I recently had the privilege of staying at the Residency Towers, Coimbatore. And it exceeded all my expectations. The room was immaculate, with elegant decor and a comfortable bed that felt like sleeping on clouds. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly and eager to assist with any request. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to most of my visitation areas, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay—it truly felt like a home away from home!!

It would be better to give information on check in process. No information was given. Welcome was not done very well. Even in much lower level hotels, they give a welcome drink. We reached to the hotel after five hours of travel by car. The hotel got a plan to arrange airport transport arrangements. However, after several attempts, the hotel failed to assist. The break fast was very good. The room is comfortable. The room should be cleaned better. A lot of hair in the room.

One of best place in Coimbatore for food and accommodation. There is no second choice for travels. Amazing hospitality and tasty and real authentic quality of food. Great team coordination and very caring management. Lovely place to stay.

The room was spacious and clean. Internet was fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was plain and limited for the food choices and would be at a 3* level in other Asian countries. I was also overcharged for an in house food order but at least the food was good.

We had a lovely time at Darza from start to finish. From the seamless booking to the smooth checkout, the team was incredibly helpful and attentive. Upon arriving at the property, we were warmly welcomed, and thanks to the front office team, our check-in was swift and hassle-free. They even provided a battery-powered vehicle to take us to our room, which was ready and spotless. The room was neat, bathroom was clean and well-maintained, the food was absolutely delicious, a big thanks to the F&B team. The amenities, including the kids' pool, regular pool, kids' playroom, basketball court, and indoor play area, were all in excellent condition. Our daughter loved every minute of it! The property itself is well maintained, and the staff are exceptional. We especially enjoyed an evening magic show organized for the guests—such a thoughtful gesture from the management. Had an excellent stay, beginning with making the reservation. They gave us detox water to greet us, quick the check-in process, and offered lots of things to do including boat rides, guided river walks, indoor games, kid's play areas, turf courts, and more. Additionally, the food tasted delicious.

One of the Most Irritating stay at this Hotel. I checked in with my wife and 2 kids at 8 pm on 13/4/24 night after a very hectic drive from Madurai for 5 hours straight. First they gave us a room 113 which was completely with the smell of Smoke, in which we could not even enter. Then I went to reception and complained and they told they will put refresher spray in the room and tried to convince me to take that room. After so much effort , i asked to change the room and they gave me a room on the top floor 4th floor. I felt happy for that. But i did not know it would be much worse than the previous room. Exactly above my room no 411, they had their kitchen and utensils washing area. From 10 pm in the night they started throwing the vessels during washing in the kitchen and we heard the sound that someone was throwing the utensils on our head. I called and complained the reception twice, but they did not stop. Then i directly went to the kitchen which was above our floor (5th floor) at 2 am in the morning and asked the chef to stop the washing and let us sleep for sometime. But after i come down to room no 411, it started again . I went to the kitchen twice and requested them to stop. But it did not stop. So all 4 of us did not sleep till morning and we had the worst night of our life ever. I am sure the one in the reception who allotted us this room would have definitely known that this room had this complaint. Inspite of that he gave it for us. I am sure he has spoilt the hotel’s reputation to the core and I also dont know if the Hotel management knows it or not. Even after knowing that if the Hotel management is allowing it, then you are spoiling your hotel’s reputation. I am know a lot of members in the Hotel Association in Coimbatore and I am definitely going to complaint this irritating stay at Hash six Hotel. The Management need to take immediate action to save the Guests sleep and peacefulness.
