酒店周邊環境很好，寧靜舒適。開車5分鐘就有一個shopping mall, 吃的很豐富，超市消費等都不愁。酒店裡設定很好，床也舒服。

My Husband daughter and I spent most of Memorial Day Weekend in this lovely hotel. Even though there was a small mix up on what room we were to be in, my daughter and I swam quite a bit in their pool, (reservations required) and had a great relaxing time in the room weended up in. My only negitive was that there was only yogart and fruit as a breakfast option. My family isnt real fond of yogart, and there was only two oranges left in the bowl. As for the mask issue, we were pleased with the fact that we didnt need one if we were vaccinated. I loved the Staff, very nice people. Including the Son and Mom Team that figured out our room issue. Thank you!

very excellent service from the Management team and housekeeping maintenance just the whole staff. friendly helping, rather directions or car jump or somewhere to eat. I would definitely recommend anyone and Family and pets to come to visit the place when you are in Chicago. A+

We have stayed here twice now as it is the closest hotel to our family that gives us the option to have a separate living room and bedroom. It is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Things like the bathroom vanity and kitchenette counter are updated. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. Pool seemed warm enough to try even in the winter but we didn’t have time. Check in is easy on the app and we use the digital keys making quick check in/out. We were easily able to get extra cups and towels at the front desk. Considering there isn’t daily maid service there could be more tea and trash bags provided in the room, but we brought our own so I didn’t bother asking for more. Plenty of stores and food in the area. This will continue to be our home base when we are visiting family in the area.

I am grateful to my organization to book me on this hotel. I stayed here for 38 days due to business requirement and i absolutely felt like a ”home away from home”. I want to mention specifically mention few people: 1. Arthur - this man is Rock Star! At this age he works very hard, very punctual and is very good multitasker 2. Ariel - She went out of the way of her duties many a times to ensure guest feels ok. Me being from Service industry for 21 years can learn few things about ”Service” from her. Extremely grateful to her... she even used her personal car, for example, once to drop me at my office when no one else was there available. Now, letting a stranger from another country in your car - i mean who does that? but she did so as i mentioned she goes out of her way! 3. Jared - Has super excellent communication skills and again goes out of way to help when needed. Very professional attitude and can gel with anyone and everyone making them at ease. I am definitely going to miss these guys as i have learnt so much about work ethics, service delivery, client relationship from them personally! Thank you for making my stay memorable here.

New hotel, very clean. Rooms have very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Typical amenities are available. The gym is on the small side: 3 treadmills, 1 elliptical and a Peleton bicycle. Handweights up to 60 pounds (I think). Exercise balls and yoga mats available. The restaurant/bar is lively and the wait staff were very friendly. Front desk staff were very professional and are easy to work with. The market at the front desk appeared to be well stocked.

Tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal! Tenang, sangat bersih, dan mesra! Saya tidak boleh bercakap banyak tentang kemudahan mereka kerana semuanya ditutup pada masa ini kerana COVID. Tetapi mereka mempunyai kawasan kecil yang bagus untuk sarapan pagi disediakan.
