Good value stay in Phitsanulok. The room was clean and the AC cooled well. The bathroom has no separate section for shower, so you will have water all over the floor afterwards. The breakfast buffet was good with two choices available. Both of them Thai dishes. The Wifi was good during the morning and around noon. But when the guests start to arrive in the afternoon, it will get slower. Also, if you don't like hard bed (which is common in Thailand), then maybe you should look elsewhere.

Room was very spacious and interesting corner room. The bed seemed a bit old. The restroom was fine. The view was on both sides of the room and it was panoramic. There should be more light in the room. Switch is not really that convenient to reach on one side only. The room design was old style still. It needs renovation. After all, it was a pleasant one night stay.

This is a nice hotel, well run and centrally located opposite the city's principal temples and near the Naruesan memorial. Nice views across the river. Good, secure parking too. All the necessary COVID precautions were well in place. Spacious rooms clean, TV, A/C, WiFi all in good order. Prices only 800THB. Breakfast ok too. My only complaint was that the water in the shower (night and morning) was cold. Would certainly return.

The breakfast is served from 7:00am until 12:00pm which is very nice and location is near the Bus terminal 1 where is very convenient to take the bus to continue the next trip. The room is big and clean and the bed is very big, but the wooden door is too old. And the shower is not too warm.

LLiminzhenThe breakfast is served from 7:00am until 12:00pm which is very nice and location is near the Bus terminal 1 where is very convenient to take the bus to continue the next trip. The room is big and clean and the bed is very big, but the wooden door is too old. And the shower is not too warm.

PPengguna TetamuIt was a pleasant 2-night stay during a weekdays visit to Phitsanulok. I had a room on the highest floor and farthest from elevators possible as requested--bonus points to the hotel! Phitsanulok on weekdays is quite a small and lonely town, so by the same token, the vibe when staying at a local upscale hotel was like a quiet rest and retreat to me. As it is in a prime location of the city--within a mile from the train station where vibrant shops and restaurants are--I enjoyed strolling along the vicinity to see if there were some nice local places to eat in, and, to my surprise, there were a lot! Back to the hotel. The room was clean, the air conditioner was so powerful that, even if you adjusted the temperature, it wouldn't rise up practically and physically. However, I loved the bathroom and its layout; the shower floor on a slope was a cool idea to help drainage. The bathroom amenities were also nice--those green shower gel and orange-brownish shampoo tubes you've probably seen elsewhere in hotels of this category. The water pressure was OK, but not that hot. Breakfast wasn't that satisfactory, as there were only few choices of Thai side dishes along with an egg-station and bakery. I didn't find it painful though because, as mentioned above, the Phitsanulok city has cheap and good food waiting out there. Staff are also nice and friendly. By the accent I realized that many of them are from neighboring land, but they did effectively communicate with familiar and professional manners. Nice jobs! Overall, it was a really good stay. The only drawback was just the breakfast. Chances are it may come full-fledged in weekends or when in high occupancy.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here 4 nights and it was a really nice cheap hotel to stay at. Staff were all nice. Breakfast nothing special but ok. Location is perfect with lots of street food around and the river not too far. Wifi was good. There is a belcony and the room is very clean. I'd reccomend!

Największym minusem pokoju nr 220 był smród wydobywający się z łazienki, a dokładnie z kanalizacji. Jakby zapomnieli zamontować syfony. Czystością też nie grzeszą. Po wejściu do pokoju zastaliśmy dziwne plamy na podłodze. Wieczorem okazało się że to od wielkich karaluchów, które biegały dość licznie, a po ich zabiciu zostawiają spore ślady. Wniosek: podłoga była nie umyta, po poprzednich ”lokatorach” i to nie tylko w naszym pokoju. Hotel tani na jedną noc, na więcej nie polecam.

SScamp1960This unfortunately was the worst of the 9 hotels we stayed in. The ”pool” which looked OK from a distance was green with algae and the walls a bottom were green a slippery. The bottom was uneven and coming away. There were broken brackets around the skimmers which were very sharp and dangerous. There was no were to sit or put your towels as the pool side furniture belonged to the rooms which opened out onto the poolside. The one bench based in the garden was surrounded by cigarette butts. The room was adequate but the towels were threadbare and the shower curtain fell down while we showered. The bar was based in the restaurant not very clear. You sat on patio furniture which wasn't a very comfortable place to enjoy your food. The drink and food menu was pretty basic but the food we had was good quality. A quiet and reasonably comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was pretty basic. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.
