Hotel propre Chambre correcte avec micro onde et réfrigérateur Possiblibilté de prendre un café ou thé gratuitement Emplacement tres calme Personnel très accueillant qui parlent francais anglais espagnol Concernant le petit déjeuner on a juste pri du café et croissant 🥐 c'etait bon autre chose nous n'avons pas testé vu qu'on mange le hallal seulement donc c'était pas possible Aussi il est A presque 20 minutes de marche a l'arrêt du train qui mène au centre de barcelone ou si vous voulez ils appellent un taxi pour vous J'ai aimé et je reviendrai avec plaisir

Near Spanish square, so the location for New Years Eve is OK. Decent breakfast, clean room and bathroom. Mini bar is just small bottle of water, bed is not very comfy. Location is good but not for NY eve. No rooftop bar or access to roof. No view from rooms to Spanish square/fountain and hotel bar was closed for NY eve - midnight drinks. Just a dinner from 8 till 9Pm. We were lucky to find a spot in near by bar, but it's not easy wit no reservation. Fan in the room works like old engine, not possible to sleep when it's on. Opening window is a no go due to noise from the street and it's too warm in the room to sleep in December, I wonder how does it look in summer. TV doesn't work (statics) on upper floors and wi-fi is a joke - breaking connection each 2 minutes. It's just another hotel with no ”I would like to come back” feeling.

The location is brilliant and is only a short ride from the airport and very close to the Metro station Fira. There is easy access both to the metro and the bus. There is a shopping mall with number of eateries and the cinema within walking distance. The room is average. The main thing if you are staying with family ...there is no door for the bathroom and you have to isolate the entrance from the room to get privacy there. The toilet area though luckily has a door. It is difficult when you have booked as a family with grown up kids. The connections and the TV are ancient and there are no USB connections. The channels available are all in Catalan/Spanish...the TV doesnt even have a HDMI or ability to connect to your phone...so pretty much useless unless you speak Spanish....not something you are expecting of a Hotel that caters to tourists and to conferences! The reception was very helpful and the lifts etc work. The restaurant staff are also very nice and helpful. The breakfast is buffet and was wonderful.

Please do not live in this hotel, it’s basically not in Barcelona, you have to take the public transportation up to 1 hour to get to Barcelona by transferring at least twice. The wi-fi is too unstable to even watch youtube video. Most importantly, some staff are NOT capable of their jobs. On the first day I came here, I called the reception and asked about the laundry fee, a Tall Thin old man told me and emphasized twice that the laundry fee is included in the room and said they would ask people to pick up my clothes. However, nobody came. When I called again, a middle-aged woman told me that I have to drop the clothes in the reception because they don’t have time for me now. As she said, I went down with my bag of clothes. However, an old man in the reception said I should not give them the clothes but to leave in my room. But they can ask people to drop the clothes in my room and then took them to the laundry. What a mess! When I picked up my laundry I was surprised that there was a long bill since the guy in reception clearly said the lauded was in the room fee. And when I went to the reception and asked, the girl with long blond hair confront with me and acted very condescending. To quote exactly what she said ‘No, you must misunderstood, you room even did not include the breakfast, it came with nothing, only the wi-fi. Laundry fee is not in the room, everyone knows!’ I explained patiently multiple times and asked her to maybe ask her college because I didn’t tell a lie but she rolled her eyes and literally said ‘I can’t do anything, if you don’t understand, you go ask my boss’ and pointed to the boss (an old man stand right besides her talking to another customer). Before I opened my mouth, this girl talked in Spanish to her ‘boss’ first and the old guy frowned. I was pretty sure she tell the truth. I didn’t say I don’t want to pay the laundry, but I have to check what I heard. The way these staff did their jobs and solve problems were one hundred percent unprofessional and annoying. I love traveling in Barcelona but these few people just made our impression on Spanish hotels go down.

Nei servizi offerti dalla struttura sono menzionati una piscina con palestra annessa, purtroppo la piscina può essere definita una grossa vasca nella quale non è assolutamente possibile nuotare con una scaletta per accedervi che credo non rispetti nessuna norma di sicurezza. La mia valutazione negativa è condizionata dalla risposta che mi è stata data da una ragazza alla reception, una dipendente dell’hotel che ha il compito di comunicare con i clienti, ne ignoro il nome, ricordo avesse capelli castani lunghi e alla mia richiesta di informazioni in italiano lei mi ha guardato del tutto stizzita e mi ha detto che non eravamo in Italia e se volevo comunicare con lei dovevo farlo in spagnolo o in inglese, questo lo trovo del tutto inaccettabile da una struttura 4 stelle e ritengo che nello stesso modo che accolgono con entusiasmo i nostri soldi dovrebbero farlo anche con con la nostra lingua, almeno l’essenziale, in fondo lavorano e vivono con i turisti! Tengo precisare che tutto il resto del personale con il quale mi sono interfacciato è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, praticamente tutti tranne una.

