The good: everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby areas were inviting. Room darkening blinds really worked, and the room was very quiet. Wifi worked (although not great in the room). However, the room was not ideal for multiple people. The bathroom was split, with a door for the toilet/bathtub, but the sink area (including outlets for hairdryer) open to the bedroom. This meant that if someone was sleeping, you would bother them if you used the sink area. The mini-fridge was tiny, the coffee-maker was also very small. There weren't enough outlets in the room for more than one person, and, as often in a 2Q room, there were no tables on the outer edges of the beds. Courtyards do not provide free breakfast. There is a cafe in the lobby where you could buy breakfast (which we did not try), or there is a Bob Evans restaurant across the street (easy to walk) that did online takeout orders (or dine-in). Area was safe, lots of restaurants around, and easy access to the highway.

Pros. Hotel has a good location. Rooms are good. Nice lobby. Lots of parking Cons. Openly censor Fox on the TV. No extra service what so ever. We never saw a maid or room attendant once in a 4 night stay. The room was nice, the outdoor mall has nice stores. Lobby is large. Parking is somewhat offsite, but quite easy and convenient

The hotel is clean overall, but the air is dirty, really dirty. Although my king suite has a large clearly visible stain in the middle of the floor near the section between the office desk and the bed; otherwise the room was a good price for the money. I just got out of the hospital today and the real problem I have with every Extended America Hotel from here to Florida that I recently stayed in ;(and 5 in the Cleveland area since May 2023) is that knowing that 41,000 deaths occur from Secondhand Smoke and Death Exposure to secondhand smoke each year; they do nothing about protecting non-smoking Extended Stay America paying customers being forced to walk through a floating sea of disgust and death to enter the building. Secondhand smoke kills 7,333 annually by lung cancer. Secondhand smoke causes 33,951 annual deaths from heart disease. If you stay at one of the Extended Stay America's that I have stayed in recently you will be forced to walk through cigarette smoke because smoking restrictions posted about where you can smoke and not smoke are not enforced. Everyone smokes at the front entrance to of the building because they don't give a damn about anyone but themselves, they are all selfish bastards and Extended Stay America does not make them care. Yes, I will probably leave, although I sought to stay here a month but it is hypocritical to complain and not take action. The complaint is my first action and if no changes occur, I will move out. If the State and Federal government's can go after the prescription drug companies, what about the Second Hand Smoke contributors? In 2021, the number of reported deaths involving prescription opioids totaled 16,706 and the Drug companies paid billions. The number of deaths from Second Hand Smoke was 41,000. Hotel's that do not enforce the no smoking policy should be looked at as a major source of contributing to Second Hand Smoke and former Hotel guests who develop Second Hand Smoke related complications should be able to recover damages.

Neat and clean rooms. The staff were very helpful.

We came to the area for a graduation party. From the check in with Angela to our check out was great. Our rooms were nice and clean. We had adjoining rooms. If there was a complaint it would be the bed was to firm for me. Also, because of the weekend and the amount of people maybe housekeeping could have been a little more present in the common areas. Especially the elevators. I saw a guest almost slip and fall in the elevator due to water from the guest coming back from swimming. The bar wasn't bad. We had catered food from the hotel for our event. The beef was to die for. Excellent taste. The nice thing is there are some stores and other restaurants close by. If in the area will definitely stay again.

Great value for the price. Got a queen suite with a small kitchenette. Bathroom sink barely worked, only a slight trickle of water came out, but at least there was a fully functioning kitchen sink. Toilet flush handle was broken when we first arrived but they did fix it promptly once we brought it to their attention. Bed mattress was fairly comfy. Front desk staff was attentive for the most part. Kitchen wares such as pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. were available for loan which was a nice amenity. However, I had some trouble getting one of the burners on the stove to work. Rooms were fairly clean but could use an update. Elevators were dirty though, trash and dust all over the floors of them. Laundry facilities were decent and had many washers and dryers available in good condition. Exercise room was small but decent. No weights though, just an elliptical, treadmill, and spin bike. It was open 24/7 though which was cool. Also, they advertise breakfast, but all they have is shitty coffee in the early mornings that quickly runs out.

This was a great place to stay! Prior to going I had some questions and I talked to Jenna the Assistant Manager. She was very helpful and reassuring. Upon check in, Asia was so friendly and kind! She made us feel welcome. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and I loved the bath products. There are many good restaurants and lots of good shopping nearby. On check out we found the young man at the desk to also be very warm and friendly. Turns out he was Andrew the manager! We thanked him for a good stay and said we will definitely be back!

Bilik-bilik adalah sangat luas dan mempunyai rasa yang sangat moden/mewah kepada mereka! (Tidak boleh cukup menekankan betapa tidak ada apa-apa yang setanding atau sebagus itu sebagai tempat ini... *& Saya telah pergi ke BANYAK hotel semasa saya mengembara untuk kerjaya saya.) - Bilik ditutup setiap hari selepas proses sanitasi/pembersihan (jelas sangat teliti). - Kakitangan sangat mengalu-alukan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, begitu juga dengan pembantu rumah di tingkat empat, setiap hari; mereka semua mempunyai senyuman di wajah mereka dan sebenarnya terlibat dalam lebih daripada kata-kata kotor budaya perniagaan... Keburukan: Saya tidak boleh membeli suite king sebagai apartmen dan tinggal di sini. Saya mahu tinggal di sini tetapi ini hotel, bukan apartmen.. Saya perlu pulang dan meninggalkan tempat yang fantastik-selesa-comel-cantik-bahagia ini.
