Good location, very good rooms but the sofas and some quilts need to be changed as they were dirty and old. Something needs to be done to the noise as we could hear other guests of the other rooms.
The manager, I believe he is Chinese , was very polite, helpful and kind.

Good location, across from the lake and a short walk to the town centre. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I definitely would recommend staying there.

Lots of parking space. Owner was super friendly! Would definitely stay longer if have the chance. Got a bathtub inside. Super relaxing. Toilet was big and clean as well. Bed was comfortable.

Beautiful lake view right in front of the motel.
The place very well maintained. Clean and tidy.
Love the hot tub and staff very friendly and the owner was a superstar.
Definitely go back again.

Very satisfactory experience. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Warm, friendly welcome, great guest book with good tips! We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

GGB Asia-trotterPoor experience at this hotel. First room service argued they had cleaned the room when they had clearly not and it took photographic evidence for staff to believe us. Also discovered that their check in staff charged the full price room as a deposit ($304) but only mentioned charging $70 at check in; this is an issue as the room was prepaid.
The room itself was comfortable and the pool and gym good. But poor and incompetent treatment by staff would put me off choosing to stay here again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had a 2 bedroom apartment in double storey. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk was very helpful and brought us to our room.
It comes with a fully equipped kitchenette with washer and dryer.
Will not hesitate to recommend The Village Resort to anyone.
It was a wonderful experience staying at this place.

AAlice BunGreat hotel stay with complete amenities for self cook dinner, located by the lake front with breathtaking sunset set view! And we have new pets for the day, cutie cat welcome us to Accent!
Overall is great except for the insulation around the house not strong enough as it can be quite cold during night ….
Highly recommended for families and groups of friends enjoy the stay here.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at the Acapulco Motor Inn while we were in Taupo for a wedding. The staff were friendly and helpful with great local knowledge.
We were pleasantly surprised with our room, decadent toiletries, a huge spa bath, lovely robes and slippers and a selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.
Breakfast is also available at an extra price and a large farmer's market is held across the road each Sunday morning.
We are already planning our next stay at the Acapulco Motor Inn, this time we'll be bringing our children too.

Room was very clean even though they were super dated. The facilities were awesome - we loved the playground and the pools! The spa was set in a beautiful location and the grounds were very pretty. Would have loved to have been off the ground floor though.
Weren’t enough parks for the wing we stayed in was the only issue I felt.

MMei YinEverything was alright however the room I booked shown on Trip app was a female en-suite room but apparently there’s no female only en-suite room. So may need to clarify for extra confirmation if you mind. Otherwise it’s a good stay

PPengguna Tetamu公共區域乾淨，位置離中心區域不遠，自駕遊10分方便，設備基礎簡單但整潔乾淨，秋天來很舒服，夏天可能會有點熱，因為房間沒有冷氣，總體而言10分滿意。
