I brought my family here after a long couple of days touring the Grand Canyon and other national parks. This was exactly what we needed. This place adjoins an indoor mall that the whole family enjoyed. Service was friendly. The pool hours are a bit limited. The view from the room was very cool.

My sisters and I met in Las Vegas for weekend and stayed at the Strat. We booked 2 rooms. My sister checked in at Kiosk and it was pretty easy. The kiosk wouldn’t take my AZ ID so I went to check in desk. Which was pretty quick I also received free 2 tickets to the Tower Deck. I gave to my other sisters since I’m scared of heights. When we got to our rooms my sister was on 4th floor and her room wasn’t too clean. Makeup on the sheets and towels. My room 5th floor was clean on the other hand. We just didn’t have many towels. Since we both worked housekeeping at Hilton we know how things go. We are at all the restaurants which was amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t see any shows we had other plans on our itinerary this trip. The Strat was very accommodating. The pool was a long walk down the 8th floor hall but the pool social was a vibe. Very clean. Sunny. Service was amazing as well.

This place has the RUDEST employees. I’ll start w/Carlos. Does not smile, didn’t care that we ordered a microwave a day prior to getting here for my daughters medication. We spoke to Lia, she assured us of microwave on arrival and none. We called Carlos from room and he said $25 per day! He couldn’t have cared less about the fact that we were promised one at NO CHARGE. Then we request late checkout, (Lia) 4:15. An employee knocks on door at 9:30 to tell us we need to be out by 10 or 11:00 am. Her sheet said 4:15! ( we were always going to leave by noon)! The place is dirty and only two VERY SLOW elevators. ( Only one is operable, this morning)15 minute wait for elevator. )The rooms smell like smoke and close to freeway so you can hear traffic all night. We were only staying one night as we’re headed to Phoenix from Reno. Would not suggest this place , stay somewhere else. This is owned by Hilton, never again…Back to Marriotts from now on. It's okay. Some rooms are a lot older than others. Service needs some work. We stayed at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving in November. I booked a studio suite and I requested an upgrade through Marriott using my suite upgrade allocation. It should have put me in a one bedroom. The day before I arrived, I received an email telling me I could upgrade to a one bedroom for $60 per night. I replied back that I had requested the upgrade using my suite nights allocation. They should be able to confirm it at no cost. I did not receive a reply. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to tell me that I needed to pay them $60 per night for my existing room. They then determined this was incorrect. When they gave me the room key, they told me that they had used my suite upgrade. I went to the room only to find that it was the studio suite that I had originally booked. I went back to the desk where they figured out that I should be in a one bedroom. They checked me in again and sent me to a different tower. It was a one bedroom. The suite was large but definitely worn and dated. It was clean but the room had no personality. The food at the hotel is just not great. We ate at their coffee shop twice. The iced tea was horrible. It was from a tap. The food was sub par. If you stay at this hotel, use delivery or go out to eat.

The only nice part about this hotel is the lobby. I checked in (platinum member) and status wasn’t recognized at all. The view from my room was terrible, and not to mention they were doing construction on a room next to me every day…. 4 night stay. It was very loud and impossible to get work done. Construction was going on in front of the main entrance street for the F1 race and this created loud construction noises all night. Spend the extra money and go to a better hotel. Also my coworker who I was with got upgraded and I didn’t and he has silver status. I don’t expect an upgrade every-time but I don’t understand how he got one and I didn’t.

I love doing anything at the Westgate. It’s one of the cleanest and classiest hotels in Vegas with a little old-school charm to it. Their restaurants are so great, their amenities for conferences are perfect and their rooms are great! And the staff is the absolute best. Highly recommend.

The stay was great from the room to the location and the price, but on arrival my tub was not clean. My belongings also were moved or taken during room moves or cleaning and not returned prior to leaving. Otherwise, the stay was great!

During my recent stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Paradise Las Vegas, I was impressed by the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located just off the bustling *****, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the action. My one-bedroom suite was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with a full kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. The fitness center was well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a serene yet accessible Las Vegas getaway.

We had booked our stay at a hotel, only to be informed when we arrived that the hotel was no longer a hotel but timeshare apartments and we would receive no housekeeping services, also we would have to pay for extra clean towels. The concierge was not available much of the time to answer any queries. The shuttle bus to the Las Vegas ***** was also no longer part of our package, again because it was no longer a hotel. Whenever we went to reception to ask about these issues, the staff were very apologetic and told us they had only been informed the week prior to our arrival of the change of hotel status. They also advised that many guests were complaining about this. This property is no longer a hotel and has been changed over to a time share air B&B style accommodation. We were not informed of this prior to arrival and having paid quite a substantial sum for our trip we were not very impressed the we did not now have the benefits of a hotel, eg housekeeping, clean laundry/towels etc. The cleanliness of the apartment also let it down, I had to clean all the kitchen surfaces and table before they could be used. Some of the marks were stuck on so they needed scrubbing! The property is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from the ***** . the Linq and the monorail. Such a shame it is not up to the usual standard of this hotel group.
