Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in diesem zauberhaften Hotel. Man merkt sofort, dass dieses mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und geführt wird. Wir haben schon viele Hotels gesehen, aber noch niemals hatten wir das Gefühl in einem Märchen zu sein. Gerne würden wir mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben. Wir haben den Kamin am Abend in unserem Zimmer genossen, alles war sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem.. Das ausgiebige Frühstück wurde uns zur gewünschten Uhrzeit in unser Zimmer gebracht. Danke für das Glas Wein zur Begrüßung!

酒店整體挺乾淨的 特別是有一個熱水池非常爽 整個是度假小屋的感覺 gym雖然特別小但是有一個龍門架還不錯 吃的有點寒酸 但是三明治還OK
不是很get美國人為什麼這麼愛吃冰涼的雞蛋....

聖誕節來的，酒店氛圍特別足，有兩顆超大的聖誕樹！一進門也有聖誕樹和小雪人。房間比較普通，有個小陽台。酒店旁邊緊挨着一個小步行街，有些小商店和吃的可以嚐嚐，味道不錯！
衞生：蠻乾淨的
服務：不錯，來換了三次房間。第一次是因為隔壁有小孩，第二次是因為我的陽台沒有了，第三次估計人家嫌煩了直接給我升級了哈哈哈哈 沒有不耐煩
環境：周圍什麼都有很方便，樓下就是星巴克。
（記得去附近超市買水，房間的水是收費的）

蒙特雷真的很漂亮！酒店附近交通很方便。有些服務員不會英文是真沒想到的。酒店早餐一般，吃不太習慣，如果有無早餐的選項倒是不錯。

Pillows were so flat we got neck problems after a few nights stay. They don't provide a kettle or water in the room so you will have to figure it out.
Floors were dusty and have lots of foot prints I had to mop it myself.
Otherwise location was great and staffs were friendly. Cat named Estaban made our day!

The entire staff was so very helpful and kind. Smooth check-in, clean spacious rooms, great location, comfortable furnishings. From my creating reservation complications, to the extra smooth check-in process, to a minor parking issue because of street construction trucks, to a quick minor tv fix, to us changing rooms and extending our stay.....everyone went way beyond the extra mile to help us. Can't begin to list all the good things about this hotel. We have stayed here several times as a couple and enjoyed every time. This time we came with 3 other family members and just had to let everyone know that this hotel and the staff that runs it is absolutely awesome.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a longer road trip and were absolutely wowed by this very charming b&b. From initial booking to leaving we had a great experience. The b&b is in a safe area, close to the coastal walk, harbour seal viewing and Pacific Grove, there are also a number of great restaurants and bars nearby. Safe and free off street parking (car park out of use on our visit). Our room had an ocean view (we had booked a garden one, but were given the option to switch at no extra cost as they weren’t at full occupancy). Filtered water and a little decanter of brandy in the room and then a small fridge down a flight of stairs within a little cubby hole for guests to help themselves to bottles water, juices and fizzy drinks. Cookies and tea available 24/7 in the dining area. Wine and appetisers served every evening if you want it, recommend people do this as it’s a great way to meet other people staying there (only a small place so great to chat). Lots of things to look at in all of the rooms which make it the place it is, cute, unique and charming. Breakfast changed everyday and very different to the run of the mill meal. On our second day we had to leave early due to a pre booked excursion , we were left fruit, juice, coffee, breakfast bars and croissants to take with us. A fabulous stay, thank you

We spent 3 nights here.. given we had kids under 12 with us, who were excited about using the pool, we upgraded to a room with direct pool access through our patio. The resort is luxurious and has a lot of open areas... doesnt feel cramped for space, especially being a golf course. Kids loved the free smores kit they got to use by the bonfire. The kids play area with connect4, table tennis, putting etc. was cool too. Ample parking space and you can easily get one spot next to the building your room is in.

The rooms are all decorated with a theme. Mine was a sort of Safari look. The other room had a ”travel” theme. Sure, most of the decorations might have been purchased at Home Goods, but it was fun. The rooms were clean. The location is great. Parking was not an issue as some people have written (but the spaces are tight if you have a larger car). The breakfast area, as some have said, is small, but it does what it needs to do. It is not the Ritz or the Mandarin, but it is comfortable, convenient, clean and cost-friendly.

