not bad for business stay

Do not like when room advertisement gives you one price and when you arrive there is additional parking fee

Stayed in this hotel many times to fly out Jackson Hartfield airport. Last night we arrived and it was 21° outside absolutely freezing. We waited and waited for the shuttle. It finally came, we got to the hotel checked in and the guest relations people were super friendly and helpful. Went to our room and it was freezing so we cranked the heat up full blast and I jumped in to take a scalding hot shower trying to warm up. After I got out of the shower, I got my heating pad and got into the covers and realized that the heat wasn’t working at all. We called down to the front desk they came and worked could not get it to stay on. At this point he said I can give you a room heater or I can move you to a new room. I was already in my pajamas in my bed, so I said fine just give us a heater. It did keep the room for overnight, but this is not okay.. You have to make sure are in good condition especially on night like that were so cold. My complain is that the toilet is so low it’s like a child’s toilet. Honestly it’s so hard to get up and off of. The the beds were comfortable and a nice breakfast. Beware of the iron bed rails sticking out on either side of the beds. My husband tripped over one, and I bashed my leg so Hard it broke the skin.. so close attention But I think this will be our last Stay here.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable… elevator was out of service, the other sketchy (smelled like part’s cleaner and oil) could not get it to close, had to get hotel employee to get door closed (concerning). Tv in room did not work, said it was a programming issue, tried to make coffee at 3:30am, Keurig coffee maker would not lock top, didn’t work. DISSAPOINTING!

Great service, great rooms for the price and convenient to airport

I'm really glad my husband and I stayed here. It was very comfortable for the night we stayed and was really quiet. The breakfast was on point! I was surprised to see egg whites and vegetable omelets, French toast sticks, and more. I'd stay here again! I have pictures but not able to post them.

I thought this was a good choice when I booked, great location and proximity to the airport however we I checked in the gentleman at the desk announced my room number while there were other people present in the lobby. Then tried to tell me they couldn’t hear him and it was ok. As a woman traveling solo, I wasn’t comfortable and told him I wanted a different room. And that was unacceptable to verbally give out room numbers. Upon entering my room, not all the light switches worked immediately, and were not completely attached to the wall. It was clean but needs a little follow up and TLC to meet the standards I have experienced with other Holiday Inn’s. Also wasn’t aware I needed to pay for parking until I checked in especially since I filtered my reservation to include parking.

I always like how staff receives and helps me. Zeez was amazing. I love the breakfast and use the shuttle. This is my Atlanta home when I come through.

I believe that the whole building has the air conditioner issue. The room temperature could not be increased.

When checking in, was induced to download app and promised to be awarded 5,000 points after checking out, but that did not happen when checking out with a different host, even though I explained the agreement. Not happy that bathrooms have shower and toilet, but no sink.

Long term parking is advertised as 10 a day in flyer and you charged me 15 a day for 10 days false advertising

The rooms were clean, but the property is a little dated. It was great for an overnight before an early morning flight.
