Ulasan Smile Hotel Kawaguchi

This hotel offers great value for money for business trips to Kawaguchi. There's also a hot spring on the first floor that you can use during specified hours. The rooms, like most Japanese hotels, are small but have everything you need. The only quirky thing was that there was no charging outlet by the bed. The only place to charge anything in the whole room was under the desk, across from the bed. I found that a bit odd.

Came here by accident, staff was nice, it was clean, you can definitely stay here. Room is a bit small like everywhere around Tokyo

I used it on a trip to Tokyo. It's a little far from Kawaguchi Station, but the amenities are great!

It's a very ordinary business hotel. It's a little far from the station, but breakfast is included and it's good for a one-night stay. It's close to Tokyo and cheap. Tokyo has been too expensive recently, so I thought Kawaguchi would be a good option.

It's very close to JR station, and there's a street full of restaurants right outside. The room is small but has everything you need. The facilities are a bit old, but the service was good, so overall the stay was acceptable.

The reception staff were generally expressionless. I had asked two questions when I made the reservation, but there was no response, and on the day, the reception ended without those two questions being addressed. It was fine, especially since I resolved the issue myself, but I felt like their service was a bit lacking. I felt like they wouldn't even bother to address the issue if it was impossible. As a service industry professional, I felt like they should have just not addressed it.

Booked a room for my relatives. The price-performance ratio is high. It is worth recommending in Tokyo. Compared with other places, the room price and transportation are still very cost-effective during the cherry blossom season.
