An Antarctic organization I am a member of had our reunion at the hotel. One surprise I had was that it was a few miles from the airport thus the Uber ride was a bit pricy. The ES is situated with several other large hotels so there must be a reason for its location. The check in was very easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. I received the room I had requested a second-floor king bed. The room was well set up with refrigerator, microwave, safe and a good bathroom with shower and tub. It was a suite with separate bedroom and room to entertain in the living room. The room was a bit dated, but everything was fine, and I found it very comfortable. The hotel is structured with a large indoor courtyard which I really like versus the standard long hallways. It could get a little noisy in the courtyard area, but you didn't hear much inside the room. The hotel is dated but is to undergo an entire renovation in the next year or so. I didn't use the restaurant or bar, but they looked good. Our reunion was a great success and a big reason for that was the friendly and professional hotel staff One thing you might not get out of the hotel information is the fact that it sits very close to a fantastic hiking trail. It's wide with plenty of signage and I enjoyed my walks there immensely. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly return.

Loved the vibe of this place and their mission! The staff were all super helpful and friendly, there are tons of spots for us digital nomads to work (some private rooms as well), a large yoga room and lots of spaces to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.

So we check in. The “balcony” looked out into the 2nd floor entry doors. No view at all. The bathroom had a dim light circling the mirror and that was the only light. The bathroom had only one towel. We called for an extra and when delivered there were 3 others on a shelf in the closet. The small extra sink outside the bathroom had no light over it. I was told that lots of things were that way (towels in closet ) because it was an “accessible” room. Seriously? We also received breakfast tickets at check in. However we found out we had to make breakfast reservations . And then we got to our dining room in the evening “they were ready to close “ We’d made on line reservations yesterday and apparently today was the first day of new hours which had not been transferred t on line yet. The staff left did seat and serve us and were very nice . There are golf carts that can take you from one building to another for dinner etc because everything is so spread out There was never one readily available. The people who drove us were staff from other departments, not transportation. Where were they? No “ manager was on duty that evening when we requested to speak to one. All in all a stay that gave me a headache. Found out as we were checking out that ownership is in the process of transferring to the Hyatt in a day or two and everything is “changing”. One can only hope so. To be fair, it according to some staff “ It didn’t used to be like this”

The hotel is in a good location - easy access to I25 but far enough away to not pick up too much interstate traffic noise. Nice views from the parking lot and from our room (which was on the interstate side of the hotel. An easy walk to a nice shopping area with several restaurants. I would give this place 5 stars except...the pool is terrible. There are severely rusted parts, there is black mildew/mold growing on the bottom of the pool (not stains...but actual growth you can rub off with your toe when in the pool), and the pool area is generally dirty. I know hotel pools aren't the best, and they overtreat them because it's less work, but this pool is nasty. If you don't care about the pool, then this is a great hotel - our room was clean.

While this is an older property, like many Hilton Garden Inn properties near airports, it is being updated and modernized. Still a work in progress, but I was impressed with the renovated bathroom and some of the updated decorations. The room was clean, and everything was in good working order. Wi-fi was reliable and fast. The fitness center while clean, is kind of dated and needs new equipment. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the airport shuttle was reliable and very convenient. There are many choices near the Colorado Springs Airport, but this Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport is a solid choice for its comfort and convenience.

MMichele WoodThere is a difference between a suite and a studio. The suite has a separate room. Studio is one room. Both have small kitchen and pull out sofa. In our studio we could use the cushions from the sofa as another extra bed on the floor! There was no oven - just a stove top. There is full fridge, freezer, microwave, some dishes, some utensils and a pot and pan. Indoor pool was nice and warm maybe about 88?. Hot tub was adjustable heat and beautiful with jets. Great view of Pikes Peak. Not noisy. There was a full shower in the pool area (no walls and in the pool area). Lots of choices for breakfast buffet - eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, sausage, waffles.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a nice stay. The property was well kept and I enjoyed the fresh water in the lobby. The receptionist was very nice and informative upon check in. Our room was a good size and clean. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, I’m used to hotels having some noise especially with our room situated close to the elevator but it was very peaceful. We slept through the complimentary breakfast because the beds were so comfortable! Definitely would recommend and would stay again!

PPengguna TetamuFound this place on trip.com, and what a pleasant surprise! The building is probably a mix of 60s and 80s constitution but the rooms have been updated a time or two it appears.
The big surprise was the large atrium w excellent in house dining. We had a party of 9 which was no problem for dinner or breakfast the following morning in the large dining areas w/ in the atrium. Both the meals were excellent and the wait staff was a pleasure at both (rare these days). Stop ngly advise for families looking for all in one convenience, room to spread out, and lots of amenities.
Fyi, there’s even a pool and a large central fire place in the atrium, neither of which were we able to take advantage of (this time).