Great hotel recently built. I would say everything was great apart from the unhelpful night receptionist who could not care less about letting us sit in the comfortable couch next to the kitchen at 5am while waiting for check in. He made us wait in the lobby which there is barely place to sit. Mr. Fortunato you are unpleasant

Perfecto en todos los sentidos. Limpio, agradable, silencioso y bien ubicado. Posiblemente recomendaría muy favorablemente este hotel en cualquier ocasión. Por ponerle un solo pero, el parking un poco caro por no haber aparcamiento en los alrededores del Hoyel

The Best Western Premier in Girona is a lovely hotel. Desk staff were friendly and helpful, our room was spacious, clean with all the usual amenities. The communal areas were all spotless. We were bed and breakfast - the breakfast was extremely varied, so there is something for everyone. We did eat in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was lovely and the service brilliant. Location though is a bit of an issue if you don't have a car. It is a 31 minute walk to the main part of Girona - some days we did it twice!. I am sure that we could have utilised a local bus service to travel back and forth, and it would have been useful for the hotel to give us details. However it is a 15-20 minute walk to the train and bus station if you want to explore further than Girona - we went to Barcelona, Costa Brava and Figueres by either bus or train. Girona is a lovely interesting town, which I would love to re-visit, however I would like to stay closer to the old town - if Best Western could just move this hotel slightly closer, it would be perfect. 5 star rating for the quality of the hotel though!

I made a circle to find the entrance of the hotel. The hotel theme is space and we are the astronauts which is really cool. The room is very clean and neat. Very good and highly recommended to others.

O hotel é excelente, tendo poucos pontos negativos (veja a seguir). Ele é novo, moderno e funcional. A localização não é tão central para turistas, e o metrô fica a cerca de 10 minutos a pé. De toda forma, eu recomendo o hotel. Pontos POSITIVOS: - quarto grande, novo, moderno e bem equipado; - banheiro grande e funcional; - toalhas felpudas; - roupa de cama com tecido de qualidade; - muito bom café da manhã; - não tem carpete, e sim assoalho de madeira (mais higiênico e menos alergênico); - bom controle de ar condicionado; - pessoal atencioso, tanto o do café da manhã quanto o da recepção. Pontos A MELHORAR: - o sinal de wi-fi é instável e lento, caindo toda hora; - o papel higiênico poderia ser de melhor qualidade; - as fronhas dos travesseiros maiores não cobrem as laterais (ficam abertas), deixando a parte interna exposta, o que não é lá muito higiênico, já que apenas a fronha é trocada a cada novo hóspede (e não a parte interna); - faltaram os itens gratuitos de toalete, inclusive hidratante corporal, que é sempre útil quando se está na Europa; - poderiam deixar garrafas de água gratuitas no quarto (ou no espaço da recepção), como outros hotéis dessa categoria estão fazendo atualmente. É um item de primeira necessidade e não é custoso para o hotel.

I made a circle to find the entrance of the hotel. The hotel theme is space and we are the astronauts which is really cool. The room is very clean and neat. Honestly the room and the view is nice. But I had an unpleasant experience, when I book online I didn’t notice i book it under one person, when I check in with my boyfriend and the reception told us so we paid city tax for 2 person, we paid in cash and didn’t ask for invoice. On the day we check out, the other stuff insist we only pay city tax for 1 person and charge us again. I don’t know for what reason they didn’t update the system, it’s not professional and we been charged one more time. I recommend ask for invoice in everything u have paid.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my girlfriend. The rooms aren't massive but the bed is very comfy and the balcony is spacious. The bathroom is great with a nice powerful shower also. The room is provided with a safe. The breakfast has plenty of choices and the room service is also great, we had pizza which was amazing. The rooftop pool has great views you can also see the sagrdia familla from here, it's magnificent. Overall this hotel is very good value and overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is away from the city centre but it is easily accessible by metro. Staff at check-in and breakfast are friendly. We had a triple room, it consists of a double bed and a sofa bed in a separate area. The first night, there were no bed sheets provided for the sofa bed. We went down to the front desk and sheets were delivered to our room promptly. The next day, housekeeping provided a proper blanket and towels for the sofa bed, which is good. I recommend that they should provide these on the first night for triple rooms though. Our room has a jetted tub, but it never worked in the 5 nights we stayed. Other than this, our stay was good. The room has modern decor and a balcony. Breakfast is great with a lot of options: different types of bread with tomato paste and olive oil to add, scrambled egg, sausages, fresh fruits, yogurt, veggies, coffee, tea and juice. Breakfast staff did an excellent job in keeping all the items refilled very quickly.

