Its nice to stay the matress and blanket its looks dirty not washed we use the pool during that night they enjoyed it but the pool is not availble during monday because it is their clening day of the pool the beach is good clean and nice white sand but you need to walk it just in 10-15mins or ride if you have your car you can park you can enjoy your day with the nice beach.
You can cooked and bring your own food beacuse it is a condotel we will stay again soon

Sehr sauber große Zimmer. Der Wasserdruck im Bad war gut Das Personal sehr freundlich wir waren 2 Wochen dort der Preis lag bei 1300 Peso. Was ein kleiner Mangel ist zu kleine Auswahl Beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Das bitte verbessern. Walter M Deutschland

Beautiful resort. There for wedding. My room was spacious and clean. Tv and WiFi working. My concern as a senior was lack of safety bars in the bathroom. Stairs to and from beach were a challenge. More ramps would help. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nicely done. Wedding venue was bright and decorated with flowers and set ups. Good stay.

This place is fabulous. Staff is top notch, very friendly and helpful. Some of the best food I’ve had in the Philippines. Lovely place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite drink. Clean swimming pool with seating around. Library with plenty of reading material. Large ceiling fans and standing fans to keep you cool in the garden room while you eat or sit at the bar. Easy to get a grab ride to airport or shopping malls.
Looking forward to my next stay.

We arrived at 9pm and there was no food available. There is a McDonalds 3 min walk away. WiFi is poor but we bought data SIM cards at the airport for $17 as we heard internet was poor everywhere. The outside doesn’t look great but the bedrooms are clean and spacious. Kind and helpful staff carried our bags and they collected us from the airport which is just 10 mins away.

但是、一定要和房東確認好到達時間、要不然、零時預定、就傻傻的等吧、本人真的是等了1.5小時 在一個悶熱潮濕、有蚊子、的條件下、總算是等到了、姍姍而來的房東。

PPengguna TetamuI would have given this hotel 5 Stars had it not been for: Taxi 40 minutes late at the airport, in spite of confirmation of time from the hotel; Some food items (including Coca Cola) not being available from the room service menu; and Water dripping from ceiling and soaking floor and bed in heavy thunderstorm. So, in summary: The Good: Very polite and attentive staff at all times; Offer to relocate us to a different room on the second night (we were told we could not move on the first night - when we booked through Expedia they advertised this was the last room available. It was our choice to stay in the same room, as there was no forecast of further storms on the second - and final - night of our stay); Room service fast (typically 15 minutes) with a good selection of nice food and large portions. Food hot as well when it arrived; Good sized room and faciities; Food (and room service) from the adjacent Rabbit Hole restaurant all good; and Staff immediately replaced the bed sheets and made sure no further water impacted on the bed area. The Bad: Taxi late; Some food items not available from the room service menu; and The room service is from the Rabbit Hole restaurant so has to be paid for when it arrives in your room - the cost cannot be added to your bill. The Wet: Unfortunately, on our first night (of two) there was a very heavy thunderstorm and whilst I was watching the lightning I also noticed water dripping through the ceiling, which soaked the floor and bed sheets. This was attended to immediately by the staff, but it undermined the quality of the stay at the hotel. Would we go to the hotel again: Yes, of course, but avoid ROOM 404.

The room itself is basic but as described & clean. It was a nice surprise to find the hotel is located really close to a coffee shop, a 7’11 and food options though (on a very busy street).

Бассейн у отеля на первом этаже в виде треугольника. Большой красивый с шезлонгами - тот куда возит шатл.
Стоимость завтрака 450 песо (готовят омлет, яйцо), рис, макароны, из мяса были что то похожее на сосиски свинные(очень сладкие) и говядина (я называю это тушёнка); фрукты: ананас, арбузик; кофе чёрный.
Номера большие, чистые, мини бар за доп плату, вода простая, чай, кофе - комплимент от отеля. Минус только в постельном белье (у меня был в пятнах пододеяльник и я переворачивала вверх пятнами, уборка - вниз; на другой кровати простыня).
Сотрудникам огромный плюс, ответили на вопросы и помогли!

NNail Art in CebuWe had an amazing weekend getaway in Palm Beach Resort.
Location was ok. It wasnt the best location BUT it has a 711 just across the road and the hotel has a nice store in their lobby that sells snacks, drinks, swimsuits, swimming things, etc on a very reasonable price.
We originally booked a standard room but upon checking in, they upgraded us to a deluxe room which i was so grateful for. It was a nice, big room. It has a small balcony, tv with cable, split type aircon, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa, mini fridge, mini kitchen area (no utensils though just sink and electric kettle), and bathroom. The room itself was so nice however, the bathroom could have been thought better. Water pressure isnt that great especially if theres a lot of guests in the hotel. Im just a bit sad they didnt clean our room for the 3 days we stayed. Also, next door resorts might kinda be loud at night or during mornings.
The amenities were beautiful. They have 4 swimming pools: a small 2ft pool and 3 good sized pool thats 1x 4ft and 2x 5ft deep. Everywhere you go in their beach area has places to sit on. They have a small restaurant, a mini chapel, a small game room (billiards, foosball, and sungka), and my favorite: kid’s play area with slides and playhouse. Its a small resort but amenities were well thought of. They also have access to the sea. No beach though but stairs going to the sea water only.
The staff were nice. Very kind and accomodating.
Price per room is super duper worth it!! With how big the room is and amenities you and your kids can enjoy, its really great! As long as you are not that picky, then this resort is good for you.
Overall, we had a good time. My kids has a wonderful time. Will we stay here again? Why not. It sure is a nice resort.

