The hotel was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My only problem with Trip.com they don’t pay the hotel. This is the second time I used the website and it was an issue where the hotel charged my credit card for the night I stayed when I had already paid thru Trip.com. So I’m in the process of trying to get a refund. I will not be using Trip.com for future trips. I will book directly thru the hotel site. One more thing the hotel site was cheaper than Trip.com

這個酒店離紐瓦克機場很近，但是周邊不是很方便。如果沒有車的話，就不建議住在這裏。當然了，如果就是為了離機場近，去機場方便的話，推薦！因為他們有shuttle bus 來回機場
酒店有早餐，標配的美式簡易早餐類型，中規中矩吧。
房間還不錯，乾淨衞生

Booked this for 3 weeks for my girlfriend.
I stayed sometimes as well.
Most of the front desk staff are fantastic except for the older short asian lady with glasses. Bad temperament and service but I guess that’s her demeanor.
Also, housekeeping staff never knocked on our door -most don’t speak a word of English.
Ofherwise, fantastic stay. Has gym, netflix, price is affordable ($200 a night for suite). My goto in North Bergen!

Coffee machine in the room is not user friendly. It has graphic illustration on how to operate. It only tells the steps, but does not mention which button to press (3 buttons on the machine, some blinks some red/blue). The table top has paper cups and plastic cups. The machine does not work with plastic. I need to try a few time and figure out only the paper cups works for this machine.

房間是一室一廳的套房，套房雖然空間都不是很大，但設施一應俱全，值得一提的是沙發是內置摺疊床，而且卧室有門，這樣可3～4入住且不受打擾；酒店含早餐；門口步行100米就是輪渡，去曼哈頓市中心非常方便。

The hotel was really nice. Unfortunately a wedding was going on at the same time we were staying there, so it was noisy and chaotic at times. But the room had a great view and the service was excellent. I really wish parking was included however, especially if you stayed like 2 or more days perhaps.

This hotel is great! I loved my stay and completely satisfied with it. I got a first floor room which is super close to the everything. The king suite is very spacious and comfy. The sofa bed is great as well. I like how the management is very careful and helpful in addressing my requests. The best part is it is so close to the bus stop for a bus to NY. Simply walk 2 min, buy ticket at the machine, and wait for bus 320, will get you to the Port Authority bus station right by Time Square. Super convenient and worth every penny!

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting New York in December. Staff were very helpful and accommodating giving recommendations on travelling into the city. Its an easy 15-20 min bus ride to the Port Authority bus terminal . Be careful to avoid rush hour as this extends the travel time. The bus number is 320 and cost 8.50 return can you purchase tickets at the bus stop. Hotel is clean and updated, does not include breakfast but is available to purchase. We used a taxi from Newark which cost aprox 90.00- next time we would use the train from the airport into the city and then take the bus. On the last day we used the ”luggage hero” app to store our luggage to take advantage of the day

I stayed sometimes as well.
Most of the front desk staff are fantastic except for the older short asian lady with glasses. Bad temperament and service but I guess that’s her demeanor.
Also, housekeeping staff never knocked on our door -most don’t speak a word of English.
Ofherwise, fantastic stay. Has gym, netflix, price is affordable ($200 a night for suite). My goto in North Bergen!

Mmanxuetingting這個酒店離紐瓦克機場很近，但是周邊不是很方便。如果沒有車的話，就不建議住在這裏。當然了，如果就是為了離機場近，去機場方便的話，推薦！因為他們有shuttle bus 來回機場
酒店有早餐，標配的美式簡易早餐類型，中規中矩吧。
房間還不錯，乾淨衞生

This is the second time I used the website and it was an issue where the hotel charged my credit card for the night I stayed when I had already paid thru Trip.com. So I’m in the process of trying to get a refund. I will not be using Trip.com for future trips. I will book directly thru the hotel site. One more thing the hotel site was cheaper than Trip.com

CCamilaEl hotel estuvo demasiado bien para lo que esperábamos, el transporte es de fácil acceso, la limpieza súper buena, el desayuno también estuvo bien referente al precio, puedes servirte café o jugo, y ordenas tu desayuno diario, te dan una fruta y unas galletas, la atención estuvo buena, lo único fue que cuando llegamos nos pidieron 100$ de depósito, de la cual no estábamos enterados, ya que en la reserva nunca nos avisaron de esto, realmente nos cogio por sorpresa, del resto todo súper bien !

A bus is ging to Manhattan, Port Authority. 5-10 minutes walk to access the bus station and 10-15 minutes for the way back. Bus itself took between 20 and 40 minutes depending on the traffic.
Room was really nice with plenty of space.
Wall and door a little thin, we could ear people discussing in the hallway.
Good choice for a cheap hotel to visit NY City
