We stayed here for 3 nights.. Stayed in a family room where it was comfortable for 3 adults and 2 children. Room service was pathetic. They take a min of 30 mins to get plates to the room . Later they tell that there was some work . Buffet breakfast was good. no issues Even after paying around 11 K through MakeMyTrip the receptionist asked us to pay 500 as a security deposit. They said that it is Policy.

The room was spacious and clean. Internet was fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was plain and limited for the food choices and would be at a 3* level in other Asian countries. I was also overcharged for an in house food order but at least the food was good.

It is a value for money property. Property is very near to the railway station but still has a calm surrounding. Rooms are neat and clean. Very professional and service oriented staff.

The stay was comfortable. It is a neat and good hotel. I converted the booking to a three bed room stay. . No problem. . If not booked through mmt, it would have been difficult to get room there. Thanks.
