Courtney, the front desk host was the kindest and most accommodating I've experienced in a long time, maybe ever. The level of service at this hotel is outstanding. I am considering staying at this company more often simply due to the employees. I hope it's the same at all of them. The rooms are simple, condo style. They have everything you need and I didn't experience any issues. The pool, grill, basketball and breakfast areas are all clean and well managed. Breakfast was sooo good!!! Courtney was the highlight of my stay here!!

出差最後一天住在這裏，第二天趕飛機，還要還車，所以就住這裏。附近吃飯也很方便，開車不遠有mall，選擇很多。第二天一早，因為要坐好久的飛機回國，吃了一個big breakfast，很贊！

I absolutely will never stay here again. It’s a terrible hotel. Absolutely out of date. The pool was down and I had a “me” night looking forward to swimming by myself with none of my family around and it was closed for maintenance. There was a red stain on the wall looks like blôöd. I did post a pic but I don’t know if it’s going to show. The tv is slow as all heck. It took forever for it to respond and they don’t have a guide to see what the options are. They don’t have room service even though the site said it does. No tea in the room however there is coffee for those who drink. The room is definitely lacking any current style. The elevators button has to be pressed 3 times on the 3rd floor. They were also running low on the great warm cookies everyone is accustomed to receiving while checking in. I got a vegan one. No hate to those and glad they can accommodate but come on. Not even the thing you are known for? The phone was so old it was funny. For a busy hotel you would think they would sink some funds into to actually accommodate ppl while traveling or having a person night out. I am pressing the guide button to bring up the channel options in the picture of the remote and the tv. Notice it says unavailable.

The hallways smell very bad. The bathroom is a bit dingy. The sheets were clean. They don't offer dry cleaning/laundry and they clean the room after 3 nights minimum. They don't have some amenities stocked like medicine, etc in the store. I stayed here because it was cheap and close the Renaissance hotel and convention center. For the price it was worth it.

The staff was fabulous, food was really good, and the place was clean! A great location in Schaumburg! Close to everything!! The room was really nice… Only things were that the fridge was noisy at times and the shower occasionally made noises… The fridge didn’t wake us at all though, so we didn’t really mind… The pool was smaller than expected and closed for maintenance/cleaning on a Sunday morning, which I didn’t think was the best timing. Kids were bummed of course as we didn’t get to use them and it’s one of the reasons I picked this hotel… Overall, we would still choose to stay here again should we come back to Schaumburg area…

Very clean hotel in a great location with reasonable price. Many restaurants in area even across the street within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was not offered till 6:30am so it was later than we wanted for our early work start. Also breakfast items were not always all ready when breakfast started.

JJaime FredricksonVery clean. Loved our King suite, especially for the price!!! Food was good, but they had a bit of a hard time keeping up with hot items being stocked... It was pretty packed though, so it was understandable. They kindly gave me a late checkout so the kids could swim after breakfast... Pool is a little small and we're always a fan of a hotel with a hot tub (which this one doesn't have), but it was clean and did the job for the kiddos anyways. Overall, one of the best Hamptons we have been to and we will definitely go back when in the Chicago area.

Hotel was clean, comfy and well-maintained. Fitness center was large and well equipped. Breakfast was very good and included hard boiled eggs. We had a suite and there were 3 climate zones — very helpful. Comfy beds. Staff was all courteous & professional, particularly Rhiannon when we were making our reservation. David & Cliffanie made us feel welcome at check-in, and and GM Mohamed was great and really cares about the property. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding spot for business meetings & other events. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I’ve been here at least 100 times for business meetings and the staff is always top-notch. The facilities also look fantastic for those staying there.

Great stay - would definitely recommend and would stay here again. At the front desk (late arrival), we were met with professionalism, courtesy, and human kindness. Seriously, he made us very welcome, and made sure I understood that my concerns about potential chemical fragrance in my room had been noted and attended to. The room itself was wonderful. Very clean, very comfortable, updated, and this hotel kept its word: there was no chemical fragrance. We spent a very pleasant and comfortable night. Plenty of nice things to say about this hotel - thank you, members of the Four Points team that made our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed with a large group and the staff was wonderfully organized and helpful throughout the stay. They went out of their way to make sure all needs were met and we really appreciated their help and accommodations. We look forward to staying here with our group again next year! Also - several comments from the group on comfortable beds and pillows!

Came to this hotel as I stayed before, and again was very satisfied with the hotel and staff. Very clean friendly and quiet. Diana A. Front desk service manager was beyond our expectations. She greeted us as we arrived, as if she knew us. Very freindly informative of the hotel and very accommodating. Went to our room, very clean and updated. Temp was perfect as it was hot out. Called downstairs for some questions regarding starbucks in the hotel and pool questions. Again staff were incredible! Very professional friendly and knowledgeable. That's what hotels should have. We shouldn't have to feel like we are bothering them, but instead them making your stay great. That's what my family felt. A nice welcoming and great stay. Its because of people like Diana and staff that we will be back again.. Great job guys!!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was beautiful, our room was the perfect size for 4 people. The pool was closed which was not listed on the website. This was about 75% of the reason we booked here. We were wanting to be close to Top Golf and the mall, so there were several other options I could have chosen.

GGangI enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. It would be better if the breakfast could provide more variety. The air conditioner in the room is a little bit noisy, but most hotels are same.