Sauna never in use. Was dirty eith hair (wet one). Dry one all cool... But costs 5e. Hotel was clean and really nice... Close to the sea and really nice area... But one elevator died while we were there and we needed to wait for up to 10 min to leave hotel each time. 2nd elevator was also close to dying... So noicy and broken. Brakfast - ok... But many people go there and u need to wait in queue for getting into dining area??? You pay for it and then u stay in queue fpr 10 min just so you get inside. The rest all awesome.

This hotel has very good location and is accessible to many great food and shopping places. Enjoyed the view of Sagrada Familia from my room. Awesome hotel for your Barcelona stay.

The hotel is quite new. Room is clean and comfortable. It is a bit far from the city centre, but it is close to the airport, good for catching early flight. The airport shuttle service is free.

가족여행으로 크루즈여행 갔다가 마지막날 내려서 공항근처라서 예약했는데 찾아오기는 힘들었지만 방은 크고 청결해서 좋았습니다 아침 비행기라서 조식은 별도로 신청을 안했습니다

This hotel is absolutely amazing! From the service to the facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with very cozy beds. The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to Barcelona Airport and has easy access to transportation. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this hotel to all travelers visiting Barcelona!

The Good: - the pool bar upstairs, the views, the changing rooms and the bar attendees! - all new appliances and facilities. - check in was smooth. - massive full floor hotel lobby and plenty of seating and eating space. - huge shopping mall walking distance from hotel. - train station right outside the hotel. - some great warm and welcoming staff. - decent breakfast spread The Not So Good & Needs Improving : - still some way from the City Centre / Placa de Catalunya - - is located in an industrial zone - the location of the hotel was not on our google maps so taxis didn't know where to go. - the entrance had a very distinct unpleasant smell which was hard to identify - the staff said it was because it was new. - the rooms were standard. - the food quality was average. - the service experience of some staff was below standard.

+ L'accueil de Sophie en Français la personne qui a gérée notre entrée et notre sortie. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon. Le sourire de l'ensemble du personnel dans les couloirs, au salon. La proximité d'un restaurant et d'un bistrot (restaurant) pour déjeuner et dîner. - Pas de machine a café dans la chambre. Que le restaurant de l'hôtel soit fermé le soir de notre arrivée après plus de 20h dans les avions et aéroports. Avis très positif sur l'ensemble des prestations, je vous recommande cet établissement.

剛剛checkout，我説一下酒店吧，我相信選這家酒店就是中轉一下，我也是，主要是離機場近並且有機場shuttlebus。很多評論裏沒有講從機場怎樣找到shuttlebus，我來説一下希望有幫助：我們落地在T1（據介紹T2有酒店指示牌，我沒有走過），打電話給酒店前台，自動語音回覆説T1的shuttle bus在Parking G， 在T1裏跟隨P-G的指示牌，走到PG，迷惑的是那個區域都是酒店接機去的，有顯示牌顯示酒店的名字，但是沒有這家酒店的名字，打電話問酒店前台，特別不好轉人工，問了一下其他酒店接機的司機，司機説是在這個地方。大概等了20分鐘、酒店車到了。當然去機場就很方便了。 另外酒店前台提供冰水，我正好感冒嗓子幹癢，感覺很有用。 酒店比較安靜，周邊沒有商業，最好就在巴塞機場買些吃的。

Room was fine except that it had the parking lots view. There were shampoo, soap, rope, slippers, iron, coffee maker. No tea bags. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was just ok. Both scrambled eggs and sunny side up were cold. Poor variety of bread. Overall it was ok

Chambre simple et assez petite mais avec un espace de rangement appréciable. La salle de bain est sommaire mais suffisante. Petit déjeuner buffet sucré - salé complet. Personnel agréable. Il est possible de manger sur place le soir mais les propositions de plats sont limitées. Chargeur VE juste devant l’hôtel. Parking souterrain (en supplément) facile d’accès. Bon hôtel pour une escale.

장점 - 터미널 1을 이용해야 하고, - 이른 새벽에 비행기를 타야 한다면 이 보다 더 좋은 위치의 호텔은 없습니다. 단점 - 방은 매우 작습니다. 인원이 적고, 잠시 잠만 자고 나간다면 문제 되지는 않습니다. - 객실의 구조의 아주 단순하고, 호텔을 위해서 지어진것이 아니라 공항의 한쪽을 임대하여 임시로 지어진 호텔 같은 느낌입니다. - 따라서, 욕실이 제대로 공사가 되지 않은 느낌입니다. 샤워 후 욕실의 물이 밖으로 많이 흘러 나왔습니다.
