Ulasan Sonesta ES Suites Cleveland Airport

The room was dirty with stains everywhere, sofa, curtains, towels, walls. There were roaches in the bathroom and also behind the curtain. The sink in the bathroom. It was clogged. We were received with a trash can in front of our room door full of trash and also all Around the floor. My advice don’t go regardless the review that giving them 4 or 5. They must be fake or from long time ago.

Worst hotel I EVER stayed in me and kids had to wait almost three hours to get on our room because the door lock was broke and they had no rooms left they tried to change us rooms after other people didn’t want there reservations because rooms where so nasty bugs and blood stains in both sweats they tried to switch us to booked for two nights and we ain’t get in room at 1:20am got to check in at 9:30pm and had to leave at 7am for event and my kids was scared to stay they said they would reimburse me and lied and said they gave me new room but they didn’t we went back and couldn’t get in room at 10am and had to wait again to get in so we left and checked out NASTY GROSS ROOMS PERIOD

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Have never heard of this hotel before but I will never go anywhere else now! Wonderful suite! Loved the fireplace Mattress was so comfy! Everything was perfect and the people working there were so incredibly kind and friendly! Awesome awesome awesome !!!

房間很大，離機場距離約車程12分鐘，前台美女很熱情。唯一不足就是服務員挺少的。然後，其實這個酒店是沒有免費穿梭巴士的。所以希望平台和酒店要更新訊息內容，做到準確。

房間很大也有廚房經濟實惠，但衛生很髒廁所馬桶沒刷乾淨，而沐浴乳跟洗髮乳都沒有提供，幸好有自備過來使用。

不知道那些好評怎麼來的，所有設施都是肉眼可見的陳年污漬，比如浴缸，馬桶，沙發，咖啡機，地毯等等…退房的時候還碰到其他客人投訴説垃圾桶一堆垃圾.. 雖説房間大，但是房間跟前台不在一起，行李箱要拖着找房間，隔音差，樓上腳步聲到很晚都聽得很清楚，衹能説是將就住了

可以自己做飯，餐具都有，性價比比周邊的酒店都便宜。安全。

This was my worst experience, I checked in on Feb 15/16, my flight was delayed and I didn’t checked in until 5 Am, one of the bed had blood on it, the bathroom and kitchen was dirty, it looked like they put us in a room that was not cleaned. Because we didn’t sleep and needed a place to sleep we stayed in the room until we woke up, then we complained to the GM. We had two reservations so we would check out from one and checked into the other was was a 2 bedroom, my goodness, this room the handle fell off the bedroom downstairs, the fire place didn’t work, then the lock on the main door stopped working, the front desk lady said they don’t have another room to put us in, they don’t have a new lock so the service guy would have to try and fix it, she could not do anything about the fireplace. We were locked out of the room in the snow for three hours with a child. Up until when we left the guy was still working on the lock. I must say ******* held up to their word and relocated us. But never will I stay in this hotel again.

There was an issue with the room, blood on the bed, bathroom not cleaned, kitchen not cleaned. Hotel said we need to contact ******* for refund.

There was a fight above us which went on all night long we called the office no one ever came then they started fighting outside the doors was open back and forth all night long and it was constantly smoking in the hallway

It was a pretty cool first experience and I enjoyed it. I was able to cook and watch the football game.

Old property with very limited service. Rooms are old and it shows it. They offer pull out bed with out any linens and dish’s are dirty in the dish washer. All around not so great to stay.
