Hotel Hot Springs di Hokkaido, Japan

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb choice for anyone visiting Sapporo!

This hotel is perfect if you don't want to walk far from Sapporo station and you need to leave early for the airport. Just a few minutes beside Stellar Place mall. Check in is strict as with all hotels in Japan at 3pm. The best part is the view. I got the room at level 34 facing north side of Sapporo and it was breathtaking. I booked 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to accomodate my request for the rooms to be nearby. We got rooms next to each other. It was initially full booked and once I saw rooms available at the last minute, I took it. No regrets. The rooms are spacious too. Amenities are complete with both body and skincare products too. Breakfast was add on and we chose western cuisine. There were varieties but not that amazing. But the 360 view at the 35th floor restaurant is worth checking out.

The location is good, and the hotel has a hot spring; the time is 13:00 to the next day at 10:00. Guests can enjoy it before check-out and at night. The ********* Mr. Lin (林) at the front office provides excellent service, clear explanations, and good manners. He explained the differences between the two breakfast styles and smoothly handled the check-in operation. However, the service needs to improve. The receptionist named 小林 rejected my request to borrow a phone to call the room without authentication, although I succeeded in borrowing it one day before. I don’t know if this is a personal issue or if the reception standards are different. The bed sheet and blanket sheet had blood stains; the housekeeper needs to double-check the room before marking it as vacant. Lastly, if you have a reservation at the restaurant, you still have to wait for a table to become available. This does not make sense in terms of the definition of making a reservation, and it affects the guest’s schedule. The hotel needs to improve its reservation arrangement.

Low-key loved this hotel! The location is super convenient—literally right next to JR Hakodate Station, so getting around the city and visiting the main attractions is really easy. The staff were super nice and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The room was clean and comfy. There’s also an onsen and sauna, which was perfect to chill in after a long day of walking around. You can also grab free amenities in the lobby, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was honestly so good and unlimited. There were fresh sashimi, salad, fried chicken, fish, pancakes, croissants, and the super tasty Hokkaido milk ice cream. And a lot more—just look at the photos! Overall, great vibe, great stay. Would totally come back again. 🫶

Bahagian dalam bilik adalah luas dan selesa seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam foto, dan saya sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan bilik dan perkhidmatan hotel (spa, kemudahan senaman, restoran, dll.). Lobi hotel sangat cantik dengan suasana hotel yang asli, dan kakitangannya ramah secara keseluruhan. Oleh kerana lokasinya, ia berbaloi untuk berjalan ke Stesen Susukino atau Stesen Sapporo, tetapi pemandangan luar tidak begitu cantik. Namun, memandangkan Taman Nakajima, tempat yang bagus untuk mengambil gambar, berada di hadapan, saya tidak fikir ia adalah satu kelemahan. Ia adalah pengalaman yang sangat memuaskan, dan saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini.

A great overnight luxury transit hotel within 7 - 8 mins walking distance from JR Hakodate. Good service rendered by friendly highly trained staff. Worth a stay to experience Another 10 mins walking distance to the Red Brick House 🏠 for awesome retail shopping spree 🛒🛍️ to buy the local 🇯🇵 Hokkaido delights & savour local cuisine. The Hakodate Morning Market is right across the street with succulent fresh king crab affair feast awaiting 👑 🦀. A must visit destination for all in Sapporo not to be missed 🐙🦀🪼🦞🐠🦐🐳

Location: Within the airport international terminal. Short indoor walk from Arrivals. Very convenient. Atmosphere: Calm, quiet and friendly. Warm welcome. Full of artistic features. Rooms: Well appointed, spotlessly clean. Spacious. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Amenities: Library. Tea House and Onsen Breakfast: Lovely breakfast spread. Delicious ramen. We would love to be back.

After 10 stops in Japan I can say Tokyu Stay is my favorite hotel chain. In-room laundry is so nice for long term travel and they always provide the quintessential hotel amenities. No fancy design gimmicks, just everything you need. Location was great a few blocks from Hakodate station and the harbor. Excellent views from the rooftop lounge.

This Onsen hotel provides traditional Ryokan style hotel room 🛌 for “Live Like A Local” differenate experience & is right beside The Hell Valley Onsen @ Noboribetsu Sapporo 🇯🇵. The room is clean & cosy and hotel breakfast offers a diverse variety of local cuisine, The spa experience but we too shy shy to attempt it. Pity that we arrived late @ night & no chance to try all the facilities & services. Overall, it’s an awesome hotel right @ the best vantage point of this popular Onsen 💦💧 town. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This was an unforgettable experience! I stayed here for 2 nights and felt like I received an authentic Japanese ryokan experience, the breakfast was exceptional, the onsen was delightful & the staff were polite and helpful
