Good location. Opposite railway station good ambiance. Clean neat. Friendly staff. Open 24 hours. Only drawback, no hot water in the evening

Location is very near to cube jjunction. Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Ac was working excellently. Overall enjoyed our stay there

Only plus point is it is close to the main railway station. Everything else is bad! dirty and dark corridors, hot water doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work.

Near to coimbatore rly. Station. Hotel is neat and clean. Good service. Restsurant available. Public transport very near. Worth for the money. Good stay.

Excellent rooms, very good location and renovated interiors. The only sour experience was the lack of good hospitality skills. Booked room for 2 days and had food in their restaurant itself. At the time of check out, when i asked the desk guy for the complementary water bottles, he was very dismissive and non cooperative. It's small matters like this which spoil a good wholesome experience. I really hope the management reads this and employs more customer centric persons in the front desk at least.

1st no response on the call
2nd no hot water supply in the bathroom
3rd no complimentary water bottles provided 4th we stayed for 2 days but no one come to clean the room.
