I wanted. She was so lovely. I was waiting until 8am to come and say a huge thank you, but my Uber came early. The heater heated the room up nicely, the pressure of the shower was great. The bed was well made and comfortable. I too am a housekeeper/cleaner and really appreciated coming into a nice, clean environment. If I have anything to say as an improvement, it would be to have a better tea towel. A nothing issue and a $2 fix. I absolutely loved my stay at your motel and highly recommend it.

PPengguna TetamuNot too impressed, got put in the wrong room when I specifically booked the room for the balcony. The guy at the front was new which I understand but no one did anything to help. Walls are thin as anything could hear everyone’s conversation and 5 different people snore. Will never be back.
