Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sioux Falls

The bed and shower were clean and nice. I especially liked the power of the shower faucet and softness if pillows. The only thing is the  Sink was slow to drain. Overall a great hotel for the price .

The room didn't look like it was cleaned for a few day the staff were really nice that I talked with and the room looked run down the person tried to find a different place for me but it was all booked so I found my own

Our room was rough. the shower curtain was pretty much hanging out of the wall causing the curtain to slide to the middle and water to spray all over. The paint is peeling and bubbling. The pillows were very lumpy . Our reservation indicated 2 adults, but only enough towels for one.

Room is not as advertised. Out side of the building looks great but the room we were in had damage to the walls and cabinets, the sink in the bathroom was held to the wall with silicone. See pictures

The room was very cozy and comfy, The bathroom need repairs (had water damage from previous leak and the repair was not very good, drywall tape was coming off and corner sheetrock was detoriating. shelving was loose

Rusty doorways, moldy bathroom, improperly repaired leaks in the ceiling, bathroom fixtures hanging loose, wall-mounted nightstand had been ripped off the wall poorly repaired with expanding foam that had dripped into the outlet below. Dirty pillow case, sticky feeling carpet that was pulling up from the floor. Tiny, lumpy pillows. Nonresponsive thermostat on heating/cooling unit. Water temperature scalding in shower even when turned way down. Sink drain plugged and slow to drain. Do not recommend.

It needs new sound proof windowsheard traffic all night. But otherwise great price and place

Very disappointing. The shower had hair on one of the towels and side of tub. The towels had holes and ********** stuck in them. I had to air dry because I refused to use them. The bed sheets had holes in them and the breakfast was lack luster. The hole was full due some event. I went down for breakfast and there was nothing. It’s like they didn’t even try to refill. The juice machine dispensed water not juice. The garbage was over flowing and tables were dirty. It’s like the staff didn’t care enough to make it look acceptable. You would have thought knowing they were going to have a full hotel of teenagers they would have been more prepared in terms of breakfast. When I checked out I let them know about the cleanliness and the response was ok I’ll tell housekeeper. No im sorry for inconvenience or that stay wasn’t what you expected. I see why it’s only 2 star and why it was only one of a few hotels available this weekend. I probably will not be staying her again. Toilet seat kept getting stuck under counter. Paint was chipping off wall their was rust or something on the bathroom door jam.

The hotel is old. We had to switch rooms since our toilet was broken and we noticed the bathroom was not cleaned. We switched and it was not much better. Walls are patched and towels are thin.
