PPengguna TetamuBiliknya bersih dan luas dari yang saya kira .... Anak-anak saya tidur dengan lena sehingga mereka tidak mahu bangun. Kami tidak bersarapan kerana masih tidur lol. Tetapi ya saya akan tinggal di sini lagi apabila saya kembali

PPengguna TetamuLocation is in downtown, very convinient to connect everywhere. It's an old fasion hotel. The service is good. Since it was a business trip, we rent a car for easier transport but the hotel parking charges a lot.

Ccabersky aca-acThe staff was great. Loved the room. The ability to enter the hotel if you parked on the 2nd floor of the parking was a great plus. The only issue I had was the noise from the late night traffic. I would stay there again.

DDarlaGreat location out of the hustle and bustle during a sold out Vols game. Great room. Only complaint, sleeper sofa not good mattress, really bad springs. Other than that, really great.

PPengguna TetamuThe a/c was so loud, with a metal rattling sound, that we couldn't sleep. So, we had to turn off the a/c, and woke up too warm, in the middle of the night. Breakfast area was too small; we couldn't get a table. Front Desk staff were excellent.

KKrisxx313I have been a daily customer for about a month now while i have some personal things going on. I’ve had no issues thus far and have always considered Microtel my first choice as a room especially if one is on a budget. The staff have been been here for years and are very kind. It’s a safe and conveniently located hotel, breakfast in the morning, sometimes early check in as long as you just call and ask ahead of time it’s usually fine, comfy sheets and bed, the cleaning staff does an excellent job and are very nice.

CCaitlin JeanThe location is kinda in a weird spot but it’s easy to find. It’s about 15 min from downtown Knoxville. The rooms need to be updated and the pillows are small (there little squares).
The hotel is good if you need to stay for a night and just lay your head.
