Hotel terbaik di Djerba

Points à améliorer : - Première impression quand on arrive dans le hall d’entrée : sentiment d’être oppressée. Amas de valises dans le hall. Hall de dimension petite vs l’influent de clients - Accueil à la réception déplorable ＞ Indication succincte et rapide du fonctionnement de l’hôtel (horaires restauration, bars…) - Une fois dans la chambre, aucun dépliant disponible concernant le fonctionnement de l’hôtel ＞ il a fallu requestionner la réception pour savoir qu’il fallait télécharger une application TUI - Très peu de prise de courant dans la chambre - Surprise de recevoir un chocolat chaud dans un verre à eau. - Ne débarrasse pas la table au niveau du restaurant ＞ service médiocre - L’accès au restaurant principal par l’intérieur du bâtiment se fait par la descente de 18 marches ce qui n’est pas adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. - Le restaurant principal est configuré avec des tables très rapprochées les unes des autres ＞ Sentiment d’oppressement et d’être à table avec ces voisins de table. - Traversée des couloirs pour rejoindre les chambres, le spa assez longues ＞ Un seul ascenseur - Un client m’a clairement agressé alors que j’étais en ligne. Points positifs : - Dispose d’un fer à repasser dans la chambre - Chambre spacieuse et belle vue mer - Chaussons offerts - Diversité de nourriture au restaurant En conclusion : - le service client est à revoir. Nous avons pris la décision de quitter l’hôtel dès notre arrivée vs l’accès au restaurant. La communication avec la réception, le commercial a été très compliquée. Après une multitudes de sollicitations, nous avons fini par clôturer notre dossier de départ avant terme. - Nous sommes loin d’un 5 étoiles / palace ! La préoccupation première de ce type de standing n’est-elle pas la satisfaction client?

Das Essen war sehr lecker, genug, und viel fältig. Es gab jeden Tag was Neues. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel Lage war auch super, praktisch Fuß am Meer. Ruhig und Sonnig.bis zum Sommer werde ich nochmal buchen. LG Houidheg

This was our first holiday in Djerba and I would name it as veery good. The hotel is directly at very nice beach,dinners at the terrace restaurant were really stunning. It can be seen that hotel is still working on how to be better and nicer place for their guests. Staff was very nice,smilling all the time,even we saw them working hard every day... Food was really good,quite a lot od varieties during our 11 days stay. We tried ala carte restaurant as well,I really recomend it, delicious food 👌👌... What I see as a minus of this hotel is animation team - when I compare with other hotels in Tunisia, this team in my opinion is not working as team for guests, they should probably rethink aiming of animation according to the guests, because there happened very often that they were having better time than guests 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. The best shows in the evening were done by outsources,not amimators. Manager of animation team was just angry walking around the place with his phone and not trying to manage them and if so,he was just rude to them in front of the guests,which I think is not good for the good feeling of the guests... So overall, we enjoyed our holiday in this hotel,mostly I think is not for young people,maybe middle age and older, services were really good for Tunisian 4star hotel, just level up animation and it will be so much better to go there for holiday 😉😉

I spent a perfect week here just before Xmas, seeing all the lovely Christmas photos and videos are wonderful ❤️. I wish I was there to celebrate with you all and look forward to seeing the New Year celebrations on Facebook, sadly I will be in England for New Year, but looking forward to coming back in a few months or sooner 😃👌 Inshallah 🤞 I love the Vincci Dar Midoun, such a beautiful hotel and excellent staff, friendly and good humour we reception, maintaince, everyone in the restaurant, smiling and helpful, food was so lovely 🥰. Bar waiters so friendly and welcoming and always making special cocktails and bringing drinks to our table, seats or around pool. Animation were the best I have come across, they all seemed happy in their team, and you can see why, as the animation manager Samantha was a lovely person. Special shout out to Oussama, Batman who kept us entertained with Uno, crazy darts, bowling and other crazy fun games around the pool, and trying to teach me to dance 💃. Brilliant memories. I can’t wait to return. Only downside I experienced was no toiletries in my room all week at all! I just thought it was a Djerba ‘thing’ so had to purchase in hotel shop, but when people I met at hotel were leaving the day before me, I help them with their luggage from their rooms, they had a large range of toiletries and fancy towels etc, they were same price rooms as mine, so obviously, they had a much better chambermaid then me. I informed reception, but it was the day before I left, and they said it is supposed to be refilled every day, but I never got any shampoo, soap, or anything all week. For a four star hotel these mistakes should not happen. Would I come again, yes I would love to come again soon, and also in the summertime, I hope the best waiters and the best animation people stay at this hotel as this could be very popular with the new flights from uk Thanks from Karen Tomkins

