Excellent rooms, very good location and renovated interiors. The only sour experience was the lack of good hospitality skills. Booked room for 2 days and had food in their restaurant itself. At the time of check out, when i asked the desk guy for the complementary water bottles, he was very dismissive and non cooperative. It's small matters like this which spoil a good wholesome experience. I really hope the management reads this and employs more customer centric persons in the front desk at least.
