The staff was polite (kinda broke the waffle batter dispenser and were nice about the whole thing) and super helpful when I needed something. I found it odd tho that if your TV is too loud that they just turn off the sound to the TV instead of saying something. So the rest of my stay i watched things off my phone and swam. I overall enjoyed my stay not sure if I would stay again bc of the TV thing tho😅

Trip was good. Hotel was clean and in nice condition. Only bad thing was that I had booked a room with a king bed but got a room with two full size beds. Other than that it was a good trip

I booked our reservation earlier in the week and when we arrived they claim they didn’t have the reservation even though I had a confirmation. Had to get back on the app and rebook paying more than what I would have paid and they wouldn’t even come close to the original amount. Don’t know if it was ******* or the hotel.

During a six-night stay, my room was only serviced ONCE! This betrays the Radisson tag it carries on *******. The disclaimer on Radisson affiliation is only seen after leaving the Reception. The Breakfast offer was a scam - Good as nothing, not worth trying.

The hotel was mediocre at best. The pool cause all the kids we were with to get red spots on their face, totally ruin and dry out their hair and 3 or of 4 got weird bumps on their big toe.
There were many people staying there however they would not allow a check out later then 11am. It's $52 each additional half an hour! Do not recommend!

Great place to stay. Clean and quiet. Numerous restaurants within a short driving distance. Some restaurants are walk able.

The front desk was very friendly. Room was clean and pleasant. Water pressure was very low. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, muffins, juice , and coffee.
