Hotel di Bandar Lapu-Lapu dengan Kolam Renang

Keputusan impulsif pada hari itu mendorong kami untuk menempah Amuma Spa Suite Room di Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort. Semasa mendaftar masuk, kami diberi Bilik Premier yang jaraknya berjalan kaki ke pantai. Kami tidak keberatan dengan perubahan kerana harga bilik lebih banyak daripada yang kami pesan walaupun tidak 50sqm berbanding Spa Suite tetapi ia mempunyai tab mandi yang sangat besar dan ia berada di bangunan baru. Sarapan bufet disertakan yang tidak begitu luas tetapi sesuai untuk harga bilik dan citarasa sesuai untuk orang Filipina. Kami juga mencuba pizza mereka di Cafe Delfinos dan itu bagus. Yang tidak kami gemari ialah koktel yang hanya terasa seperti jus oren dan bukan Tequila Sunrise yang saya harapkan. Perkhidmatan kakitangan terpuji dalam melaksanakan protokol kesihatan semasa check-in tetapi ketika di kawasan pantai dan kolam renang, orang ramai (berhati-hati dengan terlalu banyak pengguna hari dan penyedia keahlian, tetamu di rumah adalah orang yang perlu menyesuaikan diri 😂) tidak mengikuti protokol dan hanya diperhatikan oleh keselamatan dan tidak dipanggil. Juga, yang memerlukan penambahbaikan adalah Spa Attendant kerana dia cenderung bertengkar dengan pelanggan (semasa sesi gim saya kerana saya meminta cawan kertas untuk air dan tisu sehingga saya dapat menghapus mesin yang saya gunakan tetapi dia sangat sombong dalam berkomunikasi) dan Atendan Perkhidmatan Pengemasan kerana mereka lupa memasukkan air percuma di bilik kami dan sudu teh untuk kopi / teh. Pantai juga tidak kondusif untuk berenang (hanya untuk berendam), cukup kotor dan mengharapkan orang luar menawarkan pulau untuk anda.

Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

Beautiful oasis compared with the neighboring area. Great service and very attentive staff. Rooms are spacious. We had a room in the main wing to the entrance area. There was continuous noise from air conditions

The rooms impress with their cleanliness, featuring cozy beds and a delightful atmosphere. The hotel's four restaurants provide diverse dining options, although prices are on the higher side due to its secluded location. The majority of the staff is friendly and supportive. The complimentary shuttle service to the city center, operating twice a day, adds a convenient touch. The breakfast buffet is extensive, offering a variety of choices. While the experience is satisfactory, it falls short of delivering a ”wow” factor compared to other hotels of the same rating we've visited before.

Kami mempunyai penginapan yang menakjubkan di sini. JPark ada banyak yang perlu dilakukan untuk seisi keluarga, kemudahan adalah kelas pertama dan kakitangannya sangat baik dan bersemangat untuk menyenangkan. (Jauh lebih baik daripada Plantation Bay.) Terima kasih, CTrip untuk harga yang bernilai tinggi. Kami menginap 3 hari, 2 malam di Mactan Suite yang luas, dan setelah membuat tempahan, kami segera mendaftar masuk, tidak perlu membayar deposit kunci 3k per malam biasa. Kami ingin kembali!

First off, I’ll start by saying rather pay a little extra and stay at the Belmont Hotel next door, which I’ll explain below. I stayed at the Belmont Hotel for 2 nights and 5 nights at Savoy Hotel. Had I had the choice of being able to refund at the Savoy, I would have done so. Let me start with the positives. The cleaning staff and staff alike at Savoy are absolutely fantastic - so kind, so respectful and friendly. The attitude of the staff should be commended! The service of the room was good. The front desk staff, some of them, may just let you stand and wait aimlessly. I initially booked the Superior Deluxe Room. I arrived at 12pm and check-in was at 3pm. I eventually got to my room and it was tiny. Plus there’s an adjoining door to the room next door where you can hear everything. I then noticed several dead cockroaches in the bathroom. I then went downstairs and changed rooms and paid for an upgrade for the Deluxe Premier Room which was bigger and no adjoining room. Note that at the Belmont the room was not an adjoining room and had good sound insulation. Upon entry to my now upgraded room, there were several live cockroaches in the bathroom and then some baby ones on the wall behind the sofa and on the bed! I immediately changed rooms again! This time the second room was better. It was a corner room with a view of the ocean at one side and the swimming pool at the other. Every day, the staff serviced the rooms really well, I must commend Savoy for this. However, Savoy really needs to purchase new bathroom towels which are yellowed, broken and tattered. The room is good at blocking out noise from outside, and the bed was relatively comfortable. You can’t, however, order breakfast from the restaurant unless you purchase the buffet. Makes no sense as you should give your guests a choice if they want the buffet or order breakfast from the hotels breakfast menu. Overall, the highlight of my stay was the incredible and friendly staff (servicing staff and security) who always, numerous times a day, greeted us warmly with a big smile. We had so much fun during our stay. The hotel staffs are also very accommodating. Make sure to keep your towels inside the rooms when checking out as there are corresponding fees for lost items. Bringing of food bought outside is also prohibited so if you are to do this, make sure to bring your trash with you and throw it in trash cans outside the hotel. We will go back soon. This is a perfect hotel for a stopover before or after a flight. It is clean and smart with comfortable well equipped rooms. The small pool is a nice bonus as if free hourly airport transfers. The staff were wonderful. I have never before stayed in a hotel with such friendly and polite staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Costabella. We loved the white sandy beach, and the nice relaxing atmosphere. We first were thinking about staying at Jpark Hotel with some friends but, after comparing the two, decided we liked Costabella better. Plus it was half the price of Jpark.
