PPengguna TetamuLovely inn! Exceptionally clean, easy to access from the freeway and very close to the north market (15 minutes on the bus!). The room was so much nicer than I was expecting - honestly, nicest motel type accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, massive TV, warm and comfortable bed. Our friend who came to stay in another room also could bring his dogs (for a modest extra fee), which was pretty nice. In the morning they also gave us a coffee and breakfast sandwich, which was generously sized and very tasty! Definitely hope to stay here again - perfect for weekend trips to Columbus.

PPengguna TetamuPerfect hotel for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to the nationwide arena, which is where we saw a concert at. It was nice not having to fight for parking! The weather was perfect so we were able to sit out that night by the fire pit and relax. We ordered food from the restaurant. An amazing burger! 10/10 recommend. I will say, the only negative was the AC wasn’t the best even with it turned down as low as it would go, it was still stuffy

We picked this property and location based on an event over the weekend. We'd had luck with other Hampton Inns and thought this would be good too. Pros: Near Dublin area and I-270 to access downtown and such. Lots of shopping and eating around this hotel. Check in was quick and parking not an issue. The room had lots of outlets for charging gadgets. Cons: Bathroom wasn't really clean (shower floor dirty and rust stains on the inside), no exhaust fan, hair dryer was greasy feeling, no stationary or local guides in the room to read/use, window shade was broken and off the track, breakfast one morning was really bad and the kitchen is a bit cramped when several people want to enter. Lastly the front desk rep was busy scrolling on her phone and didn't notice me until I goth her attention. All-in-all, it was good for what we needed but really lacked why we chose it over other properties.

PPengguna TetamuHandicap accessible room: A little disappointed: security latch was completely broken off; shower curtain was to short and water would splash out onto floor; shower floor around wall was old and brown looking from either age and/improper cleaning/ shower seat, when folded up was just dirty looking; overall, it is a little outdated and the room just didn’t feel or look clean.
Also, breakfast opens at 7:30 am! We needed to be on the road before breakfast is even an option! Not good for those who stay at this hotel for during the week and have time commitments! This was a big negative for us.

This was my second overnight at A Country Inn & Suites. This one, however, didn't quite measure up to my stay at a different Country Inn. We were relieved that we were still able to check in without difficulty quite late at night. The building was situated reasonably close to the highway but finding the actual hotel amidst other hotels and housing was a bit confusing. The pristine, spotless appearance of the public areas was the first thing I noticed. Unfortunately the lighting in our dark room was completely insufficient. We did eventually discover a lamp on the desk but the on/off switch was not intuitive and these very weary travelers simply wanted to unpack and fall into bed. Good thing the lighting in the bathroom turned out to be fine. But where were the additional tissues? We quickly used the few that remained from previous guests but could not locate an additional box. The bed was comfortable and we slept very soundly. Even though we could see traffic in the distance from our window, the room was quiet. The breakfast buffet and selection was just EH. But it got us through the final leg of our trip.

PPengguna TetamuNot worth the price. We reserved a room with a spa tub for 2 nights. When we came in we were told there was a $200 cash deposit for the room. This was not stated on the website when I reserved the room and this was in addition to the $195 nightly room cost. The front desk guy must have sensed our irritation because then he changed it to he ”would just keep our card on file.” He then spouted a whole list of rules we had to follow for the room, which included no parties and no one in the room but us. We are in our late 40s, look clean and well dressed. We were just there to celebrate our anniversary and relax but clearly this guy didn't care and treated us like criminals in the making. The hotel is dated and looks worn down. Not as clean as it should be. The front desk staff weren't very friendly. One even commented to us about how she didn't believe a couple with a service dog really needed the dog. She thought because the dog wanted to smell someone that it wasn't a real service dog. They never came to clean our room. We had to ask for new towels. The dust ruffle on the bed was filthy and there were reddish pink stains on the carpet that made us not want to walk barefooted on the carpet. All said I will never go back. I have been in similar hotels for less money that are much cleaner and updated, with friendlier staff.

The room is big enough for two people or an individual. But the room is dusty, the floor is slippy (not enough cleaning), and the aircon is something wrong and buzzing sounds the whole night. It could be livable for a night or two, but the USD 64 (before tax) of a night is not worth it compared to the service provided. They do not have breakfast option at all but hot coffee.
