The hotel was clean. There were no bugs and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice. There is also breakfast, but it is not included. For the price of the hotel, it was definitely worth the stay.

This is our second stay at this facility and we will definitely be staying at this location for our next visit to the area. The hotel had several large groups during our stay and the staff were tending the desk while others were delivering toweling to guestrooms. Jason was the first staff member we met at check in. He was very attentive and even though people were crowding the desk making demands, he never waivered in his professional and pleasing manner assuring the other guests he would be with them as soon as he had taken care of me. (Some of the guest could have taken a lesson from the staff in how to treat people) Our next encounter was the following morning with Heather at breakfast. Once again large groups do not seem to phase the staff here at this location. Keeping everything stocked and tables wiped was done with fluidity and ease. The morning of our check out we had the pleasure of speaking with Tevin and Evelyn two more exceptional staff members who had taken the time to engage in conversation and insure that our stay was a pleasant one. As a former IHG manager for 24 years you can have the newest building, the most amenities and more to offer your guest, but if you do not have the right staff those things will not matter. The whole staff was professional, friendly, courteous, and attentive. Sometimes staff members at hotels can seem like they could care less and do the bare minimum. But from the time we walked thru the door of this location, we have felt the differ. We have felt welcomed. From the front desk clerks to the cleaning staff to the breakfast attendant, the service was positive. Whatever we needed, we got it quickly. When walking the hallways, the staff stopped and said hello to us, like at a 5 star hotel. When I came for breakfast, at the last minute, the breakfast attendant, Tiblet, was not put off!! She greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed anything. She then gave all of the quests ample warning to come and get more food before she closed things down, all in a respectful and professional manner. Even though it was time for her to close, she didn’t make us feel like we were being kicked out. Cuddos to the management here. Your good work shows through your staff!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that’s budget friendly but with a high class experience.

On the outside it is not inspiring. There is construction going on and it's tucked in between like a car dealership and other non-hotel businesses. I was worried as I drove up. But inside, it's its own little world. It is EXTREMELY clean. The breakfast was actually satisfying and the staff were friendly. The room was great. The only thing I would like to see is, as they replace their mini-fridges, that they use ones that have a separate freezer compartment. We had some frozen things we wanted to stay frozen, and the back wall of the mini-fridge was not up to the task. We slept great and it was conveniently located for where we needed to be. Very fair pricing as well.

The front desk lady tried helping in every way to make our stay a memorable.
