Great hotel, power went out, but staff were good and promised reimbursement. Will definitely stay again.

Best park and stay for sure! Queen beds (most in the area have double beds). Comfortable, shuttle that came every 15 minutes (I would say even more often but possibly because it was Spring Break week). Accommodating with a rollaway bed. Great restaurant/bar and my son left his running watch and it was turned in my cleaning staff so we got that back easily. I've stayed at so many park and stays in Chicago and this is my go to now.

房間挺乾淨的，有免費接機到酒店服務，需提前郵件預約，到芝加哥機場后聯繫酒店前台，車就回來接，大概開車10分鐘車程到酒店，從酒店步行10分鐘就可以到奧萊，酒店地理位置非常方便，下次還會入住此酒店。

The service was good. I had trouble at check in with the credit cards and the staff was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was the phone was broken and wouldn't shut up...so I unplugged it and notified the front desk. Check out was simple also and the shuttle to and from the airport was useful. Pick up is at the Terminal 2 shuttle area and you take the team there. If you have a very early flight the shuttle might be an iffy choice. I also ate at the restaurant which was delicious and the service was good.

When looking for a hotel close to O'Hare, I found the Staybridge Suites to be the least expensive, so I wasn't expecting a first-class stay. However, my husband and I agree that the Staybridge was the best hotel of the five we stayed at during our trip. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom large, and there was plenty of countertop space. The free breakfast was quite good with a variety of hot and cold dishes. I appreciated the ceramic dishware and metal flatware; it was a nice break from paper plates and plastic flatware. The fitness room was the best of anywhere we stayed; small, but with floor mats and a greater variety of aerobic and weight equipment. We arrived at 8:20 pm, and it was a relief to have a restaurant with good food on site (although they did close at 9:00 pm, so be advised if you are arriving really late). Also be advised -- if you are catching the free shuttle, make sure you go out the doors on the LOWEST level.

This was only an overnight stay to connect us onto our next flight. The hotel is quite dated, old, we were surprised. The hotel wasn’t cheap in cost; but it felt like we were staying in an old motel. I tried to convince myself, “it’s only one night”. We waited over an hour for the shuttle bus to take us to this hotel, less than a 10 minute ride. It was very tiresome and frustrating. The bus is a shared bus with The Marriott hotel. So the front of the bus is labeled Marriott and the side of the bus says Hilton. So we could have missed it by only reading the front of the bus. All in all, I wouldnt recommend this hotel. The shuttle was unreliable. Unlike other Hilton hotels, this hotel did not have a 24 hour free-flow coffee table.

Stayed at this location while seeing a concert at the Rosemont Theatre. Very conveniently located, only a 5 min walk up the street. Close to the airport and they provide a free shuttle as well. Staff are all super welcoming and happy to assist. Was offered complimentary breakfast and free drink vouchers upon check in.

갑작스럽게 방문했는데, 생각보다 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 간간히 공항 소음이 발생하는데, 괜찮습니다. 추천합니다.

Large bed. Comfortable. Good for traveller and business. Basketball, swimming pool good enough. Hot breakfast.
