Hotel terbaik di Boracay Island

The environment is clean and tidy. Both swimming pools are excellent, we can jump in the water from our room directly. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. Specially thanks to a waiter his name is HOMER, he was very helpful and cheerful all the time. It just take a few minutes walk to the d mall and get everything you needed. Will stay in this hotel again next time.

La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, es un lugar muy bonito, tiene mucho potencial es una pena que no lo limpien adecuadamente, muy fácil de encontrar y cerca del puerto.

View is breathtaking. It is right at the beachfront and no hotel would give you this view at such a steal price. Premier beach view room is huge too, it has two extra beds. It can fit 4 people. Breakfast is good. Location is fantastic too. It is in Station 1 near Astoria dock so the tours and activities are just in front of the hotel.. You can easily book for paraw sunset sailing which is hard if you are not near because a lot of tourists try to book it at sunset. It is also just a 3 to 5 minutes walk to D’mall (Station 2) so you can shop, eat at restaurants there. But you do not need to go far as just beside the hotel there are lots of popular and foodie-approved restaurants. And of course just on the ground floor of the hotel is Muchos, which is top rated by tourists because of its delicious Latin America food. I highly recommend this hotel as you can quickly enjoy what Station 2 offers without the noise despite being in Station 1 and of course because of the stunning BEACH VIEW.

Location is really good since it’s beach front. Also on the side where it’s relaxing and not too crowded. There were just some issues with the room. We booked 2 rooms and both comfort rooms have foul smell. TVs aren’t working as well which is one of the things we want for the kids to get off their gadgets.

Местоположение топ. Граница 2 и 3 станции. Близко тихий пляж 3 станции, где мало людей, близко шумная 2 линия с ресторанами. До пляжа 1-2 минуты. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Лофт апартаменты большие, просторные, всегда была горячая вода. Но эти апартаменты для очень не привередливых туристов. Мебель требует хотя бы чистки, а лучше замены. Полотенца требуют замены. Оставили использованную губку для мытья посуды. В лофт апартаментах террасы слишком открыты, нельзя уединиться. На три апартамента на террасах один стол и один стул грязные. В апартаменте N3 террасы нет.

An incident happened during our stay at Sundown Resort and Austrian Pension. Unfortunately, I broke the tempered glass on top of the table located in the balcony. I know it’s my fault and very much willing to pay for it (but of course at a reasonable amount and its actual price quoted by the Aluminum and Glass company only). The table is small and its only a 2-seater and the tempered glass thickness is, I think, 1/4. I talked to the Filipina wife of the owner asking for its price, but for some reason, she told me that they need to call the Aluminum and Glass company first so that they can measure the actual size first before company will quote for the exact amount. I was also worried since it's a Sunday and most businesses are closed and it's our check-out day as well. After the incident happened, I've also started researching online for an Aluminum and Glass company around Caticlan and Boracay and I even told the filipina wife that I will move to other hotel and if the company will not give the price on that same day, then I can be contacted anytime and of course willing to pay the amount of the tempered glass. But the Filipina wife said that I need to settle it on that same day. I also don't understand that she couldn't talk to me straight to my eyes as if she's hiding something from me, she will touch the table in the restaurant, will fix the table cloth even if everything is in order, etc while I was talking to her. Anyway, this is how I feel during the time I was talking to the filipina wife. Then, all of a sudden the wife disappear while I was talking to her. I then went straight to the receptionist named Sheika. According to Sheika the Austrian male owner is charging me for an overkill price of 3K pesos for a 2-seater tempered glass. I feel like it was a ripped off and the owner of the pension house really took advantage of the situation. When I transferred to my next hotel, I asked around to the hotel staff and they know an Aluminum and Glass company in Boracay, station 3 where Sundown Resort is, and they did even help me to ask for its price and the company quoted around 2160 pesos including delivery which is a very reasonable amount. One company also quoted me online amounting to 1800 in Caticlan and they will deliver the tempered glass in the resort too. I am not just happy with what happened. Anyway, overall I am not happy with the owner especially to the filipina wife as she is not very accommodating to the guests. During our first day, my sister humbly asked the receptionist (Shieka) if we can reheat our food in the microwave oven. Shieka asked the filipina wife, but the wife without hesitation said NO. This is only a small kind of good practice, which I don't think a very big deal if you are the owner of the resort. I don't think they know the meaning what ”kindness” is. The filipina wife does not know what a good customer service is. Even if you are the owner of the resort, you should know how to practice the meaning of custom

Твердая тройка* ! За эти деньги по местным меркам. Малозаселенный на Новогоднюю ночь и начало января. Локация на Булабог-бич не популярная (популярная для кайтеров. Пляж не для купания, но вам не запрещают). Это последний многоэтажный отель на Булабог на север, дальше только виллы и сложнее добираться. Вайт-бич в пешей доступности, надо 5 минут, чтобы пешком пересечь этот самый узкий участок острова. Улица ночью не освещается и полна собак, которые пасутся в куче сваленного мусора ночью, а днем лаются за территорию пляжа от безделья. Но безопасные. Рядом нет шумных кафешек с музыкой, их вообще нет. Так что отель для умного отдыха: на куролесил на станциях, и домой отдыхать на тихом Булабоге. Интернет быстрый, пароль для всех роутеров был aira2023. Номер без зверей и насекомых (в других отелях жаловались). Не орет под ухом недорезанный петух, не ездят машины или громкие мопедисты, это кайф. С безопасностью порядок, я как-то оставил настежь открытым сейф (с наличкой, бумажником, всеми картами, паспортом), после уборки все в целости и осталось нетронутым, спасибо! Сейф не закрыл, т.к. он немного глючил: электронный замок не закрывается снова какое-то время, надо выждать минут 5. Нет бассейна и лаундж-зона на пятом этаже бесполезная. Там пластиковые кресла и джакузи, по сухости которого непонятно, может оно вовсе нерабочее. Номер убирают только по вызову: повесьте ярлык на дверь об уборке и покиньте номер до 11, иначе никто не увидит. В итоге мне за 10 ночей убирали только два раза. На заселении оставляете залог 1000 песо. За минибар в холодильнике придется платить по выезду, ценник конский, как в клубах (газировки по 100, пиво по 150 песо). Сдачу предложила дать килограммом монет, почему турист обычно отказывается, а хитрый отель остается в плюсе. В целом отдых отличный! Но для тюленей. Боракай не для молодежи, а тупо почилить на очень красивых пляжах. Еда очень плохая. Выбор огромный, любые кухни мира, но качество овощей, фруктов очень не очень. Даже рыбу всегда пересушивают, невкусно. По заведениям с большим трудом можно что-то рекомендовать.

Formerly known as La Banca, but now called Signature Boracay Blue. Stayed there for 4D/3N . We had a true relaxing and peaceful stay here at their Oceanview room at the 2nd floor. Only a few steps away from the room, an you will be touching the waters. The net in front is due to the habagat season, so if you have a choice, Amihan season is better when going. But either season, the view is still fantastic. Kudos to the staff , especially Jamille and Dan who from reservation to our arrival and up until our checkout were warmly welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place when you want a relaxing stay away from the crowded area of Station 2.(But you can still go there for the music, party, foodtrip , happenings at your own timing).Plus there is a ”carinderia ” where locals eat along the main road before going down Angol street to the hotel. We did not mind not having breakast with the booking as would like to wake up late and just take the ”brunch” later on.