TTrek16107089405It was much better than expected. After booking I read a couple of reviews left here in trip advisor. I had wanted to cancel, but that was not an option. We decided to make the best of it since it was Mother's Day and my birthday. I lived through Odette. Had no MECO service for 3 months. I didn't see any signs of Odette damage. If it was there it wasn't glaring. The pools are well maintained. The beach was fine. The food isn't as bad as others have written though it is a little pricy if you're used to food prices in Cebu. The tourists mostly from Japan won't think the prices are high. I asked a Japanese couple why they had chosen this resort. They told me it was part of a tour package. Japanese love tour packages where everything is selected for them. I know. I lived there for 27 years. There is a cycle for their breakfasts. Ours was on a Monday so it was: Continental Filipino American. Funny thing.. corned beef is in the American breakfast. Oh sorry. No Canadian breakfasts. Haha. The rooms were fine. The ”air con” was strong and so was the hot water in the shower. No problem. OMG! There were a few ants. Hahaha. So what. It's the Philippines. They're everywhere. The staff was courteous and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The door latch in room 505 needs to be reversed. It comes right off when you open the door.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a long layover in Cebu as we went from international flights to domestic flights. I found AOSMEC Square Hotel on the map of the island and the price was very cheap. Instead of a long rotten night in the airport, I decided to get a room. We booked the room 3 or more months in advance and when we arrived there at 2AM the desk clerk was awake but had no record of the booking since it was a 3rd party who handled it. He gave us a room anyway and wanted a 200 peso deposit for damages. All I had was a 1000 peso bill so he took that because he had no change. I also left him with my booking confirmation numbers and that stuff. In the morning my wife and I had an awesome breakfast for about 300 pesos in the cafe there. The hotel folks were very happy when we told them we only wanted 500 pesos of the deposit back. The other half covered our breakfast and a tip. It was a small room but the AC worked well and so did the plumbing. I got a good bit of sleep and a shower, even if it was a cold one. None of the rooms have hot water but for $12 a night I was perfectly happy with it. I noticed lots of scooters inside the hotel compound and I think they rent them. It's also really close to a beach. We were only interested in a bed and a shower between flights but someone may like hanging there a few days because it's so cheap and the people are so nice. The food was good too. Something we learned about Cebu, always get a cab with a meter. If the driver wants to negotiate a price without the meter, tell him you'll find a cab that has a working meter. Don't wear jewelry have your cell out either as the snatchers are coming back since Duteurte is gone from office.

JjosefbulalaqueI made the grave error of not reading reviews before booking this hotel. The building and facilities is ancient. The furnitures are stained and some of the stains are so disgusting that they don’t even bother hiding it. The smell of the sheets is also so bad that it sticks to your clothes. I couldn’t sleep because of the stench of the sheets. The bathroom is barely operational - the shower and faucet setting is either boiling or freezing. They should fix it though because they can cause serious injuries with the boiling hot water coming out. We also asked for 4 extra glasses because we forgot to bring disposable glasses and was told that there are no available glasses. In which universe do they think we should believe that? We are probably the only guest in this haunted house of a hotel and they can’t even offer to lend us some glasses. Not sure why they don’t keep this place clean with the amount of money they charge for each room. Please do not make the same mistake - stay away from this place. Hotels like this should not be allowed to operate.

PPengguna TetamuDON'T STAY HERE!!! The sea view, the beach front, and the nice staff are the best things about this property. The worst are their policies: I was told at the front desk when I checked in that a 1500 Php cash deposit is required. Nowhere in Agoda's website or any emails from the property said that. Right off the bat, you get the message that they expect the worst from their clients that's why they have these antagonistic policies including no outside food and beverage allowed. The first thing I saw when I came into the room was a list of charges for damages and stained linens. And guess what? Our bed sheet already had stains on it! They care more about getting the most money from their guests than providing a comfortable and enjoyable visit. They certainly need to put more effort on improving their facilities. There is no lift. It is inconvenient to drag heavy suitcases up and down the stairs even if it's only one floor above. Although the property description says it was renovated in 2022, it still looks old and run down: big, dark stain from puddle of standing water on our balcony, dark spots around the rim of the second pool, peeling paint. There is a restaurant on site, but most of the items on the menu are not available. No other restaurants nearby except at the Reef Island resort next door. It is far from shopping and other activities. You have to call a cab to get around Mactan and Cebu. The property is well guarded: security at the gate won't let cars drive up to the front door. Taxi has to drop off and pick up at the street curb. I definitely will not stay here again and warn others to book elsewhere.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaGV is always our go-to whenever we visit Berhin sa Regla in Opon. It's a 5-min walking distance from the church. It's in between of Metrobank and Watson so we don't worry about the things we need. Near Opon market where the puto and sikwati along the way is available. Grocery stores and fast food chains are also near.
Perfect for the devotees of the Berhin.
Room is clean and has wifi.
Their people are nice too and accommodating.
