很喜歡酒店裝修和氛圍。走廊裏掛滿酒店創始人及酒店相關的歷史照片。房間大，停車也方便。是奇諾不多的酒店選擇裏很好的一個。不過，設施雖好，要注意奇諾的酒店都在高速公路邊，對類似我這樣睡眠不好的旅客，選擇要慎重……

Location is great. Hotel looks nice outside but the room is ok. Carpet needs to be clean. Furniture needs to be upgraded. Only hotel I know that charges if you check in early.

I have nothing to say but this place is my second home in Los Angeles. I travel to Ontario, Chino hill areas for business once a month and this place is just amazing !! The hotel facility is very new, the decor , room, kitchen, furniture, public ares are trendy, comfortable. The staffs are friendly, their night shift manager Kevin is very responsive, personable and helpful! The breakfast has various options yet healthy and easy. I like the waffle and oatmeal the most. There is a public area in the front of the hotel with fire pit and nice outdoor furniture, you can grab some wine sitting by the fire to relax. The surrounding area is quite convenient for travelers , many popular restaurants like Thai , fusion , beer pub , Chinese, Italian , Boba tea. Most of them are less than 2 miles away. No matter you travel for business or leisure , I highly recommend this hotel!

I stay at the extended stay America in Chino Valley I’m here on business I work through the week and every time I go check in Angie is the best the quickest check-in I’ve ever experienced in my life. Definitely the best hotel that I have ever been to and I also love the breakfast table in the morning

Amazing experience with such beautiful staff and an amazing view in our hotel room. Only complaint I have is that we’d received double beds when we really needed a king sized bed.

Great hotel, yummy breakfast, air conditioning problems and bed not as comfy as usual but but this is a great stop overnight

The room is very clean and the housekeeping lady cleaner irene is very efficient and helpful. The bed is comfy. The coffee machine is great bonus.

It was actually better than last time the dog enjoyed a great time with other animals that were there