I would most definately recommend this for a stay. There's a 7/11 against the motel and several restaurants nearby for breakfast, like a Denny's

PPengguna TetamuThey only got 3 stars for service only because my son had forgot the room number when he went to get pizza it was our first day at that hotel . So he went upfront to get the room number and lady at front desk held him there and finally called my room and she said I couldn’t have anyone there that my booking was for one person which it wasn’t I asked her where my son and car were because now she has held him up so long I’m 25 min late for work she says she wasn’t gonna tell me which I was like *** ? So I went down there showed her my reservation that had two guests. I told her I had to go I was now late for work and she continued to try to hold me up I told her I would come by in morning after work she proceeds to tell me that she was gonna call cops on me for what I do not know but that my boss had to call in 30 min or she was calling the law . I told her that she was in the wrong not I or my son . My son tells me that she told him that she doesn’t rent to …. Pause looks him up and down and tells him people like u . Still I do not know what she meant by that he is a 21 year old kid he is white and has long hair so I’m not sure what she was referring to by that . What is people like my son white ? Cause he has long hair ? Not too sure but that was bothersome to me she said that .. But what I can say is that the owner or manager he called my son to apologize and told him she went to far it was for security purposes her not telling him what room but she took it too far and he made it right . It was a nice room big and very clean from the outside I they look a lil old but it’s surprisingly newly remodeled and spacious rooms

Bilik tidak terlalu besar, tetapi sangat bersih dan kemas. Kedua-dua peti sejuk dan ketuhar gelombang mikro disediakan. Sarapan pagi dihentikan kerana wabak itu. Menginap di sini selepas berjalan sejauh 17 batu dan Carmel di Lebuhraya California 1 jauh lebih murah daripada Carmel! mengesyorkan!

AanishaskariyaStayed here week of 5/12-5/17. The location is awesome- walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach. Gorgeous views! Now onto the hotel. Modern and clean lobby. Above average tasting free breakfast. 24/7 free coffee and tea in lobby. Water bottle filling station in lobby. This is a unique Holiday Inn express- motel style layout. You will be exposed to the outdoors getting from lobby to your room. And apparently Northern California is still cold (in May)! The room we got was spacious, updated, clean. However the windows are old and drafty blew in cold air mornings, thankfully the heat turned on. every noise from outside -cars on the street and fellow hotel guests could be heard inside (yes even at 3am). New windows and better sound proofing/insulation needed. Overall it was a good stay due to aforementioned positives. However due to the negatives probably would not pick this hotel for more than 1-2 night stay.

CConnector16821240191So this is one of those small Indian places where the owner has renovated an old nasty motel. I'm pretty sure all of the photos here are from before the remodel. The remodeling work is nothing spectacular, but it's a whole new color scheme and surfaces are clean and in very good shape. Unfortunately this place still has pretty small rooms. The parking lot is a little awkward and there are now outside areas at all to enjoy -- not even a park bench. The first time I stayed I was pleasantly suprised - really liked the brand-new bathroom finishes and fridge....especially for the price ! Second time I was really disappointed in a less-than-adequate bathroom cleaning job and maybe not the best bedding. So...I dunno...overall, they deserve way way more than the two stars they're showing here. I wouldn't take a date or family here, but for the low-budget traveler, it's ok for a short stay. Close walk to a 7-11 and a few other restaurants. NOT a close walk to beach or anything else. I'm gonna give this an extra star in order to off-set the out-dated and unfair previous reviews.

The description in TripAdvisor starts with “The meticulously maintained Monterey Bay Lodge …”, in the hotel site “…as you stroll through our majestic property, you will enjoy the quiet ambiance…” and “…located minutes from Downtown Monterey.” The photos are nice on the hotel’s website, as are those of the management on TripAdvisor, but the reality is different, and all the information and pictures are completely misleading. The family room (which they call a suite) is very shabby with very dated and absolutely uncomfortable furniture. In particular, the boys' bed (bunk bed) made of shabby wood looks like something out of an old mountain prison with old and uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. The rooms are very small, and the cleanliness is far from good. The window looks out onto the external corridor, anyone passing by can look in and, although they might speak softly, it is far from quiet. There is no security because anyone can walk undisturbed from the street to the room door and the windows and doors are very fragile. On TripAdvisor it says there is a restaurant, this is not true, there is no service, there is only a coffee machine and microwave in the room. The center (and restaurants) is only a few minutes away... yes, by car. Finally, be careful at the weekend, prices can triple, we paid 562 USD for one night booking in advance, but I have seen even higher prices. We spent 2 weeks on the west coast, sleeping in 8 hotels, but this one, even for one night, was the worst on this holiday and one of the worst I have ever visited.

SScenic52548875624We booked this hotel at the last minute to get out of a bad hotel we were in. When we arrived we were tired and hungry. The clerk was so nice and welcoming. After checking in, she let me know there is hot coffee, cocoa, or tea in the lobby. They also have a cooler with a few quick frozen meals, soup, snacks and drinks. After we settled in & went swimming, I got a few things to eat for our room. The pool was beautiful and clean. The room was clean, and we were shocked at the size of the fridge! Not the typical mini size! The place was quiet, the grounds were well kept and clean! We will probably not stay anywhere else but here on our next trip. Thank you!

This is a very fine motel - it provides a spotless room, free parking, and no pet fee - for a very reasonable price. Based on this great first experience, I will always try to find a Red Roof Inn when I am on the road.