Maybe I live on another planet, but I really didn't like this hotel. The rudest staff ever especially Jamal at the front desk who charged me the local tax for an extra night when I wasn't staying there and kept the money for himself. I have been travelling in Tunisia a while and this was the worst hotel so far. Yes, my previous two hotels were luxury 5-star but I had stayed in other 3-star hotels during my trip. The positives. Nice grounds and setting. Clean. Huge room like an apartment with a kitchen area if you want to cook anything. WIFI worked well. Now, why I didn't like it. The room was like an oven. There is air conditioning but this didn't work well and mainly flowed in the lounge area rather than the bedroom. I struggled to sleep. It was cooler outside! The bathroom was very basic. No complimentary water provided. There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel and what appeared to be a coffee shop but other than that, the area is pretty dead with nothing around. You need a car or a taxi to move around. My room rate did not include any meals but suggest adding them. As I said, there is not much around. I included breakfast and had the buffet dinner twice during my stay. Breakfast was a basic buffet, but adequate with breads, pastries, an egg station and more. Not huge at all but enough. Coffee was awful. The dinner buffet was fine. Again not a huge selection but enough. The food was nice but skip the desserts, too sickly sweet. Drinks are not included. Cheap. They have an à la carte menu too for dinner which mainly includes Western dishes. I got a little bit annoyed with the waiters as they kept hovering over you when eating, watching and all I wanted was to be left in peace. On my first night, I was encouraged to have something from the à la carte menu but why do I want to have pizza and pasta when I can have that at home? Go for the buffet. Reception staff were unfriendly and never greeted you. My stay was meant to be for 4 nights but I checked out after 2 and went to another nicer hotel. There is a small swimming pool as well. Not for me.

كانت تجربه مريره وخايبه عللخر واخر مره بش نمشيلو أن شاء الله. بدينا ملي دخلنا لاعندهم كروسه بش تهز فيه الدبش لا حتى شي رصاطلنا نهزو في الدبش الكل وحدنا وتعبنا حتى وصلناه للبيت. الصدمه الكبيره بعد ماعطاونا البيت.. لايزي الأثاث قديم حاله والجراري مانحكيش طايحين وحالتهم تكرب وزيد البيت تطل على سطح.!!! تصورو واحد دافع دم قلبه بش في لخر يسكنوني في بيت فوق السطوح. كي رجعت لهم بش يبدلولي البيت كل واحد فيهم يعدي في للآخر. وفي لخر جاني المسؤول غادي في عوض بش يعتذر ويتكلم بتربيه ولا يعيط ويتكلم بطريقه غير لائقه. وهذا الكل وقالي مانجم نبدلها لك كان من غدوه. استنينا لغدوه وعطونا بيت اخرا بالطبيعه بعد مامرجونا الكبده متاعنا. وعطاوهالنا في الطابق الأرضي. نموس في البيت.. كليماتيزور يقطر بالماء. وحاله حليله. بالنسبه للماكله تعيف ومافماش لا طعم لا تنوع لا نكهه لا حتى شي. البقيه الكل متوسط. ماننصحش فيه بالكل وهذه آخر مره نمشيلو أن شاء الله.
