I gave a generous three-star rating, but I wouldn’t return for another stay. If I’m paying $200 for one night, I’d expect my room to be clean. My towels and pillowcases were stained, and toilet and the bathroom floors were visibly dirty. I chose to wear my sandals in the shower as it was also stained and dirty. I look forward to a shower after a long day of travel, so I was disappointed that, after my shower here, I did not feel clean. As for the service, the man at the front desk did a great job considering he appeared to be running the entire hotel alone. Checking in took quite a bit of time, but I don’t fault him for it as I’d imagine some additional help would have allowed him to be more efficient. He had several guests to attend to at one time. When I returned to the front desk later to ask for a few extra toiletries, he promised to send some to my room as soon as he could, and somehow, amongst everything else he was doing, he hurried down to my room to provide the extra toiletries. Surely, between the prices of the rooms and the costs cut in cleaning supplies, SpringHill Suites could afford to hire this poor man a coworker.

NNicole JacquelineVery nice hotel. Great central location close in walking distance to restaurants and bars. Excellent breakfast options, we even got down to breakfast towards the end of the time allowed for breakfast and there was still plenty of food to choose from. Also the beds were very comfy.

TTravelbounceThe hotel was okay. It wasn't in a horrible, unsafe area like some reviews mentioned. It is centrally located with lots of shopping around. Yes, the hotel is dated and in need of a renovation, but it was comfortable. For those that complain about being double charged or their room not what they booked, well, that happened to us as well. We booked on ******* and when we arrived we were told we had a 2 Queen and not the King we booked an hour ago. It was fully explained that we and another client in-house had booked literally at the same time. Totally fine. And, as for the double room charge - there is a sign at the front desk that clearly states they take a security deposit equal to a night's stay. I do not agree with this and probably would have gone elsewhere had I known in advance It's one thing to put a pending hold, but another to actually charge the card. It was reversed after check out.

PPengguna TetamuWe were there to attend a funeral. The location was good, staff were very congenial but did note that 25 rooms were undergoing some remodeling. Only negative was returning to a room with the bed unmade and no new towels/washcloths

PPengguna TetamuWe live three hours away and just needed a decent room for the night prior to an early morning medical procedure. We chose this hotel for its location fairly close to the Medical Center and for the reasonable rate. I was concerned by the heavy smell of cigarette smoke just outside the entrance, but there was no trace of smoky smell once we went inside. The lobby and our room appeared fresh and clean. It looks to have received new floor coverings in the lobby and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The staff was welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Although this is an older hotel and shows some wear, the recent face lift has given it new life. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable. This Sleep Inn is located on a busy intersection yet no street noise penetrated to our room. I made a couple trips to the convenience store across from the hotel entrance and was pleased with the staff there as well. I felt perfectly safe. I cannot comment on the pool or exercise room as we did not use them. Both areas appeared clean, but I did notice a sign reporting that the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast fare offered a nice selection and is pretty typical. We were pleased with our stay and would recommend the Sleep Inn for a pleasant stay at a reasonable rate.

PPengguna TetamuThe bed and shower were clean and nice. I especially liked the power of the shower faucet and softness if pillows. The only thing is the  Sink was slow to drain. Overall a great hotel for the price .
