Did not like the hotel close the pool too early no towels and cleaning up the rooms I would never stay there again I would like a refund of my money please I would like to have from my refund back give me a call 513-510-1723 Denia Bolden

Don’t waste your money and time in this hotel !! There doing cleaning services every 4 days lol . I stay 5 days no cleaning service then i complain about it ! There abuse me! Tell me there gonna call the police on me ! The woman on reception with the mask she so rude! I spoke to general manager hi it’s so rude and tell me I’m going to call the police ! I give you one more chance you supposed to leave the hotel yesterday but I give you one more chance are you kidding me for my money I pay for 7 days .I left hotel on 5 ft day . Hi tell the trip service I’m still there ! So lying of the this hotel! No refund my money for 2 days!! Drive me so mad ! People in the hotel it’s dangerous there no safe! If you like someone give you hard time ! Don’t waste you money and time !!!!

Centrally located, this place is in a great spot. It is also feet from two of the busiest streets/roads in the area. Expect vehicle noise and the ever present squeals of emergency vehicles; even on the non-street side of the facility. The front desk and dining area people were friendly and generally helpful. The pool guard needed to lighten up. The pool closes at 9 PM. We were sitting near the pool (not using it) and he felt the compulsion to order us out of the pool, as we were already headed back to our rooms. He should have stuck to his cigarettes and swilling coffee. The pool area was actually the high point of the facility. While it could have used some paint, it was clean. The pool has a deep end (8ft) you don't get in a lot of hotel pools. The hot tub was appropriately heated and large enough to seat about 8. It could have used some cosmetic work and cleaning. There is ample parking in the private lot around the hotel. It seemed like a pretty safe area. Although, two lots away there was a bit of the homeless population hanging around. Like the rest of the facility, a street sweeper through the lot would have improved the aesthetics of the lot. The breakfast buffet is not only not a buffet, it was brutally bad. From the fake scrambled eggs, bad coffee and inedible sausages, it went downhill for me. I was told the waffles were good, but I had my doubts. During my seven night stay, I only visited once. Allegedly the dining area is a bar and restaurant in the evening.

I wish I could give this motel a 2.5, it is lower than average, but not necessarily poor. First of all, the pictures online are not what we stayed in. If you choose a suite, you will have what is featured in the pictures. We got a standard king room, which is in a building in the back. My partner said “this looks like a hotel you pay $59 a night to stay in.” Though the building is rundown, the furniture in the room has been updated. The bed was comfortable and the mini kitchen was nice. You can tell it is an old building that they tried to update because many of the imperfections were just painted over. Neither of the ice machines in the building worked. When I mentioned that to the front desk, she said she knew. Shocking…the ice machine inside main building worked. Breakfast was okay, I’ve definitely had better at hotel/motels that were much better. The $2.50/day resort fee is still confusing to me, this was far from a resort! I would not stay here again, if you do, please get a suite in the main building or go somewhere else.

Very nice hotel.... did have a problem with the shower which I will address with the staff....otherwise very comfortable

I am writing to convey my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. The cleanliness of my room was not up to standard, and upon requesting a cleaning, I was informed that this service is only provided every four days. Furthermore, I was told that towels are only changed between 8 AM and 4 PM. Despite extensive discussions with the staff about this issue, it was only after much effort that I was eventually provided with pool towels to use for showering. Overall, this experience fell short of the quality and hospitality I had expected.

The heated pool was the best part with the jacuzzi, the beds are nice and comfy, only thing that this places needs is a good inside paint job.

Sink water was so reduced while trying to shave or brush my teeth It was so annoying. Bathtub was extremely rusty around the walls of tub. Front desk was quite pleasant. A worker freaked out as I tried to take a short cut to breakfast area thru one door instead of extra long walk around to the front of the building. Only one entrance and same exit thru front door of hotel. All rooms behind the hotel. How very annoying.

There were bugs in the muffins at breakfast. The woman at the front desk was rude. I would never stay here again