This understated hotel was an excellent choice when needed while waiting for vacancy at my work retreat hotel. The shuttle service from airport was a short wait, worth it for the tips on the area from the driver. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were nice amenities as well. The room was spacious and the bathroom counter was a treat for the female traveler. The bed allowed me the best sleep I have had while on travel in a long time, truly! I recommend this hotel. The basics are delivered spectacularly.

PPengguna TetamuBeware of staying at this Residence Inn, as my experience has been permanently marred. The staff here engages in collective dishonesty, tarnishing the reputation of the entire establishment. I arrived at the extended stay hotel at 3 am on Christmas Eve and had previously called to ensure a smooth check-in process. Management assured me that a late check-in was possible. However, upon arrival, the hotel was deserted, and security informed me that Judy, a staff member, was at the Fairfield Inn across the parking lot due to a system outage. After a confrontation with Judy, during which she charged my card without prior notice, the situation escalated. It's important to note that these charges occurred while I was stranded on top of a mountain in snowy conditions. Despite the system outage, she insisted on a $400 security deposit, citing policy. Resigned and exhausted at 3 am, I agreed to use a different card. After our argument, Judy agreed to let me stay if I walked back to the Fairfield Inn (2725 Geyser Drive) to ask the manager, Matthew, if that was okay. So, reluctantly, I did. After explaining and apologizing the manager gave me a room key for a room at the Fairfield just for the night. He said go get some sleep but the room he gave me wasn't ready. When my fiancé expressed displeasure about the room and Judy, Matthew, decided to escalate the situation by calling 911 and falsely claiming my fiancé alone was refusing to leave. He NEVER mentioned me in his report. The following day, discovering additional charges on my account, I returned to the Residence Inn. The woman working day shift IMMEDIATLY began treating me differently because of the night prior. She plastered on a fake smile and then made excuses for helping out 3 other people even though I was there first! Then, instead of helping she provided false information about holds on my account in order to stall me until the her boss showed up. I endured all of this only to discover that the entire night shift fabricated a report about us being violent and aggressive and refusing to leave. The day shift manager fixed the issue and then I left. This experience was a nightmarish sequence of lies and mistreatment. The evening shift staff, particularly Judy, Matthew, and their small security guard. Should reflect on their actions. This Marriott has proven to be the worst I've ever encountered. Potential guests, especially disabled veterans, should exercise caution and explore alternatives such as the LA Quinta Inn across the street. Beware of deceptive reviews; the staff at this establishment appears to be unified in dishonesty, even towards disabled veterans.

HHiromiThe front entry was under construction, so that we had to figure out how to go into the hotel. It was not very obvious. We stayed in room 221 which was 5 rooms away from I-25. We can hear the traffic a little. One of us was a light sleeper but was able to sleep through the night. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and clean. The bathroom fan was a bit loud. There was no body lotion in the room. We asked at the front desk, but they didn't have any either. The breakfast was OK. It was a walking distance to the Broadmoor Ice Arena, so the location was perfect for us.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is filthy inside and out. The photos say it all. Do not believe the photos on their site. This hotel is Jekyll and Hyde. There is no comparison between what they show on their site and what they say about their site and what you will actually experience. Staff is argumentative and unresponsive. I arrived about 9:15 in the evening and it took her 20 minutes to check me in. This is a big complex. I was told how to get to the room but asked for a map. No maps. Going to the elevator was like descending into a black pit. No lighting. Found the room. No towels, no plastic cups; none of the simple amenities you get from the cheapest of independent motels/hotels. Holes in the wall from doorknobs. Baseboard separating from the wall. Lamp by the bedside had no plug on the end of the wire. Bare wire exposed. Overall grungy appearance. Microwave missing the turntable. Asked for another room. Two people now on duty but told that they could not leave the office to show me another room and would not give me a key so I could check out another room myself. Insisted I remove all my things from the room I'd been given before they would even show me another room. Removed my things. By then it was 11pm and she could show me a room. She selected two rooms. The first one smelled so bad she even commented on it but no towels, but it did have a turntable in the microwave. Not the right size but it was there. Went to the next room, the inside door handle came off in her hand when she went to close the door. Had towels but no cups. Given the lateness of the hour and my lack of knowledge of the area, I decided to take it. She gave me plastic cups. Next morning, I wanted to take a shower. Tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and report that I did not have any hot water. Phone did not work. I had to use my cell phone. Called the front desk to report no hot water and was told it was unavailable. No hot water--none, anywhere in the complex. At that point, I decided to leave. Went to the office to turn my key in and check out. The front office person screamed at me to get out of the lobby because only one person could be in the lobby at one time and she was working with someone. I left my key in the receptacle and left. There was a line of people outside the office waiting to conduct their business. One man had been in line for an hour. Checkout for any hotel I've ever stayed in is a matter of leaving the key either in the room or at the lobby. I've been a long time Red Roof Inn Rewards customer and this facility is the worst I've ever experienced by any hotel. The General Manager called me a few days later and was totally unapologetic. I subsequently received an email from him without any acknowledgement of the deplorable conditions I experienced. This facility does not reflect the quality I've come to expect from Red Roof Inn.
