Hotel terbaik di Rock Springs

Very nice Holiday Inn, clean, comfortable bed & pillows, nicely updated, friendly staff and ample parking for our truck & boat trailer. The hotel is connected to an Old Chicago restaurant, which was very convenient. They also offer a $5 breakfast coupon that you purchase at the front desk of the hotel and take it to Old Chicago. You get 2 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage, 2 pancakes & a drink. You can also use it for $5 off any breakfast menu item. The hotel accepts pets and they don’t charge an arm and a leg for them! Unfortunately there’s a lot of irresponsible pet owners that have ruined it for the rest of us, so now most places charge ridiculous fees. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn.

Great budget hotel. Large rooms with frig, microwave & desk. Good bed and great TV. Small bathrooms but sufficient. If you are looking for inexpensive option that is well worth the money, book here. Room appears clean and well maintained. We were in room 108 that is back in a corner and kind of dark.

I stayed here one night and not again. The parking lot had a light out which made it very dark where the guests park. I did not feel safe while outside The shower ceiling is covered in mold as is the tile in the shower. I provided feed back to the hotel via a review only to get a FORM LETTLER in reply. Not staying here again. BTW I am a Best Western Rewards member so I have stayed at many of their locations.

This place is a total disaster. I stayed there for a month while in training to become a flight attendant. I had to leave a do not disturb sign because the first time they came to clean the room, they left things worse of than before. One night, I left my laundry outside my door to go get my door key and the coins to do it, and within one minute, someone literally opened my room door and put my clothes inside and told me that I can't have stuff outside the room. This is a poorly educated person in costumer service and social interaction altogether. I didn't make a big deal because I Was under a contract and studying for my training. I didn't have time to address that nonsense and didn't want to make the company that was paying for this to have to deal with anything, but if you can completely disregard someone's privacy in their own room and touch their personal stuff, I can only imagine what you can do while I'm not in the room. I put my personal stuff in my luggage and locked it with a lock I had and pretty much was ready to lose stuff because you just can't trust a behavior like that. If I was on my own time there, I would have called the cops and made a report in case I lost anything. The entire attitude of most of the workers there was a completely disappointing and dissatisfied experience. I am not for negative comments/reviews but sometimes you just have to say some things. Amanda is the name of one of the workers and she's the only one who was worth leaving a good report for. Everyone else needs to educate themselves in what customer service really means. As much as I liked my experience in this town, I will never even look at that place or recommend it to anyone.

Typically we love chains through Hilton and Hyatt, so when we needed to travel to see family and saw that a Hampton had 4+ stars on some travel review sites, we figured it was a safe bet. I’m traveling with two kids and my spouse and I just staying one night. We arrived about 4 and noticed the parking lot was covered in ice and mounds of snow and it was difficult to discern where parking spots were and so everyone was parked haphazardly. Because of this we pulled up to the door. Check in went smooth. We were greeted by Victoria, the manager on shift, and she was very nice and friendly. We got our room keys. Her check in and explain of amenities was very helpful, and we went back out to park closer to the elevator to access our room. We had no issues finding parking (this was at 4pm). Walking into the lobby was like a smack to the face of smoke. My small kids even commented on it. The second floor didn’t have the smoke smell but the carpets in the hallways and the room were quite dingy. When we got to the room the wind was taken from our sails. The smell was really overpowering-like a wet, musty smell I assume is from the air system in the room. We went to put some belongings into the drawers and there was dust with small bits of hair and other particles in the drawer bottoms. The linens and bathroom were clean. Some of the furniture had staining on the fabric or the particle board furniture was broken and dinged up. We left to visit with family and got back around 9 and there was not a spot to park in sight. Between people parking in the middle of the parking spots and the trucks that were parked horizontally taking up 4-5 stalls, there was nothing. There is no overflow lot. We circled for a while wondering what to do and eventually parked in the only open bay - reserved for Diamond members. I spoke with the front desk and they said we could stay in that spot because there was nothing else. My kids went to the pool and had fun, it’s open until 10. we noticed the toilet would not flush properly - you had to hold it down for a few minutes to let water run to clear it out the bowl. The shower head was adequate - not so strong it sprays your skin off but enough pressure for a good shower. Sleeping was rough. Unfortunately there was a loud family above us with lots of jumping and loud noises until about 11, that then started again at 7. That’s not the hotels fault, we have encountered that before. The beds seemed to have some divots in them but they weren’t the worse hotel mattress I’ve encountered in my 40 years. When we woke up the windows were frozen on the inside … then there were puddles of condensation all around the window. My son had a hat on the table near the air system that was soaked. The musty smell was much worse with the standing water. Breakfast was good - lots of places to sit and my kids enjoyed the waffles. Comfortable Stay at a Reasonable Price I stayed at Motel 8 Rock Springs and found it to be a good option for a short stopover. The room was clean and had basic amenities like a microwave, mini-fridge, and TV. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and gas stations. While it’s a budget motel, it met my expectations for the price. If you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay, this is a solid choice.
