Hotel terbaik di Sousse Medina

Hôtel correct mais sa mérite pas 5 etoile j’étais déçus de mon expérience… Points négatifs : Petit souci à l’entrée : pas de lit bébé chambre pas conforme à la réservation ! Bruit de Frigo à la chambre qui empêche de dormir Travaux de bâtiment côté jardin …! Points positifs personnel très gentille et serviable Petit déjeuner copieux Bien sécurisé et bien situé

النزل به عديد النقائص خاصّة فيما يخص الغرف و المطعم حيث لم يتم تزويدنا حتى بقارورة ماء واحدة طيلة مكوثنا لليل ثلاث مع العلم أنّ لنا الحق في ذلك و أخبرنا الاستقبال و المنظّفة بذلك مرار و تكرار والغرفة غير آمنة بتاتا فالقفل الخارجي للشرفة معطّب و حنفيّة الحمّام و درج الملابس كما أنّ البطّانية و المناشف متّسخة … عند وصولنا تركنا لنجوب النزل لوحدنا و كنّا نسأل العمّال الى حين وجدنا غرفتنا أمّا بالنسبة للمطعم فالأكل لم يكن جيّد و لم يكن لك الاختيار كثيرا إذ انّ الاطباق محدودة جدّا و هناك نقد حتّى في الملاعق و النزل بصفة عامّة صغير جدّا و الخدمات فيه مندنّية و حقيقة لا أنصح به بتاتا و أستغرب كيف يكون كلّ هذا في نزل ”5 نجوم”

While a bit difficult to find within the medina's winding streets, the hotel is a lovely, hidden gem that both me and my father loved. You're greeted by the lovely owner with two small kittens that are just adorable. Our room was well furnished, air conditioned and had a very clean bathroom. The roof terrace offers a great view of the Sousse skyline and Medina and is perfect at night to enjoy the call to prayers. Breakfast was served in the main court area of the hotel. Very nicely decorated and the breakfast was very traditional. Nothing too heavy, but still filling nonetheless. You know care and love went into making it.

Dar Antonia is located in the Sousse Medina ; a wonderful Tunisian palace, converted into a boutique hotel. It only has a few rooms, hence not a lot of staff and it may be difficult to find someone at times. The place oozes charm, but comes with some practical disadvantages : lots of stairs to get anywhere, open bathroom, open toilet, noise from other rooms, etc It has a very upmarket (= expensive) restaurant, where a sensational fresh breakfast is served. A great rooftop space with a ”pool”, but it is the size of a spa ; a superb place to have a drink, but it proved to be hard to order any, as they have to come from the restaurant, two floors down (by stairs). Overall, Dar Antonia is your best choice if you like authentic charm and are prepared to put up with the impracticalities that are inherent to an old building.

Très bon hôtel

We really loved our holiday here and let me start by saying we will DEFINITELY be back, we’re looking for next year already after only returning yesterday. All of the staff were so helpful, happy, approachable, all genuinely felt like they wanted to give the best customer experience possible. we had two waiters depending on time of the day as we always sat in the same area, unfortunately we didn’t get their names but it was at the tables that are up against the window to the courtyard where there is also seating outside, a lady on the morning and lunch shift and a man during evening service and both were fantastic we couldn’t fault them we really do think they deserve some recognition for how attentive they are. Also the food was great, we were never left hungry, great selection even for the children and the deserts are amazing. The pool bar staff are also great and work tirelessly every day but always have a big smile. The aqua park is really good for the kids however there water was really cold in this part so it’s a good thing that there is lots for the kids to play on to keep them moving. Evening entertainment was a mixture of shows and live singers. The mini disco was great for the kids ours loved getting involved. However the live singer in the actual hotel grounds is very loud right next to the rooms, don’t get me wrong he was good and had a good selection of songs but the volume could have been turned down slightly especially for children going to sleep etc. The rooms are spacious, we even had four beds in our room! Yes there are buildings onsite that are boarded up but they don’t look bad, they are just closed, you forget they are there after a while. The hotel was doing continuous improvements, new taps in the lobby bathrooms, new plants added to the walkway between the lobby and aqua park etc which is lovely to see. There is a very reasonably priced shop onsite at the sister hotel and there are shops just over the road along with a bank just a short walk away. You can pay for a safety deposit box in the lobby which we did and had no issues with and it was great to know everything was safe. My small suggestions would be: Make sure every table in the restaurant has salt and pepper as people were having to ask to borrow some off other tables. Ladder/stairs to get out of the pool at the bottom of the slides as pulling yourself and your kids up and out sometimes isn’t the easiest thing. New pool towels as the towels were hit and miss, sometimes very worn with holes in and sometimes a looked a lot better. Brush and mop the hotel rooms daily, ours had the beds made and fresh towels every day but the floors were not cleaned. And most importantly the air conditioning in the room was minimal, a better air conditioning unit in the room would be the best thing as it made getting ready in the evenings very uncomfortable. انا رولا من لبنان جيت انا وزوجي اسبوعين كانو اسبوعين من العمر اوتيل بيجنن والعمال كتير مهضومين وخدومين بس بدن طلب زوجي طلب نغير الغرفة اول مرة عشان التخت كان صغير بعد ساعة كانت الغرفة جاهزة الغرفة التانية كانت كتير حلوة بس ما بطل على المسبح كمان طلب نغير الغرفة كان في كتير عالم بالاوتيل كان فول بس لما صار في مجال ضغري غيرو الغرفة .أما بالنسبة للأكل كتير طيب وكل يوم كان الاكل غير مش نف البوفيه، الصبية يلي على répétions اسما وصال كتير طيوبة وبس بدا خدمة عطلة كانت كتيرحلوةواكيد رح عيدا وانشالله للأعلى يارب نحبكم برشا

Normally I only write reviews regarding highly recommended spots or places to be avoided. Happily Hotel Paris Sousse falls into the former category. I am not a ”bakpacker” and when travelling I am fortuneate to be able stay in a variety of places from $40 to $400 dollars a night. This hostel/small hotel falls at the lower end of price and is located within but on the edge of the medina making it in an ideal position to visit the old and the new town. The rooms are very small but clean,with good hot water and good beds. There is a very nice restaurant attached(Restaurant du Peuple) which is open for breakfast and lunch. All in all excellent value.
