I love the Country Inn and will stay there when I can, ever since the chain remodel a decade or so ago. I showed up very early but the desk person checked me in with no bother. The room was typical for the chain, spacious, well-laid-out, and immaculate. I’d been on the road for a week or so (motorcycle trip) so took advantage of the guest laundry facilities which I know I can find at every CI&S. There was a convenience store and Mexican take-out place next door, so in my tired state I didn’t have to go searching for food and refreshments. In short, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

Ccrystal677Honestly this hotel was a bit better than I expected from a Best Western. Very clean, hot breakfast, friendly prompt service, good size rooms and bathroom. The only problem is that the beds were so hard and uncomfortable that it caused my husband's back to go out and we spent the entire weekend in the hospital, ruining our stay. I realize this is not all the fault of the hotel, and we couldn't switch to a different room (which likely would not have mattered anyway) because the hotel was full. I would suggest having good quality mattress toppers available for rent for folks that have this issue. We did purchase the only one we could find in town, but it wasn't good enough to help the issue unfortunately.
