經過*****預訂了這家旅店。一切都按正規預訂程序輸入倆成人三小孩，扣除*****會員折扣卷後得到報價，填入信用卡後，確認下訂。收到確認訂單，顯示入住人數是倆成人三小孩。旅店方面也發了確認。 一切看似正常，直到入住前三天，信用卡被全額抽款，不能再取消訂房後，旅店就發來威脅訊息説，價格不包括三小孩，必需得多付100多刀紐幣，不然不給入住！！更離譜的是，向*****投訴後，*****聯繫旅店方得到的回覆是，價格衹包含4個成人，第五個成人必須得付100多刀！？？旅店方給的理由前後完全不一致！！而且這額外要求的100多刀，想必是連*****打的折都想要拿個整，超噁心！！在旅店官網或*****完全沒有提到這個加價，擺明就是胡亂加價！！出外旅遊最怕就是遇到這種威脅！！ 向*****表示強烈抗議並要求取消訂房和全額退款。旅店方遲遲不給答覆直到入住當天幾個小時前才回復説不加價可以入住，簡直欺人太甚？！我要求的是取消訂房全額退款！！出外旅遊帶着三個小孩而且有可能很晚才會抵達，遇到這種黑店，難道還冒着睡街的風險而不趕緊訂其他旅店嗎？ 目前這黑店以Cancellation Policy為由拒絕退款，説是自己不來住，不給退錢啥的，坑爹啊！！擺明就是利用這Cancellation Policy來坑蒙拐騙！！而*****什麼也幫不了！！ 所有證據收集好準備向有關部門投訴和舉報這家黑店。如有像我一樣的受害者記得一定要舉報這家旅店！！絕對不能讓他們繼續以這種手段威脅旅客！！

The hotel is fairly easy to find with its large signage outside. The office is located at the rear of the property and there is a large area in front of it to turn vehicles around. There wasn't anyone in the office when we arrive but the blackboard did let us know which unit we were in. The room was already warm and it was quite comfortable. there was a single car park in front of the unit so it was fairly easy to get everything into the room. The room was quite spacious with a small dining area and a kitchenette. There was plenty of plugs around and the WiFi was easy to get on and decent. As Fairlie isn't very big, it was quite central to the town, being a few minute's walk away. It was also close to the museum. The driveway is off the main highway so it makes it a bit safer as the road adds a buffer. It was quite a nice stay. We only stayed overnight and there was no one in the office the following morning. I just left the keys in the room and texted the phone number as they weren't picking up the calls.

房間非常乾淨整潔，需要注意的是，辦入住的office在住房對面路口，晚入住時會寫明旅客住哪間房，房門沒鎖可以直接進去。房間還帶個小院子，適合喝點啤酒聊聊天！屋子裡還有個壁爐可以烘毛巾。 Motel離網紅早餐店fairlie barkey很近，第二天可以買完早飯出發。他家餅子很結實，都是餡兒餅肉量很足的。 有一點不太愉快的是，我明明付了2大1小的預訂費，退房時房東看見我們三個人出來，説我們衹付了一個人的錢，但是看在我們帶孩子的份上算了。我們感覺被冤枉了。當時已經解釋了，可能是代理商的問題，我的訂單是正常付款了3個人的。後來等走了，讓攜程管家和房東溝通清楚了，代理找她確認了我們付過三個人的錢了。所以帶娃的家庭要注意，因為2個人的房間和3個人的房間，也許房型相同，但價格肯定會不同，因為海外要算清潔床鋪和打掃的費用。也許誤會一場，不管怎樣房間確實很不錯！攜程客服也是靠譜的。

A lovely motel run by a great couple. The facilities are clean and tidy and comfortable. They are obviously building the business up and I sure they will do well. It's location on the SH8 in a very historical township adds to its charm. Lake Tekapo and Mt John Observatory are a 20 minute drive away. Good for summer and winter holidays too as part of the NZ Alpine ski area. Thank you.

Oleh kerana harga bilik di sekitar Lake Tekapo sangat mahal, saya menempah homestay ini agak jauh. Ia baru diubah suai, sangat moden, sangat bersih dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Lebih-lebih lagi persekitaran sekeliling, kerana jauh dari kawasan tasik dan tiada pencemaran cahaya, jadi kesan memerhati bintang adalah jauh lebih baik berbanding dekat Tasik Tekapo. Dan terdapat banyak arnab di sekeliling rumah. Khususnya, gereja kecil di pintu masuk ladang tidak boleh dipandang remeh. Ia sangat terkenal. Bagaimanapun, tiada pemanas di dalam bilik, hanya penghawa dingin di ruang tamu. Melihat ulasan sebelumnya, tuan tanah akan memesan perapian untuk tetamu terlebih dahulu, tetapi tidak menyediakannya untuk kami. Ia masih sangat sejuk pada waktu malam.
