The staff is incredibly friendly. Beautiful hotel with the most comfortable beds. The rainfall shower was spacious and relaxing. All of the lights, curtains, dnd, everything controlled through the touch of a button on the iPad. I would book here again the next time I travel through India.

The food and break fat of the hot is very good. The is located in heart of city. Qnd security is well maitained.staff of hotel also is courteous. Buffet for break fast is special attraction as it has lot of varieties and of good taste. Staff seems we'll qualified. They should be paid at par with industry so they can work whole heartedly. It will be better for employer also aa it depends on satisfaction of customers

It would be better to give information on check in process. No information was given. Welcome was not done very well. Even in much lower level hotels, they give a welcome drink. We reached to the hotel after five hours of travel by car. The hotel got a plan to arrange airport transport arrangements. However, after several attempts, the hotel failed to assist. The break fast was very good. The room is comfortable. The room should be cleaned better. A lot of hair in the room.

Hotel room is neat and tidy. But staff behavior is bit rude. They enforce strict 12pm checkout for mmt booked customers. Even if we are willing to pay extra 1000- to extend for 5more hrs, they accepted in phone enquiry but rejected when asked in person during checkin.

We had an excellent stay in ESS Grand hotel. Hotel is quite neat and staff are quite courteous and helping. Food and room service are quite good. Complimentary breakfast is good and food items are very tasty. They have extended our room for few hours beyond checkout time as we have a train to catch in the late afternoon. All the places like restaurants and shops are quite near by to the hotel. I'd definitely recommend ESS Grand for your comfortable stay. I'll definitely book ESS Grand for my future visits.

Let’s start with why I am rating it a 2 instead of a 1- they let us cancel our 2 day stay and get our money back on the second night. We got there a little later so we went right to bed. Woke up in the am to start getting ready and that’s when it started. Bathroom was disgusting - toilet not clean- shower not clean- there was hair in the drain and all over the wall. None of the faucets were clean and the room itself as we started looking around was covered in hair. We called the booking sight which said we had to talk to the hotel. Went and talk to the hotel staff and they initially wanted us to look at a different room. As they were talking with their manager- we went to breakfast. The breakfast area was unclean and I took a cup of coffee- got to the table to put in sugar and there was a hair in the coffee. Told the staff at breakfast that there was a hair in the coffee and he basically said whatever- I’ll get you a new cup- so we explained that it was in the coffee pot not the cup or my hair and he did not care. Let the coffee with the hair set on the table. After that- there was no way that we would staying here again. We went back to the front desk and then walked someone up with us so they could see how dirty it was and within 10 min of him leaving the room they let us cancel the second night and refund our money. We have been to India a few times to visit my husband’s parents and this is by far the dirtiest, and most expensive hotel that we have stayed at. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Rooms are very comfortable and neat clean. We are feel very nice and comfortable, next time also book same hotel
