JJamesThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

PPengguna TetamuCelebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had reservations in a nearby restaurant and wanted to be close. Overall, the hotel stay was fine. Quiet and mostly clean. There was a bit of dried up food on the TV stand that I wiped down myself. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating but came off a bit “cold” as if helping me was a chore. The Starbucks lady(staff) was overwhelmed. She was the only person taking orders and ringing up customers. I wish that everyone can simply be kind and cordial or choose not to work in customer service.

AAnn MargaretWe stayed three nights and it was wonderful to wake each morning to the amazing breakfast. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. Our room was quiet and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. My husband and I loved this place. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we're in town.

PPengguna TetamuWhen we first walked in, their was someone standing at the front desk waiting to greet us, unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help. We received cookies, which were a pleasant surprise, extremely delicious, and warm. Check in was really easy, the person at the front desk was very pleasant we could tell she liked her job, she was also efficient and fast. The room was very clean and didn't smell like pets or cigarettes, like most hotel rooms do even though they say they are non smoking. We did notice the furniture was outdated and heavily used; however it is expected, because it is a hotel room. We did not come to sit in the room and look at the 4 walls, we wanted to experience the amenities the hotel provides.
I walked in with low expectations because every hotel I've been to with a pool and a hot tub one or the other does not work. This is even after calling the hotel before booking a reservation we end up being disappointed. I was extremely satisfied when both the pool and hot tub were operational and clean. The pool towels were actually on the deck so you didn't have to go to the front desk to get them. There was an incident at the pool with 3 young teens who couldn't handle a certain kind of substance and the one ended up vomiting and all the girls ran away with out reporting it. When we called the front desk they came quickly and cleaned it up. There was a small fitness center off to the side of the pool and was well kept and clean.
Breakfast was organized, the food was cooked in variation, which I enjoyed, because I do not like my food overdone. The waiter was super friendly and very attentive to our needs they will definitely have my business again.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was not up to typical Doubletree standards. My room door was propped open when I checked in. What???? Not safe! The elevators were excruciatingly slow and the walls were paper thin. I heard the couple in the next room arguing loudly followed by “making up” even more loudly. There are better choices nearby. I don’t plan to stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuA staff member African American told my son he looked suspicious my son is African American as well and called the police on him so that was not cool at all my son told her well I have a right to go in and out my room and walk around etc then after I left I called because someone that visited Us while there lost their ID and the lady tell me I left my room a mess I said who are you lying to because I do not play them games I cleaned my room personally and left not a thang in there sat the garbage outside the door in bags and the towels as we are told nothing less nothing more they are more strick with their rules which is better now but as far as accusing my son as being suspicious and telling me I left the room a mess that's messed up y'all not keeping my money that the hotel have on hold I'll take them to court nothing was broken nor no trash was left inside so no that's not it it's sad that this place has changed for the worst in one way and being a more strick is better as it got a lil wild over here in the past they need to know and check they camera as far as which guests are there or not before they start to call people suspicious

LLee PunkeThe greatest difficulty was checking in, as the kitchen cupboard was bare. There was no clerk, simply a note with incorrect spelling, which I deciphered and called a clerk from the Holiday Inn Express. He was helpful and explained that the hotel I was at was no longer employed there. The room was fine, but wrestling luggage up the stairs required the strength of Hercules. I managed. There was also no one there the next day, but Geraldine from the next hotel proved very helpful. I even asked her to assist me with dropping off a package at the post office, which hopefully she accomplished. The hotel was absolutely fine, but the service could certainly have been better.
